  My questions are:

  -How are they incompatible?

  -How do you upgrade a 8 GB to 16 GB model during the withdrawal of the mSATA 24GO card?

  The additional DIMM module is physically incompatible with the mSATA map, they install in remote locations. I guess it could be a thermal or issue of power but neither part draws a lot of power or generates a lot of heat. This is * not * a problem with software compatibility. How will I know? Because I advanced and installed the extra 8 GB DIMMS and the laptop continues to operate correctly, but now has 16 GB or RAM.

  The question about the upgrade is because when you use the card as a cache mSATA configuring map mSATA and the mechanical drive as a RAID array. I guess when you remove the mSATA card you must rebuild the image of the operating system on the drive of 2.5 inches.

  Some people report if they switch to 16 gigs, they start to become quick start Intel and Intel Rapid Storage errors. If you're not, then you do not experience incompatibility. I think that HP will not sell 16 concerts with the WSSD of 24 concert because if you are using Intel Rapid Start the MSSD has contain the entire contents of the RAM and all the other files that have been stored there for hibernation. 24 concerts can be a little tight. Map of the WSSD is not accessible from the service Bay. It is hidden on the motherboard. You can actually slow down the main drive of the WSSD through the Intel Rapid Storage console. If you have installed 16 gigs and are having no problem just keep using the laptop and count you lucky. If you need assistance more let us know. I have a very similar model: the Envy 17-j029nr and played well with all the features of hard drive so I feel pretty good with her speed.   I'm sure this has been asked before, but I had no luck with a forum search or nets of FAQ/general Questions. How much space on the clips of 4GB and 8GB is available for use? I would like a precise figure because I plan to pick up a Clip of 4 GB due to the recent falling prices, want to know exactly how much space I have to play with. I waited for the Clip of 8 GB and its additional memory, but a cheaper 4 GB might be too good to pass up if I can squeeze enough music in it.

  Used: 2,063,355,904 bytes (1.92 GiB)

  stored media files. It seems so, there are about 21 MiB used by files of the system, leaving a total of:

  space of real data.

• Windows XP will not read my 8GB SD, the patch says that my processor is updated and does not have this update.

  Ive looked online for answers. I even passed on my media for another Manager. I have a 8GB microSD/SDHC (with adapter) and XP does not recognize. I found a patch that is supposed to solve this problem, but when I try to install it, it tells me that I didn't need because I have a new update already installed.  so now im stuck.   I'm going to buy a 8 GB Clip + or Fuze 4 GB, and 8 GB microSD. I read a lot of Clip + vs Fuze subjects, a lot of comments, but it won't get me anywhere, I'm still not sure that one would be better for me. You would help me a lot if you answered my questions. Even if it's subforum Clip +, and I assume most of you have Clip + or it's your favorite, please be fair with me on both players.

  (1) who has the better battery life? How it will change over the years? What happens if I listen to mostly FLAC?

  (2) that best understood earplugs?

  (3) do rockboxed Fuze sounds better than rockboxed Clip +? I heard that the rocket gets better EQ.

  (5) I saw the comments from users on both players in the review of the comments. There were many people who were not satisfied with the rocket because "it does not work, will not connect to the pc, I got white screen" etc. etc. when nobody said something like that on Clip +. " Is Fuze very much likely to get in the mess or is it just because more tech newbs like rocket?

• Red question mark on the desktop for inadmissible USB Ext HD icon

  My new WD 1 t ext HD works on other computers.  On mine, after downloading an update of windows XP is no longer is recognized.  Works fine before that for backup, etc. After update of windows, the desktop icon remains, but there is a red question mark on it.  I can't find the drive letter or device in my computer and other suggested methods. The power supply to the hard drive light stays on. But restarting, restoring the system, change the location of the usb connector, plug the cables all tried without success.  Sometimes it is his own. Not lately.

  But there is something to "unplug" and "reconnect" the HD position to have your PC "recognize" after the problem occurs.

  From my experience, Windows Update causes many problems still unrecognized in XP SP3 and possibly other versions of Windows.

  First of all, on my sansa fuze, I see 2 folders under the section "VIDÉO", "Audio_TS" and "Video_TS". What are these folders and files ranging in what folder?

  Second, I tried to load this video (about 20 min. length) through the Sansa Media Converter on my sansa fuze. Now, when I try to convert my video to a Vob (a kind of file extension), the appropriate file type file (which I suppose is all .mp4), I get a message saying: "It cannot convert, because your Sansa player is not connected" (even though I know I plugged). Is there a way I can get the Sansa converter program around and just use a different software to modify the mjy .mp4 file, or what I need to use the Sansa Media Converter to do?

  OK two records don't matter to you. SMC (or any other program) place the files in there, so you don't need to worry. VOB files are not compatible with SMC, so when you rip the DVD, you must use a program like Any-Video-Converter to create an AVI file or a mpge (my recommendations). Rhapsody will also add videos to the "rocket" as well.

• Has anyone tried a 8GB SODIMM in DV6ZSE?

  I have a HP DV6ZSE (3200 DV6Z CTO Select Edition) - map mother AMD M880 G, PhenomII x 2 cpu.  Even though I know that the original specifications list 8GB (4GBx2) as the ram max, the material must be able to run the 16 GB (8GBx2).  I don't know if the BIOS will allow this, however.

  Has anyone tried one or two sticks 8 GB in this motherboard?  I am currently using BIOS F28.

  Before ask you, I am a heavy user of Photoshop and Lightroom and know that I can use close to the 16 GB that I have on my desk when you work on HDR or panoramic using several large RAW files and layers.

  Since I don't have all the answers from anyone who has actually tried 8 GB sticks in this type of Mo, I decided to try it myself.  I bought a kit dual channel:

  CORSAIR 16 GB (2 x 8G) 204-pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 computer laptop memory model CMSO16GX3M2A1333C9

  and it turns out it works.  A small "bug" is that the BIOS displays only 4 digits of the size of the memory, displaying "6384MB" instead of "16384 MB", but all the 16 GB are recognized and used.

  Under Format, select H.264

  Then select the YouTube preset in 1080 p.

  Set it to 15 frames per second, since it is what your registered, which is generally good for the screenshots.
