Frustrated by the Support technique Adobe

I searched the forum of cc similar problems.

I tried the download forum, but told to go here.

Here are my questions for CC in Windows 10

The question has been raised twice. No one has called me. When I call 800-833-6687 for case

018-789-0320

they say that someone calls (but they do not have), they do not support the trial version and if they try to help me it will cancel the request of climbing.

When they try to find out why the photos not properly import from camera cards and take control of my computer, they say there are missing photos because "I moved outside of Lightroom. I know enough not to do that and wouldn't. Then the tech rep
Albhishek begins to move files using Windows file explore that is outside of Lightroom.

I need help from someone who knows about the import of files in LR CC.

Meanwhile I do not get the help I need during the trial, and the technical support is not available on weekends.

Is there another number I should call for support of weekend and level helps II?

The problems are always:

  1. When you import pictures from cards camera, they go to the wrong folder, LR shows images that were imported as being not imported, and no imported images not already imported. Support says that they don't know how to solve this problem and escalation of the case.
  2. After importing the photos from a card camera and moving them to the correct folder using the browser of LR, drive D and with all the pictures of watch is no longer in the browser.
  3. Technical support first of all create a catalog, but then changed mind and tells her to ask for level II.
  4. A folder in the browser displays a thumbnail for two images, but no thumbnail for others.

1. the destination for your imported photos are entirely controlled in the right column of the import dialog box. In the tree of possible destinations, you choose the player and the main folder where you want the imported photos. So, if you want in a separate subfolder, above the tree of folders you choose "in a folder", then "in the subfolder" and then name the subfolder. 3. I'm not sure that creating a new catalog will solve the problem. You learn how to import photos.

4 how many 'other' images is supposed to be there? If you go into the browser of your system, you see more photos in this folder?

    I recently installed PSE10.  I've updated because my old computer broke, I went to Win7 with 64-bit and done an upgrade of several programs.  I noticed that when I try to make a panorama in 10 I get an error message "Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 has stopped working".  What happens if I have photos in 10 waiitng to become a panorama or I just creates a new anything loaded into 10.  I can open other types of Photomerge as "Groupshot" but not panorama.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  TIA

    This is my first "serious" problem with Adobe.  I looked around, the site of a way to submit a question to technical support... Is it possible to submit a question to Support Adobe technique for free? or is it just bought time (i.e., they offer free technical support.)  Once again, appreciate the input.

    Research of the forums for "panorama", revealed a problem with Lightroom and Bridge which was resolved by resetting the preferences:

    Hold down the keys Ctrl + Alt + Shift at the launch of the PES and answer 'Yes' to the re-construction of preferences.

    May be worth a try.

    I recently got laid off and I had installed my second license of my personal on work computer Photoshop CS3 - this computer has been updated a few months back and now can be turned off so that I can use the second license on another device.

    Help Adobe FAQ gives to think I have contact Adobe for assistance with my serial number handy. I've smoothed on the Contact us link and can't find what to do.

    Any suggestions please. I need to have this disarms my old computer to work as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I had trouble downloading the files yesterday on Christmas day.

    I finally got the redemption code, then the number series but

    Hello everyone

    My Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro died today. I have "instant chat" with the support of Adobe. They asked me to change my registry key in Windows (I use XP) data from app to App Data. Now my Acrobat works fine, but I lost all THE other parameters. This includes:

    My preferences in all adobe CS (including layouts of pallet etc.)

    My Outlook e-mail footer

    More importantly, my tags in Outlook.

    These are just the programs I used in the last hours. I can't figure out how to get all these programs to point to App Data. I'm not a COMPUTER expert.

    It is a group of Vista so your talk to people who have not used XP in
    years.
     
    If my memory is correct AppData (the record) was invented in Vista
    and XP should be Application Data (Vista compatibility for XP
    programs that use Application data it redirecting to AppData without the
    program to know).
     
    If you have changed
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
    Shell folders it was stupid advice from Adobe. Change it back. If it was a
    different key can validate return which key it is.

    (1) right click on the Finder on dock icon and select the option "Go - To Folder."
    (2) you will get a text box, type in below mentioned command and then press 'return '.

    (3) it will open the etc folder, look for file named "hosts" and the same screenshot of office.

    (4) double click on the Hosts file, it will open it with TextEdit.

    Let me know if you see any Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

    I installed CC Office om my laptop some time ago. All of the CC Apps and updates work perfectly on this laptop.

    For about half a year, the apps also worked well on my PC (Windows 7 Pro Service Pack 1).

    I recently upgraded to Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro for CC (2015). Since then, whenever I try to open the software on the PC, I get the same errors

    Above errors translated:

    "Unable to connect this PC / device.

    This Adobe ID is already in use on two or more other devices. »

    This is not true, because I only installed and activated the CC on my laptop (1) and my PC (2).

    Whenever I try to "disconnect on the other computers and devices", I get another error that States:

    "Please connect to the Internet and try again, your computer is offline for the computer clock is out of adjustment," he said.

    which causes a connection error. Internet connection is required.

    Connect to the Internet, set the time / date setting and try again.

    Please contact Adobe Support if you continue to get this error"

    Despite the fact that this error doesn't make really sense (I'm online and only connected on 2 devices), I did as suggested and contacted by chat and phone customer service.

    Both by myself and with the support of Adobe's cat, I tried:

    1 disconnect and reconnect to the application of CC Office.

    2 close Adobe all associates of processes in the Task Manager > run %LocalAppData% > Adobe > OOBE > delete the opm.db file > sign up again on the desktop CC application.

    3 stop the Windows Firewall and McAfee VirusScan

    4 remote support / access

    All of these have been unsuccessful.

    Then, using the language Dutch on my PC as being the problem, by Chat and phone customer service is not able to help me any further.

    So, unfortunately, after many hours of conversations told me that - because my CC apps are defined in Dutch-, no one is able to help me.

    I reallyreally hope someone can help me solve these problems CC in this way, because I was not able to produce anything on my PC for over a week now!

    now I have four parts of my logo imported as png files in muse and was assembled in design mode to build our companies logo. I select each of the four parts and go to the effects of scrolling to the left tab next to the tab layers first I get the same values for each of the four parts: first movement: x 0 and x 0 again for the movement of the left and right; key position (t-handle): 0px; final movement: x 0 and x 0 for the value of left and right.

    now, I hit "Preview". : the logo is "pinned" to the correct location, I can scroll but the logo stays where it is. So far so good...

    now, I select all four components again and go to the tab scroll to 'final motion' effecs, I click on the drop down arrow and enter 1 x. I struck an excerpt...

    When I scroll the WHOLE grave logo down... well.

    NOW, I want the first part of the logo down, THEN part II to move left, THEN the third part to go to the top, THEN the fourth part to go right.

    so I select ONLY the first part, go to the request of scroll, to the 'final movement' tab, I click on the left arrow, then I go 1 x. (the value of up-down, I put to 0 again)... I struck an excerpt...

    the first part of the logo is left as soon as I start to scroll, the other three parties still go down at the same time...

    NOW, I want the second part of the logo to start to move, when the first part left, not at the same time as the first part.

    What you were doing by pressing the button home and sleep for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo came back, is called "force restart '.

    You won't lose data by doing this, but it can cure a few glitches. It is usually the last thing to try before you restore the phone to factory again or visit an Apple Retail Store or Apple authorized service provider, where your phone does not at all.

    I don't know if it is a type of scam. My support of apple technology has expired and cannot find any phone #/ email I can use to communicate with them. I also can't find anything online.     Double click on the Home button, and then drag upward on the preview of Safari.

    Go to settings - Safari - clear history.

    Restart Safari.

    If so, can you describe the same thing in short?

    "Please contact Support Services Microsoft support to report this error." is a robotic message and generic. Nothing spectacular as such.
