• XDCAM and Canon XF formats that are not supported in the first CC 2014

  Having improved first Pro CS 6-CC 2014 (v8.0 / 2014.0.1), I find myself unable to import media to Canon XF or XDCAM format.

  When you navigate to these folders from media, the Prime Minister refuses to import these files into the timeline. When you select a video file, first get a message "Format file not supported".

  I tried two ways to install Premiere Pro:

  -Via the single installer downloaded from the Adobe site.

  -With Adobe Creative cloud conditioner.

  Facilities have been made on an own OSX 10.9.4 system.

  In both cases, the same result, the files cannot be opened (only VLC is able to read).

  Any ideas how to solve this problem?

  OK, finally, we found the solution:

  We have two different serial numbers for our Creative Cloud ENT licenses, one of them is labeled EDFUL No. 15, the other V15.

  It seems that installation using the N15 series allows to launch the first, but does not activate the XDCAM and Canon FX video codecs.

  When installing with the V15 serial, the codecs are enabled.

  Now, it would be interesting to know more precisely what products are covered by serial number (we found no specific information in the dashboard licensing.adobe.com).

  I suspect that the inner query corrupts the CONVERT function, which makes it fail.

  I'm far from being comfortable with all programs of this type, so please bear with me. I am doing a slideshow for my Peewee team and I'm up to the wire to it. I bought PE4 in an attempt to open some options for our slideshows (my wife has already used Roxio but I wasn't happy with it). I'm trying to take a video that I've transferred from VHS to DVD using a Magnavox dubbing system. I am trying to take the video of the dvd and put it in PE4, so that I can put music on the video (the things in the crowd were not always things that grade 5 students should hear when they look at their video of the season). I succumbed to the import of files in PE4. I always get the same error message: "audio rate not supported in the file. I tried to convert the dvd to AVI using "Next Video Converter 3.0" and even "DVD Shrink 3.2" & "AutoGK".» I even tried to convert it to AVI using NVR and leaving out of the audio file. I still get the same message. Please someone help me with this. I am against the ropes here, and I don't want to disappoint my boys.

  I tried to find help by reading some of the other posts here, but to be honest that I was not able to make heads or tails of any of them. I don't really understand this kind of thing, and when people start talking about codecs etc, this is no logic for me. Any help in plain English would be appreciated.

  The challenge is that these VHS to DVD dubbing sometimes systems use codecs (compression systems) for their video and audio that don't Digest well in programs such as Premiere Elements.

  The simplest solution is to convert DVD files (which are the VOBs) to DV - AVI using a program called MPEG Streamclip. Instructions where to find it and what are the settings to use in the FAQ on the right of this forum.

  A much simpler way to do this, is to let the DVD on the move of the VHS to digital completely. You can do this by using a device called a DV bridge. You plug your camcorder VHS or player inside and it connects (via FireWire) on your computer. The files it creates on your computer are DV - AVI, the ideal format for editing in Premiere Elements.

  I recommend the ADS Pyro AV Link. It sells for less than $150, and it will be more profitable for itself in a few weeks, if you do this kind of dubbing VHS regularly. The FAQ have more information about it and other DV devices. (Do not use cheaper scanners, like the Dazzle unit, incidentally. It only will lead to more headaches.)

  I have been w work on a project for over 6 month. yesterday, it would not open. First he asked me to point to the location of the video files for 18 files I fortunately work for the last 6 months, and then once I went that it gives me the message:

  I should point out that I have worked off the coast of files stored on an external hard drive of 1 terrabyte. However, I am still able to view and open all the ext HD files in Windows Media Player, etc. which eliminates me the idea of a problem with the drive.

  I can open a new project and add the same file/s (first few files for a test run). Following its telling me

  "This type of file is not supported or the required codec is not installed."

  .. .but it worked just the other day, so it IS supported and must have the required codec.

  Moved some files on the hard disk of the PC. Seems to work ok... take back me to the fact that the external hard drive can be a source of the problem, but I can open all the files there in all other programs... so you have PE? Or is it?

  (a) access the location where the file is stored

  (b) right click on the file

  (c) click Properties in the drop-down list

  (d) under the general tab check the listed file type.

  There are two parts to the upload.

  5.5 download dialog box represents the progression to the record of transfer vCloud Director of the FVO.  The download method is via the integration of Client plug-in (which uses the OVF tool).

  The info that I'm sending should be 100% correct:

  - vm_id: the machine ID of the virtual MODEL VM I'm cloning (100% certain that it is correct)

  - file: the rootFolder returned by ServicContent

  - data store: the data store ONLY I should store VM on. When I query for this data store information it shows clearly that it is accessible and multipleHostAccess = true, so

  - resourcePool: I got this info when querying my ComputeResource properties. I have 1 cluster and resourcePool value that's what I put.

  I really have NO idea what's going wrong here... The CloneVM_Task creates a task - but that's where everything falls apart.

  Yes, you should not use the rootFolder, which is just the folder root inventory integer vCenter. A default vmFolder will still exists if you have additional folders, and that's the one you reference to. By default, you must question him to do this, where one day you decide to create folders against hard coding moref ID.   I had my laptop dell inspiron 1564 about two months ago and today when I turned on my laptop a message appeared on the screen the battery is not supported by the system . Can someone guide me through this question please?

  I have another question as well... the second day of my purchase of this product, that the screen is empty, n when I tried to turn on the key to the power of the laptop, a message appeared that the display driver has stopped responding earlier and it happened recently in a few days back as well.
