  Can you try on Chrome or clear the IE cache/cookies and try again.

  you do not get a license perpetual cs6 with a subscription of the cc.  you use your cc subscription to install cs6 by opening your desktop cc app > apps > filter by 'previous versions' > flash > cs6 > install

• MMIC vs IPMI on B and C series UCS

  Hi guys,.

  any chance someone can explain the difference between CIMC and IPMI. A few pages on ORC are indicating that the CIMC applies on the C series, while other pages are mention it when we talk too many blades. Can I open a web browser and type in the IP address that will show me MMIC running on B200M2? It's looking like similar MMIC on C series?

  I found about UCS Manager CLI command that allows to disable IPMI and now I'm even more confused because some docs on ORC say MMIC is just an old name for BMC and I know that BMC is embedded CPU which takes care of IPMI feature...

  So the MMIC has had many names.

  WORKING IS BMC = MMIC. So if you see WORKING or BMC in all documents safely, you can replace it with CIMC. Also please bring that to our attention if you still see the WORKING or BMC in our documentation.

  The MMIC chip is the same on the B and the C series. The interface is a little different, but both provide the same functionality. On a stand-alone C series the MMIC provides much more information because there is no UCSM to show inventory, to alter the BIOS and to allow that do you other things.

  You can download the standalone KVM that will allow you to go directly to the KVM for a series B, but it will be different then the interface for the stand-alone version of the C-series. If a C series is integrated at the UCSM, he gets the B series interface.

  The MMIC access IPMI. So now a C series if you don't have the MMIC configured you can not perform IPMI on the server. CIMC is still active for series B but IPMI is selectable via the Service profile.

  Hi all, I'm new to the forum and I cannot get my laptop to recognize kingston DDR2 2x1GB two identical cards.

  I first had 512 MB card and replaced, which, with the cards Go too 1 booted up and system show only 896 MB so asumed 1 card was defective. 1 remove maps and 1 left in the slot in the bottom, rebooted and still 896 MB, rearranged 1 with the other card 1 GB and initialized and same 896 MB or something. If the two cards into the lower slot but not work together so I thought then perhaps the top slot was not working.
  I tried both cards 1 GB by themselves in the top housing and both show 896 MB.

  So I then tried the original 512 MB with 1 the1GB cards and weak a system here is reading 1.37 g of ram. My question is how can I get both the Rams from 1 GB to start working so bed 2 GB system?

  Before you start a lengthy discussion, you should post which model of laptop, you use. Maximum use of RAM depends on the motherboard, chipset and BIOS.

  But now that it sounds like that the modules are not compatible to your laptop.

• Writing series visa delays

  I use the LabVIEW Vi series to send commands to a DUT. I use the a Sparkfun USB to Serial converter cable for the interface, by connecting directly to the TX and RX pins of my DUT (an MCU). I am able to send and receive data without any problem or data corruption, it is really slow.

  There are up to a 5 second delay between writing the message get written in series VI write and actually see me this post to the MCU. I have a scope attached to the TX/RX signals to see when this happens. Fortunately I do only 2 entries of 4 bytes, so there is only an additional 10 seconds of delay, but with it, wrapped in a teststand sequence, delays will be added through hundreds of iterations.

  Anyone seen this before? Any ideas what I might be able to try?

  Well, the post was premature. A co-worker pointed out my mistake.

  I use 2 queues, one for reading, one for writing on the port series. The problem is that I use the VISA Read.vi timeout for reading queue loop and the Dequeue Element.vi for writing loop. By chance, I had configured the read timeout set to 10 s. Given that the serial port is the same VISA session, these are not truly independent of queue loops. the function Read series was blocking the write function of occurring for at least 10 seconds. Once playback Vi has expired, the writing was able to sneak in and get the message written.to the port.

  I tried to copy the string. I placed the 2 chnnnels and tried to connect with various operators or similar AND SUM, FUSION, etc... but wasn't able to get both outputs simultaneously.

  Following here.

  None of these functions are useful. You just need to duplicate screws as I mentioned and that are already in your code.

  

  All of this assumes that the instrument will allow both outputs being on at the same time. You can quickly verify this by trying to activate them manually.
