  Hope you can help... have you tried most of the suggestions thread.   Hot Sync & Palm Desktop (v6.2) worked without problem.   Palm Desktop has suddenly didn't show no data in Contacts or calendar.   Subsequent attempts to Hot Sync froze during the synchronization of calendar.  After reading the discussion over there, I followed the procedures to uninstall Palm Desktop (including registry changes).  Re-install the v6.2 met Frost even during the first attempt to Hot Sync.   Uninstalled v6.2 new & re-installed only the older version of office provided on CD-ROM.   Same result during the first HotSync (a gel or a continuous loop during the calendar sync... no error codes displayed).  My unit features: Centro from Sprint with software v1.08 (operation without any problem).   Specifications of the PC: Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2.   Hot sync with USB cable connection.

• Centro: HotSync Operation freezes

  My last successful HotSync was March 24, which ended without difficulty.  In the meantime, I changed nothing on my phone I can think.  On 25 and 26 March, completely unrelated to my Palm, my computer containing the Palm software has been formatted and restored to its original settings.  Now after carefully reload and update of all other software, I reinstalled Palm Desktop 6.2, but the HotSync process at the end of the installer will properly - completed it freezes on the calendar every time, necessitating a CTRL-ALT-DELETE.  I tried to disable the calendar using HotSync synchronization manager, I tried the option of "handheld replaces desktop", etc, but nothing seems to change in the HotSync process and it continually freezes at the same spot.  (I tried to HotSync my camera on the computer of my wife, who has a functional version of Palm Desktop 6.2 for the Centro, and frost occurs exactly at the same place).

  One of the several attempts through this process of Palm Desktop setup kindly not offered to perform a hard reset, however I have just formatted my hard disk I have no another backup of my contacts or calendar.

  Thanks for the help. Until now, deactivation of lightning, provider for Google Calendar and calendar Tweaks seems to have solved the problem. If it begins to freeze again, I'll do Mode without fail a test.

  Looks that you open the calendar application, and it seems to be synchronized with an online service, but would become so unresponsive. I'd start by starting in safe mode to see if it opens there. Boot in safe mode erases some system-level caches and performs a disk check and if possible repair.

  Follow these steps to start in safe mode.

  1. Start or restart your Mac.
  2. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.
  3. Release the SHIFT key when you see the logo Apple appears on the screen.

  After the Apple logo appears, this may take longer than usual to reach the login screen or your office. This is because your Mac performs a check of directory of your drive to boot in safe mode.

  To leave safe mode, restart your computer without pressing any keys during startup.

  I see that your calendar on your iPhone app is cold. Have you tried the following steps:

  Restart the application

  Close the application , and then open it again.

  Restart your device

  Turn your device, then turn it on again.

  Look for the iOS and app updates

  1. Make sure you use the latest version of iOS.
  2. Open the App Store and press updates.
  3. If updates are available, click all to update.
  4. If requested, enter your Apple ID.

  You might need a WiFi update applications.

  I noticed Sunday June 7 (day after my pre), when I was playing Sudoku, my calendar would freeze (don't let me scroll). When I swerved Sudoku on the top of the screen (closed the app), the calendar worked well.

  I hadn't played with Sudoku since then until today. It froze my calendar! And again when closed, calendar worked well!

  Can anyone else confirm or make a suggestion.

  Between updates of webOS and at least two updates to Sudoku, this is more a problem for me!

• Centro palm desktop - sync calendar, freezes

  My little subject line said about everything.  Been syncing fine until today that used to synchronize the calendar.  Initially, it wouldn't sync and the log says my calendar or my computer was full, so it wouldn't sync.  Now, it freezes just straight up trying a sync schedule & calendar.  With the help of desktop 6.2.2.  Everything syncs ok if I put the calendar to ' do nothing '.  the search of funds to find errors returns no corrupt files.  Nothing appears overtly wrong with the calendar on my centro.  Earlier today, a group of appts disappeared from the phone (before I tried to synchronize and failed).  After the synchronization has failed, the starters were back in double.  I went back and remove duplicates (leaving only 1 entry each) on the phone, but it still won't sync.  There is no duplicate desktop, as I can tell.

  I had this same problem. I spent about 2 hours, the phone today with the support of palm. Here is the result: on the centro that I had to find and remove corrupt files (calendar of events) there.
