  Since then, I contacted HP support and conducted tests while on the phone with them. It seems that the webcam is defective. I sent it in them to get to this repaired.

The rear camera works fine, but when I switch to selfie cam I saw a still image of what was on the camera back; and on snapchat it simply refuses to move to selfie cam. I check to make sure that all connectors are deep-set. Any suggestions?

  If someone else that Apple will replace your screen they screwed up. If Apple has replaced your take screen back to the store.

  I was hoping that the front camera would allow me to video chat (Skype, etc.), but I have not had success using the front-facing camera for anything other than simply taking a photo or a video of me. Does anyone know if you can Skype video or use another program to do this?

  It is not necessarily a limitation of the phone, or FroYo, but by Skype.

• Pavilion 7000: Computer freeze once the fan CPU runs at max speed

  Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit version.

  Computer blocks once the fan CPU runs at max speed. Initially, the computer would occationally freeze after waking up from sleep mode (CPU fan would be occaionally operate at full speed & freeze the system).  Now cannot load even in windows. It freezes at the configuration of the BIOS once the fan turns at speed computer crashes if the CPU fan run at maximum speed wherever you are!

  1. I did the cleanning & lubrication & even take the battery to reset the Bios but no success too.

  (Before I can reset the Bios it will run normally.)

  2. remove all USB devices except the mouse & keyboard

  3. detach & attach Ram memory & graphic card

  I saw a ROM_Recovery shunt on the motherboard label. Must I do? or can someone help, please?

  I sent to the center of HP service after a week, the service staff telling me that he was unable to go bad because my motherboard is the American version, which I have no idea what it means (my PC was purchased locally) but to bring him back.

  I solved my problem of tried to detach the Rams (2 actuators) & install only 1 on an another RAM slot first. This works. Then installed the second RAM on an another slot also without no problems so far.

  I have an old HP Office also having the location of the faulty RAM & also had replaced graphics card but it raise a peep sound error which easier to identify.

  I agree with you more HP, hardware problem is due to RAM or video card. Thanks anyway

  I've had my Passport AT & T for a little over a month now and absolutely loved.  However, my front facing camera has a considerable amount of dust under the glass.

  Is it possible that I can clean myself?

  Hello experts,

  The battery on my PC - computer HP Pavilion 15 laptop is connected but does not support. It seems to happen for a while, because he says that the battery is at 0%. I checked some old posts here, they spoke to remove battery to check the AC adapter and power cord. I guess I can't do that since the battery has zero percent left, once I unplugged the power cord, the laptop was gone black, so I guess it must be the battery problem. It seems pretty complicated to check if my battery is completely dead and needs to be replaced, is there an easier way for me to decide if I need a new battery?

  PS. I tried Microsoft compatible control ACPI battery to uninstall and reinstall method, it didn't work on mine.

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook 15 and problems with the battery, no load before turning off. Here is a link to calibrate and test the battery.  Here is a link to solve the problems of the battery on a laptop. You should be able to complete these with the laptop plugged into the AC adapter.

  The power adapter is the one that was purchased with the portable?

  Plug in the power adapter directly into a wall outlet works. Do not connect it a power strip, surge arrester, or secondary power source as this could cause and issue.

  It turns out that the problem was the AC adapter, I replaced it and it works fine now.

• HP Pavilion tx2500 is not charging when plugged

  I was using my laptop on my desk when the power adapter suddenly got really hot, then stopped working.  The laptop is still running fine, battery but battery does not charge and the laptop gives no indication that the power adapter is plugged.  I tried reinstalling the drivers button power for 30 seconds and the battery to discharge the capacitors.  The PC port doesn't feel all more or less tight than before, so I don't think that that has broken.  I have a good feeling, the power adapter had fried, but I would not replace it just to find the laptop was the problem.  Is it possible to know with certainty?  I have access to a physical campus laboratory and can probably get my hands on a multimeter.

  No, the power adapter is not a light.  I took my laptop at Best Buy and tried with a different AC adapter.  It has worked well.  The power adapter is the problem.

  So a few days ago, I went on my photo app (which has the most recent updated), and all of a sudden, I have received a msg saying "camera error". I don't know what I did because my rear camera works perfectly well. Its when I turn the camera to deal with myself, no image is displayed. I tried:
  Data erasing & wiping cache, delete the apps that used the device (for example, Snapchat), I put my phone into safe mode, I did a factory reset, I tried force closing, uninstallation of updates to update, reinstall the application, obtain a third-party app part... and I do not have any application that deals with a flashlight.
  All the people mentioned were not working. What should I do?

  Several times, this is the sign of a hardware issue - module loose connection, camera, etc. Especially since you have tried everything else.

  Is your device warranty? If so, I contact your carrier or Motorola and see about maintenance or replacement.

  Normally 5 long beeps means there is a problem of memory.

  The only suggestion I can offer is to remove and reinstall each module of memory.

  If this does not work, remove all the memory modules and each of them in the primary memory slot one check at a time until it beeps constantly.

  When you find the memory that works with no beep, then you have isolated the bad memory module.

  If the 5 beeps continue depite these troubleshooting steps, you can pretty much figure that the motherboard has failed.

• Boot on HP Pavilion 7000 problem

  I bought this PC used from a pawn shop. NO tape or CD. It worked fine for about a year. It's for my grandson who has filled with thousands of songs. He is in shock and panic because it does not load. Yes, I told him all his tricks to save on CD, but it never did.

  The symptom is that the PC boots to a screen that asks you which country you are in (select your country). Then after clicking on the United States it goes to Microsoft Windows xp screen with the message "Please wait". Well, waiting is not good of course. I discovered by accident that F10 allows a diagnosis and recovery program. All diagnostics run own. In the upper part of the screen it states its for Microsoft 2000 PE. This program is called something Dr. I'm afraid to run this program of recovery because that count it currently has XP on it.

  There is nothing there currently, no additional cards or devices attached to it.

  I stopped now, not knowing what to do or how to proceed. I looked on the site to HPs a way order some type of recovery or repair CD without a bit of luck. Of course, if I had the XP repair disk for this I would try that.

  Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated a lot by myself and my grandson.

  I was looking at the price for xp sp2 and the full edition cheapest is about $200.00 and you can't use it on

  more than one computer.

  Lesson learned... do not buy Hitman withour computers complete documentation.
