  It seems that these downloaded emails would not have permission to delete.

  See HairyFool response, and I would add the following. You can select multiple files in a folder by clicking on one and then by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on all the others you want, one at a time.

  After selecting several files, you can do what you want with them - all remove them, copy them, cut, etc..

  I was wondering if there was a way to configure the FTP activity to transfer several files with dynamic names to location of the source on a daily basis.

  In the script of DOS commands, you would have with a wildcard as mget command:

  If you are able to achieve your goal of a script of DOS commands, then you can call this script for a user defined, OWB process flow activity.

  If you want to select a single file at a time, click the 1 file / hold down SHIFT when you select / click on the other files. The other files will be featured

  Then you can delete them (press the delete key)

  If you want to delete all the files in the folder (the shortcut is - hold CTRL and press A).

  I know that this sounds like a stupid question, but I used to know the answer and now I don't remember. When you are in Windows Explorer or any program like this, there is a certain button you can hold down as you move your cursor to select multiple files. Then when they are highlighted you can delete or edit or move them or whatever all at once. I thought it was shift but it does not work for me. Someone must know, please...

  • To select all files in file Explorer, select first one so you are assured that the component has the focus and then press on Ctrl + A (aka select all).
  • To select a contiguous block of files, select the first then hold down one of the SHIFT keys and click the last. All files listed in the meantime will be part of the selection.
  • Select (or deselection) random files, select one and then hold down one of the Ctrl key while clicking on the other files in the folder Explorer pane. By clicking on one already selected deselects it group.

  I'm purging our Knowledge Base to eliminate dozens of topics, we have more need. One of these included subjects as many as ten + PDF documents that can be downloaded. All subjects have disappeared, but these PDF files is still sitting in the project as hatracks.   Hi lmarden. The file you need is the rhbag.apj file in your project directory. Make a backup, open it in a text editor and delete at will.

  I'm on XP and try to delete several FILES but holding down the Ctrl key and highlighting the first and the last does not seem to work.  Any other ideas?

  To remove all the: select one and Ctrl + A will highlight all. -Delete.

  I just tried to delete several files temporarily to the TRASH, only to discover that they have been permanently deleted.  This is the case, although I customized the maximum size setting to 6000 MB!

  I have never experienced this problem before and I wonder what happened. I am running Windows Vista on my laptop and Windows XP in a computer lab where we have the same problem.

  I work as an intern for the Office of a lawyer and was loaded with aid Bates of Adobe Acrobat functionality of numbering to organize documents for a case, a lawyer is working on that. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and included an incorrect PostScript after the Bates numbers and need to remove Bates numbering over 1,000 documents. Flipping through the Acrobat manual, it seems that I should just be able to use the tools > Pages > Bates numbering > remove and then a dialog box should appear allowing me to delete several files both the numbering, however, Bates instead, Bates numbering is simply deleted from the document I opened, forcing me to having to open each document individually and remove Bates numbering. How to remedy this, whether this project is on a strict timetable?

  If you have Acrobat Pro create a new Action (via Tools - Action Assistant) with the command delete numbering Bates and a Save command and then run on your files.

  I have several files in my temp folder that I can't delete, rename, copy, or move. I was hunting for them with research and it brings back me to the same temp file. The registry can not find them. I even tried to delete using BACK, but it says no file. I get no error message just bong when I try to remove it. I just tried to delete them in safe mode, it did not work.

  You can navigate to the folder in the command prompt?  From the record have you tried del *. * ?

  As you can already read in your crash report - the crash has little to do with Photoshop and everything to do with your Nik/Google SelectiveTool plugin.

  Disable this plugin and contact Nik/Google for an update that fixes bugs in this plugin.
