Support Microsoft OAS service told me that my product ID is expired, why?
As you probably know, when we try to solve some problems using the Service Support of Microsoft OAS, we must give our product ID (Product ID) in the product ID text box.

My problem is that the service told me that my product ID is expired. What happened to my product ID. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium Retail License. I am very sure that I bought this OS with legitimate license. That's happened? Help me.
Please do not confuse Activation and Validation - they are two very different things.
Your error is defined as "ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" - nothing more - and it shows that there is a problem with the resolution DNS of the internet name of the service requested. Maybe it's a problem either at your ISP (or level of Government), or it can be a problem on your local network.
Please check your local firewall and see if that solves the problem - if you are behind a NAT router you can try to disable the Windows Firewall (or another firewall on your PC) and see if that helps.

I activated my new copy if Windows 7 and when I restarted the next day he asked me to turn it on again. When I entered the serial number, he refused saying that I can't use this series. I have a first generation iPad mini. It has built in WiFi and cell service with AT & T. I update to 9.2.1 after ping with update notifications to the new operating system. I have updated and now it says that I have no service. I did everything what was advised to remedy and I have no case. I reset the network settings. It would connect and disconnect within 30 seconds and remain unplugged. Airplane mode tried and no help. Shot data cell off & on and zilch. I broke finally completed and reset, delete content and settings. I backed up to iCloud before resetting. I hope that my content is in the cloud. When it's that can be. No worse no service. I finally threw in the towel and called the Apple support. Put on hold for 10 minutes and transferred to someone who was without assistance at all. She advised me to call my career that I immediately hooked and called AT & T. On hold again, but only for 2 minutes and a great guy, tried everything to solve the problem. He told me that my SIM card could not receive the signal from the cell. He said that my SIM card was bad and I needed a new one which may or may not solve the problem. He told me to go to the Apple store and have them look at my problem and, possibly, repair or change my SIM card. Why an update killed my sim card and how this happen? I spent my weekend driving me crazy trying to fix the destruction of this update! I have my iPad connected to the point where I have to work onMnday. I'm stuck on an ambulance for 12 hours. No Netflix, Hulu, or Facebook between calls running and save lives? It will be as * on Earth. I think Apple should all of us who have problems with their bug-infested update, a new iPad or a quick hotfix. You get an iPad and an iPad. We all get a new iPad. So what have you done that AT & T has proposed and go to the Apple store and have the SIM card replaced? It seems to me that if the tech AT & T has proposed this, obviously. Electronic devices (SIM cards) are not bad and this is not something that can be resolved by phone. A replacement is usually needed.

If you mean that you have attached to accidentally (related) your own personal Microsoft Account to the computer while it was actually connected to computer connection to your dad, here's how to solve this problem without any problem:
Go to settings > accounts and choose 'connection with a local instead account' and follow the steps (you will need to choose a username and password for your dad)

I've been conntacted by telephone and told that my computer was generating a lot of mistakes. They told me that they were by Microsoft, and I had some sort of the virus and eventually that my liscence software had expired. I was told that I had to pay by credit card to renew my liscence so that they could help me. Is - is this legitimate? I don't have a credit card, otherwise, how can I renew my liscence (for Windows XP)?

Try to re - install ZoneAlarm on laptop, BUT it tells me that I must upgrade to the Microsoft Windows Service Pack 1 (SP1) to do this... I am running Windows Vista and when I click on windows update it works for literally hours without anything happeneing.
Zone Alarm has a key valid license - but for some strange reason, he will not have, so I had to uninstall and reinstall ZoneAlarm - he tells me that I need this update - who will not come?
Note: Windows Firewall is turned on right now and when I look at 'exceptions' does not offer updates of windows as part of the selection list.
Please, any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

I am running Windows 7. When I tried to install Lync 2010, told me that the installer is not supported on my computer and that I should use the 64-bit Installer to complete the installation. What should I do?
Not sure I understand how "use the proper architecture of Windows 7". I use Win7 64-bit HP. I have a license of HUD for Office Professional Plus 2010 including Lync. Everything works except the Lync facility that gives the error message "the installer is not supported on your program. Please use the 64-bit Installer to complete. "How can I do this? No option is provided when I try to run the install exe file.
