  Free images must be used within 30 days.  As they have been assigned to your team account on December 4, they have expired January 4.

  As a gesture of goodwill, I added a few credits the image to your team account then you can try Adobe Stock.  Please use them in the next 30 days!

  I added the trial version free Adobe Stock to my subscription of the CC and used about 6 of 10 free photos. I went to cancel within 30 days to find that my account had already been loaded on the 29th day renewal period? Tried to chat to solve, the guy told me that my subscription had several months (CC MY account has been, no STOCK).  There is no help, because they would not pay the renewal or cancel the subscription without 'start' fresh termination $159! What gives? After researching I found free trial Adobe Stock SCAM with a few others who have signed up for the trial period and tried to cancel.  I am not happy and certainly suspicious of all future subscription. I just want to cancel the Add on stock! Any other suggestions that taking to Twitter? Someone had problems with subscription cancellation?

  Your subscription of Stock began on 23 March, renewed on 23 April.  It seems that this charge had already dealt when you contacted support & have been notified of the early termination fee.

  I'll need to Stock subscription must be cancelled without fees.

  I signed up for "free" Adobe Stock 10 images of the trial. I was under the impression that he was free until you have used all 10 images you we are allowed. I was wrong. All of a sudden, my PayPal is charging $30 for something that I did not even use half of. I am appalled by Adobe.   I got Adobe chat support earlier this week (I think that Tuesday) stating that I wanted to get rid of the month free Adobe Stock of the process of accession of my creative cloud (maintenance of membership, but get rid of Adobe Stock).   Hello. We have a problem with the new free images in Adobe Stock. Apparently, we don't get new pictures. We have the small subscription with 10 photos per month. We bought a photo in August and now (September 19) we have just 4 pics left. In my opinion, we should have at least 19 pictures (10 pictures for September and 10 pictures for August 1 purchased). Can someone help me please?

  Recently signed up for a subscription of photography CC and was happy to see that I would be able to get 10 free Stock images.  But when you actually go to get your free images you said then you get 10 free images with a @29.00 month subscription to Adobe Stock. While in the fine print, it says that you can cancel at any time during the first month, it actually requires an account with your credit card.  Not impressed - if you get 10 free images why don't we just let users select 10 images free of charge without registration?  After all that you say it is that they are free

  Thanks for your comments.  As you have seen, registration is required for the 30 days test where you get 10 frames.  There is no charge for the first month, and if you do not want to continue with the subscription, you can cancel during the first month.

  I attended AdobeMax 2015 and all participants had a subscription for 1 year for free for Adobe Stock. At the Conference, I was told that supply will be automatically credited to my Adobe ID that I registered without the need of coupon code. I tried to access the subscription today and couldn't. When I contacted the support by chat the person had no idea what I was talking about and insisted on the fact that I need a promo code. Can anyone help?

  The computational cost was based on the withdrawal of 14 regular day period, but the Adobe Stock promo allows you to cancel within the first month with no penalty.

  Sorry for the confusion caused.

  The system calculates automatically the cancellation after 14 days according to the standard subscription terms.

  However, with the Stock promotion cancellation fees will be not processed if cancellation is made within the first month.
