  I bought a Vista Ultimate Anytime Upgrade from MS Anytime Upgrade site in 2007. I now need to reinstall after a crash of the PC. However, while I still have the DVD can't get the license key. When I checked on the order confirmation emails, there is a "Digital locker" link for me to recover when necessary - that's why I the have not kept. But when I now try the link there is broken, and browsing the web, it seems that the Digital Locker service no longer exists, so as it is I have no spare key while it is a legitimate purchase?

  I tried to find someone at MS to provide me with a new key - it's a legitimate purchase, fee, directly from a web site of MS, but so far no one has been willing to help. Anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved please?

• Firefox 4 for Mac after upgrade I can not type in the comments of several web sites area

  I've upgraded to Firefox 4 (beta very well executed) and now I can't type in the text boxes on a number of websites and surveys etc. For example on the Gigaom site I can not type comments (the name is fine, but the comments box does not work). • Window Popup with strange characters when you want to play music from the cloud

  When I try to play music on the cloud (music downloaded on my computer), I get a popup with some strange characters. It was working fine 2 days ago. Nothing has changed on my computer. I tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling. Shows the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

  PS - all anti-virus software are up and running.

  As an addendum, I tried to download music (by clicking on the cloud icon, which then shows an arrow pointing downwards). This popup has shown once again.

  Then I thought maybe it was having a problem with my account or my computer don't think she was allowed. So I checked my account login, and I was connected. Then I tried allowing my computer and this popup appeared again. I then tried my scroll wheel and it seems that it is a right screen. I guess that is the lower right button 'accept' but I'm not confident in the present.

  Can someone help me get the use Mercury playback engine after upgrade to Maverick. I have a MacPro 8 core with the Nvidia Quadro FX4800 and I can't select the GPU all way under playback settings.   for some reason I now some strange looking for true/false question slides, depending on the image below

  

  I try to remove all the question slides, and starts again, buit when I insert now any fake slide, he aoppears as above.

  If anyone else has had this problem and if so, how can I solve this...?

  1 - is this happen only with a specific application or all applications?

  2. did you of recent changes on the system?

  b. expand the keyboard in the Device Manager.

  c. right-click on the device, and then click Properties

  d. click on the driver tab and click on uninstall the drivers and click OK.

  e. restart the computer and check.
