  I have a site created in Muse - fonts that I used in the header and footer have stopped synchronization when I write the site.   I checked out your site and found that the header changes when we click on the menu 'development', as it is bound to a different website that is - http://www.stmaryredcliffedevelopment.com/ and therefore your current site is redirected to a new site.

  So, in order to solve this problem, you will need to design your new site - http://www.stmaryredcliffedevelopment.com/ even header as you have designed it in your www.stmaryredcliffe.co.ukof the site.

  Typekit fonts are not sync. I open an Illustrator file I created with Illustrator CC and now it says that some typekit fonts are missing.   Adobe, you are NOT what you used to be. You have got worse, not better.

  It helped for me:

  Switch dimmed Typekit

  1 leave the desktop application Cloud Creative

  2. in the menu go to the Finder, select go to folder

  3. paste this path, and click OK:

  ~/Library/preferences/

  4. in the window that opens, you should see a list of files, including com.adobe.accmac.plist

  5. click on com.adobe.accmac.plist and rename it to com.adobe.accmac.plist.old. You will be asked to confirm that you want to change the .old extension.

  6. start the creative Cloud desktop application again.

• Typekit Fonts are not sync or activation

  My Typekit fonts do NOT work. My laptop has no problem, but on my iMac is not what works so that never.

  I already have the following...

  1 disconnect off Creative Cloud App, reboot the computer, new journal-ing (done several times)

  2. security settings etc. are are correct (firewall is disabled, app downloaded for Anywhere is turned on)

  3. close all adobe programs, restart the computer, re - open all programs and the CC App.

  I also run Suitcase Fusion, I quit and restart the computer. Open programs in different orders and still no luck.

  I run all programs and settings same as on my MacBook, even internet connection as well and nothing is working to get the fonts to synchronize.

  Out of the blue, they do not work and were yesterday.

  Help please! I lost so much time that should make money today to solve this problem!

  Police office synchronization works again. All the fonts you have selected in your Typekit account should begin automatic synchronization.

  You can also disable synchronization of the police in the application of creative cloud under the gear icon in the preferences > creative cloud > fonts (Typekit "power"), then turn again to start a new synchronization session.

  For some reason, I was not able to sync Typekit fonts. On the site of typekit, they all say that they have synchronized and are ready to use but when I open Photoshop, none of them are there. I have a stable internet connection, I restarted the programs and my computer but nothing works. Any suggestions?

• Museo San fonts do not sync with applications to one other then Adobe Creative Suite Apps

  I have questions to any part of the Museo without font family with applications of synchronization and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications. I use a Mac with OS version 10.10.4 and Creative Cloud 2015. This is not the case with just my system, but others as well, when I choose the Museum without saying sketch he appears with regular and "BOLD" as options instead of 100, 300, 500, 700, 900, etc., and after selecting the police it is automatically default to Lucida Grand. When you try to use the fonts with applications like Pages, editing text or for other applications on the system that the police just does not appear in the fonts selector.

  I don't have any other synchronized TypeKit fonts and sure as it should.

  I'm sorry that you trouble with that. With our contacts at Apple, we have confirmed that this is related to the way OS X 10.10.4 validates the font files. They are working on an update, which would be included in a future update to OS X.

  Synchronized Typekit fonts will work in Adobe Creative cloud applications and in some programs such as mail or Notes system, but not in third-party software such as the sketch.

  I don't see my police typekits sync in my creative cloud module. I don't see the advertising banner.

  Go to the typekit site can add or remove fonts, but all this work. After the release of my creative cloud I see Sync fonts in the module, now I can't.

  I use web fonts custom model Edge animate successfully, but when I publish the dashboard content animate, referenced (in the .css file) fonts do not appear in the published folders.

  I could see the number of folder 'fonts' not getting copied for publish destination. It looks like a bug.

• Creative cloud gray app & not sync!

  Icon creative cloud on the car at the top of the page is grayed out and shows the spinning wheel when I try to open. IM using the macbook pro and using synchronized with creative cloud - fonts fonts don't sync and I guess that's because the CC app is down. I tried to restart, leave the application and remove the application - none of which work (I can click on the parameters gear wheel in the right corner, but it does not).

  Desperately need help because I have deadlines that use the fonts im synchronization attempt!

  I am also having this problem. It wouldn't be a problem except my fonts via TypeKit are synchronized with CC so when I open a document using one, it can not sync and there is nothing on the screen DC that will allow me to leave or to reinstall. It's really a stupid question to interrupt the workflow of a person, and the other posters here should not have continually to uninstall and reinstall the software to make it work.

  I'm sorry you troubles here.

  It seems that this creative cloud desktop application is unable to write to one of the files on your machine, and so you're stuck in a spinner.

  We have seen this happen a couple times before, and have a fix that you can run:

  1 leave the desktop application Cloud Creative

  2. in the menu go to the Finder, select go to folder

  3. paste this path, and click OK:

  ~/Library/preferences/

  4. in the window that opens, you should see a list of files, including com.adobe.accmac.plist

  5. click on com.adobe.accmac.plist and rename it to com.adobe.accmac.plist.old. You will be asked to confirm that you want to change the .old extension.

  6. start the creative Cloud desktop application again.

  I use CC 2015 on a Mac and when I sync fonts on Typekit site, that they will not sync with my Mac. The previous fonts I have synced and since withdrawn remain synchronized. Any thoughts?

  I'm sorry you troubles here. Would try you the following:

  -First of all, would you try to log out of the application creative cloud under: Gear > preferences > General.

  -Then try to quit/restart the creative cloud application and signing then return with your cc Adobe ID.

  -All the fonts you had synchronized previous should now automatically synchronize. If this is not the case, try to synchronize Typekit.com fonts again.

  And if that doesn't work, send us the 3 most recent logs of CoreSync to: [email protected]

  On the Mac, the file can be found here:

  ~/Library/logs/CoreSync-yyyy-mm-dd.log

  (You will want to open the Finder, click OK, in the menu, hold down the 'option' key and you will see the folder library.)

  On Windows:

  You can find the files: C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\coreSync-2013-08-xx.log

  Hi, I would really appreciate some advice. I have sync had two on my Macbook Typekit fonts. I can see these fonts and use them in Photoshop and other applications such as Pages. However I don't find fonts in After Effects. I tried several times AE opening and closing, but the fonts appear not just. Any ideas please. Thank you.

  Please restart your system, then try signing out of creative cloud app and then signing back in. Subsequently open After effects and check if the problem still persists.

• Typekit fonts do not display in iPad app DPS (created by Indesign) in Web content (leading edge)

  I think I tried every permutation to make this work, but probably miss me something.

  I'm creating a single application iPad DPS with InDesign, and I use a Typekit font throughout.  So far so good.

  I created a project to animate Dashboard using the same Typekit fonts.  In preview mode, this makes it very well.

  However, when I place the project dashboard animate in a frame in InDesign and use the Web Content Overlay Folio (I have use the .oam file or directly link output .html published by Animate), Typekit fonts will not appear in the dashboard part animate DPS app and use instead a rescue police.

  Can anyone suggest a way to make edge Typekit fonts animate the work when they are incorporated into a DPS app?  (For what it's worth, I have the same problem when the incorporation of output html of tumult Hype, it seems unlikely that this is a problem with edge animate at all and probably more to do with something in the way that the DPS application deals with embedded html content has.)

  Unfortunately Typekit fonts don't lend themselves well to borad distrubition you must define on site that the police is broadcast. For example, I want my fonts for display on www.mysite.com--je must go to Typekit and explicitly define www.mysite.com in the list of allowed sites, otherwise the police appears. It is a requirement on the side of Typekit so people can tear off the embed of someone other site code and use it on their own.

  As your digital publication does not have a site that can be defined, your fonts will not be shown by the use of HTML content incorporated (including Animate) with DPS. Typekit Fonts of office work as expected because they get shipped with the release with another Office font you use.

  Now if you are uncomfortable with using online-only, you could find a suitable replacement using Edge Web fonts that don't require site definition. If you have a police office that you want to use WITH the EULA, suitable for web use, you can use a web font generating service as FontSquirrel and incorporate locally with Animate.

• Some computer office-available policies do not sync

  Fonts and file synchronization works for me, but some policies that say they are available to the police office synchronization on Typekit are not appearing in Photoshop or any other applications. I still see notification files synchronize when I choose them to use desktop on Typekit, but they do not appear in my list of fonts that are synced to the cloud creative application and are not available for use in applications. Adelle and FF Tisa Pro are two examples.
