FORCE logging off automatically?

Hello

It's just strange that on a couple of my 11.2.0.3 dataguard Oracle Linux 6 (64-bit) environments were found FORCE LOGGING disabled and I have just their permit. Now, the DBA team remembers correctly that FORCE LOGGING is always enabled when configuring the dataguard. I would like to have the opinion of a person if he or she has this kind of scenario with him or her. Is it possible that FORCE LOGGING could get automatically turned off? Never, we have recreated controlfile on primary or secondary, but we have failover/failover scenarios that are not supposed to disturb FORCE LOGGING?

Or forgot us really turn on LOGGING of STRENGTH?

  • Computer not finding networks, stuck on the Logging Off screen in Vista

For the past two weeks, if I simply close my laptop while it is running, most of the time when I try to open it up my wireless network does not connect automatically. I have to click 'Connect to' in my Start menu and manually connect to the network. The only problem is, sometimes it will fail to find a network and when I try to manually go to 'Connect to', it does nothing. Nothing comes up at all. I have to restart my computer. Once I try to restart, it sticks on the screen "Logging Off". I also tried to disconnect just opened a session back, but it's still stuck on this screen. I am then forced to make a hard closed down by holding down the power button.

    Any ideas?

    Hello

    1. you broadcast the SSID of the wireless network?
    2. have you idea of changing the settings of the preferred wireless networks?

    Method 1.
Try to change the order in which your computer connects to the network.
The list of networks connected to before is sometimes referred to as your preferred wireless networks or your preferred list.
    a. open manage wireless networks by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet, click Network and sharing Center, and then, in the left pane, click on manage wireless networks.
    b. your saved wireless networks is displayed. To change the order in which your computer connects to networks, drag the networks upwards or downwards in the list.
    c. to change preferences for the network, right-click the network, and then click Properties.

    Method 3.

  • The effects turns OFF automatically

Regularly after 2/3 days effects (when opening application it is effect type zoom to open the application or at the opening of the iphone lock) turns off automatically. Also during the opening of multitasking or any application. After you restart the iphone, it resolved for 1/2 days. And yet, the question arises after 2/3 days.

This problem is coming into my iPhone via ios 9 now plowing 9.3.1

We can show in pictures how effect stops. So I can not download.

First, try a forced reboot. Obviously, you will need to wait a few days to see if his works. It will affect all the data.

To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

If the forced reboot does not fix it, try this. Reset all the settings. You won't lose any data, but all the parameters of the device will have to be entered again in the settings app. This includes the WiFi network passwords, settings > general > reset > reset all settings.

  • Ntuser.dat locked by system after log off

tons of stuff on the internet about this but no real difficulty. We currently use roaming profiles on a 2 k 3 Server for our Citrix configuration. We met the issue of temporary profiles created because the ntuser.dat file is locked by the system in their ordinary account profile. This has actually been a problem for several years to the contract and I am now cleaning.

We have the GPO to set to point to a share to store profile data, refers to the configuration of the roaming profile.

first thing I noticed was tons of SID keys under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Profile list. I deleted all these keys and profiles on the servers of applications under Docs & settings. now on the first login my account has been created on the server, SID created key. after disconnection of application, he removed key SID in the registry, writes data to the profile on hand but profile left on application server because ntuser.dat has been locked. then, the next time you connect, it starts to create profiles of temperature.

Maybe it's a little much info for the real problem at hand, but I wanted to explain the Setup here incase it helps.

does anyone have a solution for this?
UPHClean is not an option because we use roaming profiles. they are always locked.

or does anyone have a script that I could use that force a version of the log off?

any info would be much appreciated. Thank you guys

  • Windows Vista hanging at "Logging Off" of the prcoess judgment stage.

At the stop, Windows went to automatically install updates and shut down my Dell portable computer. But he is now stuck at the step "Logging Off" and not shut down, even after hours. When I stopped manually and restart, it just goes back to the "Logging Off" screen and I can't do anything else. Several shops here have said they need to do a thorough cleaning of the hard repair disk in order.  Really? Is there another way to get the computer to block this process?  Thank you.

    Amanda,
If you are still having this problem then validate with what version of Windows you are using.  First thing to try is to start on the Advanced Boot options , and select the last known good configuration.  If this does not work, then try to start safe mode.  Let us know the status.

  • Vista Home Premium: Startup time and office flaws often requiring the log off / log on to Correct

At all to being able to help solve these problems successfully:

When I bought my office, it came preloaded with Win XP (a FANATASTIC/s o!) with an installation disc free for Vista Home Premium. I have installed Vista until recently due to support XP being more available.

Problems currently on a regular basis (every reboot) are:

    (1) long startup (sometimes nearly 10 minutes)

    (2) the "Blacktop" (AERO) Vista appears generally "gray" (like Win Classic) but with VERY little
Services (icons missing, unable to run diagnostic programs, etc.).

In this situation, I usually 'Log Off' and 'Connect' again and it fixes the problem-"bitumen".
is back with the functions of the al. Despite this, I'll restart desktop using Services.msc. for all the functions

    are available.

    System information:

    (A) AMD 64 Athlon 3500 + (2.20 GHz)
    (B) 3.00 GB RAM
    (C) Vista 32 Bit (SP1 and SP2 installed (all updates current)
    (D) ATI Radeon XPress 200 Series (current driver)
    (E) all drivers are current (no changes required)
    (F) update BIOS (not not required)

    Note:

    (1) I am the user ONLY if the 'Default' options are regularly 'Log In' (as admin) - no guest accounts, etc.

    (2) I reduced some Desktop effects, which are not necessary (Menu Fade in and out, etc.) according to

instructions of MSFT community on how to do this and what is safe to disable. This helped a little
and I don't miss these features.

    (2) I deleted the "Windows.old" folder (as there was nothing to add to the Vista o/s).

    (3) I have NOT deleted the Partition which was part of the Win XP System Restore feature as)
"I don't know if I should as well as to think that I should keep this system offline and running XP).

    (4) I use a security program that securely wipes deleted data, cache password, etc..
Under Win XP, there was the possibility of "Protect Restore Points" (not required for Vista).
I do NOT use the option "delete shadow copies".

    My questions are:

    (A) what is the cause of the boot extended both office and how to tackle it successfully?

    (B) what is the problem with the desktop computer? I don't mind the Log in and out a lot but would like to get rid
me of this disadvantage.  I would like TO have the Vista boot WITHOUT having to Log in and out to

ensure that the AERO desktop is available and functional.

    (C) should I delete the files and restore Partition in Win XP? Is this the cause may be a conflict with
Vista? Also, please let know us if you think it would be better to keep these files available if no
    conflicts are possible or probable.

    (D) what is the path, the file name or folder (path if necessary) which governs the entire desktop
(startup, appearance, services, etc.). so I can enter my security software to exclude it from
    be affected?

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Incidentally - for all owners of Scanner Epson 1200U running Vista Service Pack 2:

YES! Successfully, you CAN install and run this scanner on Vista with the EPSON Twain 5.53 driver without twisting your registry, etc.

    Steps to follow:

    (1) download the file of v5.53 (10245.exe) driver TWAIN Epson

    2) extract to the folder (default location or a location of choice) and open the folder

    (3) right click on the "Setup.exe" file, go to properties and set the compatibility to Win XP SP-2

    (4) run the configuration file and wait for Windows Vista to give up the search on the web, ignore the 'warning' when he

comes to the top and connect the scanner to complete installation as you did under Win XP (or earlier versions)

NOTE: You will have to wait a long TIME for the next window appears once complete Vista

  • "operations are underway. Please wait. The machine switches off automatically '-system never stops.

Sometimes, when to stop Vista, instead of a normal shutdown, I get quite common background and a message reading: "operations are underway. Please wait. The machine switches off automatically. "The system then continues to run indefinitely, and I finally have to do an emergency stop. After the reboot, I then most of the time have to do a restore to an earlier point; Once in a great while, he'll tell me the test stops abnormally and charge really. Tried to figure what could be causing it and can't find a logical reason. Diagnosis never found anything, but there is not really anything in the windows which diagnosed something as a shutdown of the system.  Help.  It's boring.

    Hi Baron Stewart,

    (1) since when are you facing this problem?

    (2) remember to make changes?

Method 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...)  Except the mouse and keyboard and then try to stop

If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

Method 2:  Select the boot and then check if the problem persists

Follow step 1 in the link below,
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

    Important:
n ' forget not to put the computer to a normal startup follow step 7 in the link.

Method 3: check the logs in Event Viewer for more information on this problem

    Open event viewer

What are the information in event logs? (Event Viewer)

Hello! I found a problem with my system: when a user logs off Windows 7 x 64 session, the rest can not access the internet, until restarted network card. Reinstall NIC driver did not help. Problem appears on a built-in adapter, in the motherboard and a separate PCI card too.  Same router via its web interface is not accessible. Windows cannot automatically fix this problem after trying to diagnose a problem with his problem Diagnostic tool. After the diagnosis in the DETAILS window, MORE tests, it displays a message like this "computer remote can not receive a connection via the Internet (HTTP) Service Port". "Unplugging" a corresponding Local network connection and then reconnect solves the problem immediately. Switching between users, when two of them are connected do not cause this problem. Important: the problem occurs in the account of the user who was logged on the system FIRST after the PC was on, when the user disconnected on newspapers of a SECOND. If the SECOND user is logged in and the FIRST user disconnects, SECOND can still access the internet. It depends only on the sequence of the user's record, not on the particular user name. And one more interesting fact: after each user registered on and outside just for once, the problem seems to disappear until the PC is turned off and turn it back on!

    Hi, Mahesh,

and thank you very much for your help! Update firmware driver and router LAN did not help me get rid of my problem, but greatly improved my experience of networking in general. Anti-virus software was not guilty, also, but! I found the "iControl" network software, installed as part of Sogiciel 'AI Suite II' (that came on the CD of motherboard ASUS driverssoftware), runnning and causing not only the problem mentioned above, but would also decrease upload speed up to 0.3 MB/s, when download passes to nearly 100 Mbps! Moreover, searching the Internet, I have found a lot of complaints about the behavior of this software, so that people watch you the occasional installation of this piece... sweet ;) As "iControl network" has been uninstalled (not only turned off in the settings of 'Ai Suite II'!), I'm totally happy with my system performance.

    Best regards

Hello. I have an ipod shuffle 4g mid 2015. When I hold the "voiceover" button in order to change my playlist button and press "play/pause", my ipod turns off automatically (sometimes, not always), but after a few seconds, when I turn it on, it works. I don't understand why this is happening. Can you please help me with this and tell me what is the problem and how to fix it? Thank you.

    Hello siesam,

I understand that your iPod shuffle is sometimes turn off unexpectedly when using VoiceOver. In such a situation, the first point of departure would be to reset your iPod shuffle by placing the switch on the device to the OFF (with the hidden green band) position, wait ten seconds, and then slide the power switch back to the position WE.

If it does not stabilize your iPod, please visit the iPod shuffle troubleshooting and service FAQ.

    1. Disconnect iPod shuffle from your computer (if connected).
    2. Set the switch on iPod shuffle to the OFF position. Note that, when the iPod shuffle is off, the Green band of the switch is not visible.
      1st generation 2nd generation 3rd generation 4th generation
    3. Wait five seconds. For iPod shuffle (3rd and 4th generations), wait ten seconds.
    4. Put it on the play in order or the shuffle position. The green stripe will be visible in both positions. For iPod shuffle (2nd and 4th generations), slide the power switch on (and you can see the Green band).

iPod shuffle is now reset. If you have been reset as part of some troubleshooting steps, continue with these steps now. For the General troubleshooting steps, see the iPod shuffle troubleshooting and service FAQ.
