  the problem is resolved, be it in a different way. I tried your trick to wait 30 seconds after the registration and the recycling of the modem, but this had no effect.   I just saw something similar to this last week when the form had 4 tables that had unique table names, but the structure and names under the table where exactly the same. This cause problems when the form is Reader Extended. He ended up creating a new instance for wach table that has been added. The solution was to appoint repeating subforms with unique names.
