Folio Builder logging failure

I saw troubled connection to the Folio Builder, we get the following error:

Connection failed.

Network outage.

Anyone else having this problem? The network is down?

According to http://status.adobedps.com/ everything works again.

  • Endless Log-In Error: Panel InDesign Folio Builder

I've updated my folio tools/panels 1.1.9.0 and then accidentally entered the wrong username and password in the Panel of InDesign Folio Builder when I went to log back in. (the username and password have been an account of DPS Professional Edition that we suspended with Adobe in order to avoid billing during the test.)

The inDesign Panel cycles comes constantly now. Don't give me the opportunity to re-enter the correct information. I closed/re-opened the Panel, removed / reinstalled the Panel & tools and I have deleted my inDesign preferences, but each time from the launch of the application of the Panel builder folio cycles just as seen below. I'm stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  • Folio builder: keep trying to log in with an incorrect password (Windows 7)

    Dear readers,

My name is Frank, and I have a problem in Indesign.

    The problem is the extension of generator of Folio in Indesign. I worked with her flawless for 2/3 weeks, but since I changed my Adobe ID password a few days ago, Indesign gives me the following error message;

"Connection failed. The user name and password do not match. »

After the message, the folio Builder keeps trying to connect and I can't cancel. I can connect with my new password on the Web Adobe Digital Publishing Suite site.

So, how can I resolve this problem for Windows 7?

I could not find any help on the internet (including this forum) to a solution of Windows (windows 7 64-bit), and that's why I'm asking for help now.

    Thanks for reading.

    Hello

    I had this problem

Your adobe password, revert to the original think the Panel builder you use - here in the folio builder Panel, disconnect and reconnect again making sure the "keep me signed in ' is DISABLED

    then once you're connected, connect

thennnnn come back to adobe and change your password to the current you want to use

and "Uncle bob" - maybe not this bob

Let me know how you go!

  • Folios not appearing is not in Folio Builder Panel

I logged in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign that I use for my business, and rather than see my Folios I see the message below. I am still able to connect to the Digital Publishing Suite Dashboard online and you can see my Folios. Any ideas of why they are not appearing in the Folio Builder Panel?

    I use CS6.

  • Cannot connect in Folio Builder in InDesign

    Hello

I'm unable to log in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign. I'm on CS6 and I all relevant updates. I leave InDesign and restarted my computer. I can log into the dashboard online and all I know is not a problem with my login information.

I click on the link 'connect', the distinctive sign of Adobe in the window appears, I put my information and it goes. I head back to InDesign and all that is in there is the text "connect" again.

    Someone at - it suggestions?

I was able to connect earlier. I don't know what the problem was, mostly because it set back a day's work, but I guess that's just the way it goes sometimes

  • Folios disappeared from the Folio Builder

I had three folios in my folio generator; two shared and one in offline mode. I logged in producer of folio for the first time and when I left the game and returned to indesign only offline folio has been in folio Builder. Is this normal? How can I get back shared folios in folio builder?

If you are not signed in you will not see the shared folios.

  • Folio Builder - error has occurred trying to connect.

    Hello
I'm working on a presentation of the Tablet and everytime I try to log in my folio Builder I get this message:

«An error has occurred trying to connect to the Panel Folio Builder.»

I tried to login several times today, but I get the same message. It was working fine last week. Is anyone else getting this same message? Is there something wrong with the servers of Adobe at the moment?

Try to connect to https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com and see if you are prompted for a terms of use. Then try again.

If this does not work, see this paper:

  • Turn off auto identify you for folio Builder?

I teach at a University.  We'll start to DPS (CS6) today and I'm having a problem.  When I run Folio Builder in InDesign, it asks my Adobe ID and password.  The problem-it will not forget!  Even when I sign in, once I raise the InDesign and Folio Builder it automatically connect to my folios.  It is a problem when I have several students who use the same laboratory.  When I connected at the start, it indicates that this computer will remember my account and there is no option for "never save log in and password."  Help!  We use Macs 10.8 + with Adobe CS6.

    Mark

I followed this in a previous post, but as soon as you connect again, it remembers your info.  Help!

«If you use the ID CS6 or CC remove the folder /Users/ {username} / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE.» Now, when you start InDesign it will come with the sign in dialog box and no autosign in the Panel Builder Folio. Certainly not elegant but it should accomplish your goal. »

  • I don't see my android device in folio Builder

I don't see my android device in folio Builder to preview of folio.  I have the unit connected to my PC via USB and content adobe reader is running (same login as indesign) usb debugging is enabled. It is a tablet of nexus 7. InDesign CS6

    Thanks for any help

Your Nexus 7 probably has a version very, very, old Adobe Content Viewer on leave before we made the move to a native Android visualizer, which was almost (more?) than two years.

We do not support overview directly from InDesign to Android more.

  • Folio Builder in last InDesign

Previous content creation for Digital Publishing Suite (DPS) was made using Folio Builder of InDesign CC. Now the latest version of InDesign CC (2015) removed the Folio Builder feature.

Any idea on how to create content using the latest version of InDesign?

You can not. To use DPS with the Folio Builder Panel, you must run 2014 CC InDesign, InDesign CC or InDesign CS6.

For more information about how to install another version of ID, see here: I've updated today on Adobe Indesign CC, 2015 and now I am unable to see the tools in indesign, any help, thank you Graeme folio
