  Can someone help me with this problem pls?
  
  Dev system is cloned production a few days ago. After you run the clone of post procedure, the dev works very well except when we try to run customized reports he errorred out with the Routine FDPREP - error message cannot read the file fmis/11.5.0/reports/US/POXPRPO1.rep. I checked the files env, and they seem ok. $CUSTOM_TOP is set to the correct value. Other standard Oracle reports properly. Custom report file extension is in the case of low (RDF). I tried to compile the report manually by using rwcon60.sh, the rep file was created under this folder but simultaneous Manager always gives the same error message. So I'm suspecting whther this is the problem of path, from the error message we can see up there, it does not show the absolute path. Can someone pls throw some light on this for me?

  If everything is as it should be, would it be possible to bounce the instance (all services, listener, and database)? Who can solve the problem, but he will not explain how it happened in the first place. If the bounce does not solve the problem, then FMIS_TOP is not set correctly.

• Will not print with the exception of the test pages

  I can't print any document (PDF or Word format) but all the test pages will be printed. The document will show less than a second in the print window then disappears. It doesn't matter if I try to print wireless or I plug the USB printer on the computer.  Also, no Google Cloud Print will print.

  I understand your Photosmart C7280 print not since your connected PC or wireless USB however, it will print the pages of the test directly from the printer itself.

  First of all, I would like to run the HP print and Scan Doctor. I hope the tool will fix the problem. If it cannot, it will tell you the problem.

  I have Mac 10.6.8.   Printer (HP Photosmart 7760) has stopped working.  Reinstalled the drivers updated. Went through the steps including unplugging cables USB and all the other steps recommended by HP. When I press print, the document goes to the queue and and the error message is displayed.   We will restore the print system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax

  It should work. You can try to uninstall and reinstall PSE. Sometimes it helps to pick up a new printer. Use the control panel or the uninstall program in the PSE folder in applications. This should not affect your catalogs and photos, as these files are separated in the program files.

  If I understand correctly your new printer (brand and model, please) is properly installed on your computer (version of Windows and the service pack, please), but does not print Quicken (version, please) reconciliation report.

  Without more information (such as an error message or description of what happens when you try to print), it sounds like all you need to do is to set up Quicken to use the new printer.  The following is for 2011 Quicken, but should be the same or similar for all recent versions of Quicken:

  Click file > printer setup > for reports/charts
  In the window that opens, select your new printer using the drop-down list.  You should keep the default margins and fonts.  Click OK and you should be good to go.
