  • In Ipod touch Apple id password

    Hello

We got three units at home. A telephone I6s, IPod, and Mac.

With the IPod, when you are prompted to insert the password of the Apple ID (which is the same in all 3 units), the password is not valid.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you.

The account password has been changed since you logged into the account on the iPod (what to do when you have changed your Apple ID email address or password - Apple support)?

If not, have you tried a disconnect (for stores tap your id in settings > iTunes & App Store; for iCloud: settings > iCloud > Sign Out) and back in and see if it accepts the password and allows to connect you to?

  • Touch IPOD GEN 3 won't let me sign in with my Apple ID

I have a 3 generation IPOD touch and it won't let me sign on the IPOD touch to get all the apps.

But I can't signon to apple on my Windows 7 computer (with this ID different than my main Apple ID) and watch the apple news in the Gen 3 IPOD online.

I wanted to go to the app store and download an older version and the app for the key.  But when I sign on the IPOD touch says wrong password?  But I can sign with my apple Online ID?

Help! what I am doing wrong.

NOTE: it was my OLD IPOD touch wife and she wanted no more.  I have a very specific use for it.  So I reformatted it under a different email and Apple ID.

Just where are you trying to connect?

Did someone I signed now in settings > iTunes and App Store?

  • Disable the password in the iPhone device.

    Hello world.

Today my device (iPhone 6s + iOS 9.3.2) asks password for configuration when I was trying to receive mail from Microsoft exchange.

I have device configuration password and now I can't use "Pass off the coast of password" option (located in the settings/Touch ID and password). This option is disabled now.

Is there is no way to disable using password?

    Thank you in advance.

Is your email exchange with your employers?  If so, you will need to delete this email account to remove the safety profile which is the application of these configuration changes. An employer who offers a generally exchange e-mail account leads to a policy of safety and certification when you configure the account that will change some security settings in your phone to enforce the policy of the company with the use of their e-mail account on a mobile device.

Y at - it an option to require the TWO Touch ID and password to unlock the Iphone 6?

    Hi joesutherland11

    # TouchID is essentially a shortcut for entering your access code. This is why you cannot use TouchID without setting a password.

  • Apple ID password at startup check Message

I recently bought an iPad Pro, having already owned an iPad 2 air.

However, since the Pro purchase (and use it alongside my Air 2), I was invited on two iPads (at startup) for my password Apple ID.

I am presented with the choice between 'Not now' or 'settings '. I'm then prompted to enter the password for my iCloud account. This happens to start on two iPads. If I choose "Not now," I'm out of FaceTime and iMessage on the device.

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and do not get the prompt on this device.

I tried to sign in/out my account iCloud on both devices, but it did not work. I appreciate any suggestions anyone has!

Use the application settings. Go to settings > iTunes and App Store.

If your identifier Apple is not displayed at the top of the screen you sign for your Apple ID normally once that you do this you may not reconnect to your Apple ID.

If your identifier Apple is already shown it tap it in and out. Then reconnect.

Also, in some devices setup password Apple ID could be offered as the password to unlock the device. You can check if this is the case in the settings app as well.

Troubleshooting iOS 10 tips: Touch ID does not work

Some users have reported that a previously happy Touch ID installation stopped working when they made the update to iOS 10. It is a pain, but rescuable - you will probably need erase your fingerprints and re-enter.

First, however, try something simpler: go to settings > Touch ID & password, enter your password, then press the buttons next to pay Apple and iTunes and App Store so that they become white. Turn off your iPhone and turn it off again, then go back to settings and turn the two knobs back to green (you will need to enter your password Apple ID).

Who fixed the problem?  I haven my Aff!

If not, go through the fingerprint stored in settings > Touch ID & password - press each of them in turn - then erase fingerprints. Then go back and press Add A digital footprint and put back them in. It's a bit complicated, but it should fix the problem.

I did all that, but the problem could not be solved.

    Try the following steps:

    1. go in the settings, press button ID & password, enter your password. Then turn off iTunes and App Store. Restart your iPhone or iPad. Return to Touch ID and password in the settings and re - turn on iTunes and App Store. Press Add a fingerprint to add another print.

2 remove and re-add fingerprints: settings > Touch ID & password > enter your device code > scroll to find fingerprints fingerprints. Press the fingerprint, that you want to remove, and then press DELETE.

    3. restart your iPhone by pressing and hold the Sleep/Wake and home.

  • Disable voice control on iOS 10

I would like to disable the voice on iOS 10 command like he did in the way of the screen capture function. I already have it switched off function in settings > touch id and password > voice dial, but it always seems to happen when you press the home button.

Is there a way to disable it completely (including voice control of music)?

Settings > Siri > Off should probably do.

Regarding the screenshots if you lead a bit with the power button then you shouldn't have a problem.

To fix the Touch ID, try the following steps:

  • Disable voice command in iOS 10

I'm not able to turn off the voice command. It's really annoying that when I hold the long home button, it activates the voice control. I tried to activate Siri, but the application does not appear in my settings. Maybe because I don't want to use Siri. How can I solve the problem of voice control?

Voice command cannot technically be disabled.

This workaround will allow to Siri that replaces voice command, allow a password locking and then disable the lock screen Siri. This allows to keep the Home running the voice command or button Siri if the screen is locked, preventing calls from Pocket.

    • Open the settings app.
    • Click on Siri (below its option n greater than touch id and password)
    • Turn Siri ON. This may seem counterproductive, but you will need to turn on Siri first in order to substitute the voice control
    • Return to the settings menu and select 'password '.
    • Tap "turn passcode on" and create a password if you have not already.
    • Tap on the "Voice Dial" option to disable the voice dialing.
    • Tap on the option "Siri" turns off Siri to the lock screen.
    • Set 'Password required' to 'Immediately'. This will force your phone to require a password as soon as you turn the screen off, preventing calls from Pocket.
    • Lock your phone. Now that your settings are correct, you will not be able to start the voice command or Siri when long-pressing the Home button while the phone is locked in your pocket.

    Hope this works for you...

downside: you have now turned on siri. as soon as you turn it off, voice dialing is to a previous state...:

  • Access to the Notification Center on the lock screen

I'm sure it's really simple, but I can't find the answer.

I have an iPhone running iOS 10 6.  If the phone is unlocked I can slide down for Notifications and swipe left to direct access to Widgets.  It's all good.  However, since the lock screen I can swipe left for the camera, or the shot to the center of control, but striking to swipe to access Notifications and Widgets does nothing.

Is there a setting somewhere that I can't find? Or is it simply not available on the iPhone 6?

    Thank you

Found!  In case anyone else wants to know...

Settings > Touch ID and password (If logical - not!) > 'allow access when it is locked' down
