French language was cut.

Hi all

I have extended a field to and override the paint method when the application calls g.drawText(text,0,0).

English was great, however, the French language was cut on the head , because there is

point on the head of some words, it may not appear.

Here is my code:

and my unit is 8703e os is 4.2.1.110 and OS 4.2.2.175 8320.

other devices work correctly.

I was able to reproduce this in 4.5.0 when you use the BBMillBankTall font as well.  Most of the other fonts seem to be good.  I also tried on BlackBerry handheld software version 4.6.0 and found that the problem has been resolved.

As a work-around 4.5.0 and below users can select a different font, or you can choose a different font for use in your application.

    It is a normal behavior.  Word completion follows the keyboard (not the language).  When you change languages, it adds a new default keyboard.  To return to your old, you press the Globe and make sure that it is the active keyboard or go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboard and remove what you don't want.
