  Several times, this is the sign of a hardware issue - module loose connection, camera, etc. Especially since you have tried everything else.

  Is your device warranty? If so, I contact your carrier or Motorola and see about maintenance or replacement.

• Omni 10 front face camera missing in camera app icon

  Hi all
  My front facing camera on my Omni 10, 64 is not available to choose from the app.
  I called and they helped me. I actually could see the icon specified in the camera to switch application and it worked perfectly for a week. It has now disappeared again.
  Support has remove me the current driver for the camera, and then restart your computer. When I did, the driver had re-installed itself and everything was great.
  Now, my problem is it stopped working again, and I don't know which driver I deleted. When in Device Manager, I can't understand which section it was or what it was called. the Lady helping me tried several things until we arrived at this, then it worked, but there were too many other things going on for me to remind and I thought that it was fixed to permenantly so I don't have a note or a page first.
  Any ideas? I really want to remember and go
  the process of elimination to new lol

  I had to spend my Tablet 10 Omni at my desk after that - the pop ups blocked much too much of the screen.  This may be posted elsewhere, I don't know.  But that is a different problem.

  Mods if you see a similar message by me, Ron7624, remove it.

  I finally remember that the only thing I have to do is wide upward from the lower right, then opens a small panel which is connected to the camera, change the camera button, a timer and an element of control of the exhibition

  So there is nothing wrong, just me not to remember this little trick.

  Since then, I contacted HP support and conducted tests while on the phone with them. It seems that the webcam is defective. I sent it in them to get to this repaired.

  My friends bought a Blu ray player and tried to install it themselves, did not know the façade come most then removed the front panel connectors.
  
  I don't really do other than replace drive HARD odd hardware or ram etc on my PC if I get a little confused with the wiring.
  
  It is, I have 1 USB connectors and 2 USB located I think correctly as well as the audio which is on the far left, the usb 4 is used by the TV/IR on the back.
  
  The power button cable has not found a home but as I'm not sure where is goes. The reset is in the right position, it's just the PIN 9 (6-wire) of the power button.

  I filed a complaint for this March 12 in an Apple Service Center, but they said mic is stuck can not fix it and already altered sound. I told them the only person use it and no way to alter what I force gave to another authorized service center before. I asked that he be coverable because it is a hardware failure only. They said going to escalate the issue and come back. But force got no response for 3 weeks. Later while I called again they said phone is already altered so that they do not solve the problem and closed the call. The other day itself while talking, I deleted that it is not altered and they spoke to engineer main to the Apple repair center and said will degenerate to issue of Mic only but now they have changed as altered the question and say he used be coverable.   Hello! Please check this. I am aware that there are similar issues with a solution here, but I'm here for a slightly different reason.

  Now I can´t find the email to talk to an official apple which is what I need. I need a to confirm that the movement of the front facing camera is a known problem due to poor/low quality glue and goes without having the phone in a drop of water or any form of damage. This happened to me, I have never dropped my iPhone, but through the daily use (usually, no extreme movement or whatever it is) the device is passed so that the gray "half moon" covers half of the hole for the camera. So naturally I talked to the place where I bought it, it was sent to repair (ish, they never repair, they send you just a new) where we discovered that the iPhone was slightly bent. I was shocked, that I never did anything that could cause such damage, but realized that somehow he had to me. Accordingly, any warranty has been deleted, then they won´t looking at the camera because the phone is folded. I explained that the issue of the camera is well known and he did not as a result of the bending. They do not believe me, and that's why I need a Apple to write me an email saying that the problem is known and that it does not come as a result of the bending. It is the only way that I can return the guarantee for the cameras of sake. The email will be shown the guy from the store that takes care of this. I read higher than (some) iPhones suffers from a bad glue and a half moon appears, but can't find the source. Thanks for any help!

  While it is true that there are those who knew their glass/screen covering part of their front facing camera, this question can also be reproduced with force by bending from your iPhone. I would have meant you for nothing to happen, of course, but as it is now, there is no way to verify what happened before the others, as the only documentation they have of this is an afterthought. The issue of bending to the iPhone, whose screen is fixed to, and the movement of the screen of his normal place which covered now your camera, are present.

• iPhone 4 front camera does not

  So I have an iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2... The front facing camera not work for months now, if not a year. When I go to open the camera app, rear camera works fine, but when I hit the power button, the application crashes. If I try to force quit the app and re - open, the screen is just black and still frozen. After that I have the app closes and wait a long time, then the rear camera is working again. I dropped my phone a couple of times. There is a small crack on the front screen. Everything works fine however. I tried many things to get the camera to work, but none of them solved the problem. There is no store Apple by me. If I took it in a phone shop, they could solve this problem?

  Here are the things I've tried:

  -downloaded a picture of third party app

  -Reset all settings

  -restart the phone

  -remove applications using the camera

  -hard reset

  -Photo App that was held down while holding the power button down / stop and off

  -Press firmly around the camera lens

  It looks like a hardware problem. Given that you have deleted the phone, which probably also damaged equipment inside the phone and not just the screen.

  If you visit an Apple authorized Service provider and show them your device, they can tell you more about your service options. Get the replaced phone cost you $149, Apple does not repair screen for iPhone 4. See this article for more details:

  Get the fixed phone by a 3rd party repair shop might be less expansive, but you will always have your old device and not refurbished, and Apple will not replace or repair the device after that more.

• Third camera front bad aligned on an iPhone 6. Does anyone else have this problem?

  It's extremely common. I am an independent repair technician and see dozens of iPhone 6 and 6 + all day. Almost all of them are in this State. It is purely aesthetic, it will not affect the functionality of the camera. It is unfortunate that you were not able to get the question definitively resolved by Apple. There is absolutely no reason to replace the whole screen to solve this problem - and losing your glass in the process. It is a simple matter to open the phone, remove the screws which fix the flex of the front camera in the LCD Assembly and reinstall the camera so that it is centered.

  Obviously if do you it yourself or you have an independent repair technician to do it for you, it will void your warranty with Apple. In reality, it isn' there some way they could say this has been done, but if you still your warranty 1 year or if you have Apple Care Plus, then to be 100% sure that you can keep this warranty, you must continue through repair official Apple, as frustrating as it can be. If you are no longer under warranty, then any shop 3rd repair part should be able to reposition the front facing camera for you in a few minutes, without having to replace the entire LCD screen.
