  I can't speak for the version of Windows. It comes in a zip file, and when it is decompressed it creates an Adobe file. Inside of this file is the installer and another folder. If you open the second folder, you can see the installation of 32-bit and 64-bit programs. This is the 32-bit appropriate in your case, and you should be good to go.

  Thank you stephanie, but in the meantime idid a system restore to see if I could fix it but now im, e get updates are disabled by the administrater ime so no further forward.

  After that I reinstalled google chrome its does not connect to the internet more. I tried several times to reinstall, it does not help.

  As you said that after reinstalling google chrome it does not connect to the internet and it keep loading. Also the internet work well in Internet explore and Firefox.

  I would suggest a few troubleshooting below step:

  Change the Proxy setting

  1. Open google chrome

  2. Access settings and open it.

  3. Click on advance setting Show.

  4. Access the network.

  5. Click the change Proxy setting. (it opens properties)

  6. Under the connection tab, click LAN setting.

  7. Box automatically check setting.

  8. Click Ok and apply the output.

• Browse Google Chrome does not open

  I use Chrome browser for a long time.  Two days ago I get this message of Chrome that they automatically disabled few plugins to increase the speed of the web.  Among them is the RealPlayer15 I bought some time ago and have been using it to download videos.  I have the instructions of followdf Chrome how to reconnect the plugin.  After that, I can't yet download videos.  I decided to uninstall Google Chrome and reinstalled again.  After re-installation, the browser does not open.  I decided to start the process of uninstalling/reinstalling.  And I still have the same problem of not being able to open it.   Help, please.

  It looks like the recorder plug in needs to be updated. I had a few problems myself with the chrome CAP and had to use Firefox where it worked intermittently. Finally, I went to a third-party solution that allowed me to download videos.

• iTunes, quicktime and google chrome does not.

  I can't get the iTunes Music store to open on my laptop, it works fine on the desktop, so the account is active, also cannot get quicktime player or google chrome to work. I downloaded the latest version of itunes. I also can't open Internet Explorer after Windows update, if I uninstall the updates that it works very well. I tried the dns, clearing reset IE, redownload itunes and checked to see if itunes is turned on in windows defender.   1. what windows update has been installed?

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3. you receive an error message while the accessingQuick time player, Internet explorer and Google chrome?

  4. What is the type of internet connection you use?

  5. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  6. are you able access Quick time player and Google chrome after uninstallation of the update?

  I suggest that you check if the problem persists in mode safe mode with networking.

  Steps to start in safe mode with networking

  Note: Do not try the step below if you use wireless or internet Dialup Connection

  (a) restart your computer if it is running.

  (b) press F8 after your computer powers initially on.

  (c) once you see the menu Advanced Boot Options, you can stop tapping.

  (e) select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER.

  (f) you should see loading drivers and wait please.

  (g) you should then be at the Welcome screen.

  (h) logon to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.

  Reset the computer to start as usual

  Hey everybody. Usually, I use Google Chrome as my brower so I downloaded Chrome on my new laptop to Windows 8 HP Pavilion g6. Chrome worked for a weekend and then it doesn't even start now.   Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.
