Support Microsoft OAS service told me that my product ID is expired, why?
As you probably know, when we try to solve some problems using the Service Support of Microsoft OAS, we must give our product ID (Product ID) in the product ID text box.
Here is the link
https://support.Microsoft.com/OAS/default.aspx?St=1&as=1&as=1&TZONE=-390&Gprid=14019×tmp=634410134984742505&PS=1&Acty=ProductList&CTL=ProductList&WF=PID&TRL=PID ~ ProductList & sd = gn & c = SMC & ln = en - us & prid = 13193 & gsaid = 598988My problem is that the service told me that my product ID is expired. What happened to my product ID. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium Retail License. I am very sure that I bought this OS with legitimate license. That's happened? Help me.
Please do not confuse Activation and Validation - they are two very different things.
Your error is defined as "ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" - nothing more - and it shows that there is a problem with the resolution DNS of the internet name of the service requested. Maybe it's a problem either at your ISP (or level of Government), or it can be a problem on your local network.
Please check your local firewall and see if that solves the problem - if you are behind a NAT router you can try to disable the Windows Firewall (or another firewall on your PC) and see if that helps.

Security - calling who claims to be the support microsoft technical
I just got a phone call from someone who claims to be from microsoft support, telling me that my computer has been hacked. He wanted me to access www.support.me in the start menu. I didn't have a moment that this person was from microsoft support. Have you heard of others receiving such a call?
Fake phone calls to technical support
Calls unrequested telephone of this nature are almost always a common scam. Do not let them give any info, do not give access to your PC, not give them all the money and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment.
Please see:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/online-privacy/msname.aspx .
Microsoft issues never not solicited for phone calls of support or security.
These types of callers can use completely fictitious names or bogusly claim to be of real companies other than Microsoft as well.

Try to download the microsoft fix - it. Impossible Solution Center to-said response system does not support. How can I get my system to support?
As strange as it sounds, unless you provide the information, we can not say that your system is or what FixIt you would have attempted to download.
Learn how to ask a question.
To identify your Windows version, including service pack, right-click on desktop and select Properties.
Rather than trying to understand on what particular FixIt you were trying to use, explain your problem and include the full text of the error message may be received without paraphrase (not the message about the FixIt is not supported).

Suppliers of Certified Technical Support Microsoft IT (CISCSUPPORT)
Can anyone give me information about a company called CISCSUPPORT, they called me a number of times indicating that they are the support providers for Microsoft IT. They asked me to open my event viewer and told me that the error and warning messages that I see create operational problems with my computer, and then asked me to go to my internet browser and enter the URLwww.ammyy.com and request remote access to my computer. They were very persistent, and they say that they represent Microsort and and you respond to error messages, I sent when I get the pop up from microsoft asking if I want to report errors that occur on my computer. They say that errors and warning are virus files that went into my computer when I downloaded the information and files from the internet. They are so persistent that even if I asked them do not hear that they seem to have me on the dial speed and every time I hung the phone that they phoned immediately until I stopped to answer and leave calls to voice mail until they dropped.
Yes, it's a SCAM for sure. Microsoft never call you unless you ask them to call you, take a look at:

The link to support Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center appears broken
I downloaded the last Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center (version 2.7.133.0 on Windows 7 64 bit). [This now supports Excel with the ergonomic mouse Sculpt, thanks!] I noticed that there is a support link that is supposed to take you to the "Microsoft Hardware Support Page.
When I selected, it opens http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=259866 which seems to be a broken link. Is anyone else seeing this?
BTW, it should really be a more easy/obvious way to report this bug, but I couldn't find a (another using telephone support, I guess, but that seems silly). Perhaps it is the location of the broken link? :-)

Windows server operation supports Microsoft technician
I received a phone call on my fixed line from a person who claims to be "Microsoft/Windows Server support technician operation. I continue to cut him in him asking questions. So, what is his number and name. The first day I got David. The second day, he called, I had David D1483. Yesterday, I received a number of return '1-800-245-9503. I didn't mean to call the number. Today, when he called caller ID always shows a number but never a name or a company. The number he calls for is different every time. Today, it was 1-81-654-6055. As soon as I answered, I said that I know that you do not work for Microsoft or Windows please stop calling me.
