  Jqsnotify.exe is a Java Quick Starter process. By default, the location of the file is C:\ProgramFiles\Java\jre6\bin\jqsnotify.exe and the file size is 48 KB.

  By default, the jqsnotify.exe process loads automatically when you start your system. However, jqsnotify.exe is not an essential process and can be easily loaded manually if necessary.

  You can disable Java Quick Starter on the computer and check if it helps.

  For me it looks like you might have a motherboard problem. Formatting removes the chance that it is a software problem. Try taking 1 stick of RAM and test with it. If she continues to crash, remove that stick and try it. If she does it with the two RAM then those who are ok. HARD drive is not the culprit, so now he could either be processor or MB. Find a program to measure the heat from the laptop and run some heavy programs do overheat. If the temperature goes up and then it crashes, it could just be overheating.   I am trying to install Windows 7 on my shelf (I have on an another USB drivers). However, I plug it into the dock the Tablet and turn it on and go into the BIOS, and that's where. But when I try to boot from it, the screen flashes and it goes back to the boot in the BIOS. With the help of Rufus, I tried all combinations (TPG for UEFI, MBR computers for UEFI computers, etc.) and none of them work! To test if the USB was defective, I loaded an iso image 8.1 install 64-bit Windows on the drive, and to my surprise, it started from the drive and started the Setup program! I can't start the Windows 7 installation. I tested the stick in my laptop UEFI and it starts very well! What I am doing wrong? Will this work? probably not, but I am bit agitated-e-f (see below)

  You get the error "a Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the DNS name of the remote computer could not be resolved" when the requesting computer (the computer 'demand' help) sends its private IP address instead of its public IP address in the request for assistance. The solution is 'easy' for some and difficult for others. I present here for your perusal:

  (1) obtain the public IP address of the requesting computer (by visiting a web page such as http://www.whatismyip.com)
  (2) save the remote assistance request computers
  (3) modify the remote request for Assistance (RcBuddy.MsRcIncident) using a text editor (such as notepad) and replace the private - section of IP address should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,192.168.1.33:3389 «»
  with the public IP address from whatismyip.com or elsewhere - should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,74.125.47.147:3389 «»
  (4) save the file of RcBuddy.MsRcIncident 'new '.
  (5) double click it to connect to the computer needing help
  (6) cross your fingers and hope it works!
