  H1. Synopsis:
  I realized there is a fair amount of reading, then this should provide a brief summary:
  ORA-02291 thrown when parent key does exist
  -Sequence of jump from 1 to 21. After some modifications, now spends 1-3. Should only increment 1.
  -Who is responsible for the 02291?
  -Tables PHOTOS and PIC_INFO exist
  -PHOTOS has PIC_ID (NUMBER) and IMAGE (BLOB) fields
  -PIC_INFO has fields PIC_ID (NUMBER), PIC_LOC (VARCHAR2), PIC_COORDS (VARCHAR2), PIC_PEOPLE (VARCHAR2), PIC_TAGS (VARCHAR2), PIC_DESC (VARCHAR2).
  -Foreign key exists on the PHOTOS that connects the two PIC_IDS in a one-to-one relationship
  -Line PIC_INFO must exist before PICTURES can be inserted
  
  I hope someone can help me with this problem very frusturating.
  
  I'm working on a small project with JDeveloper, Flex and Oracle Database XE.
  
  The Flex part is a small program for entering contact information and other information about an image. The image is then transferred via Flex in the XE database.
  
  Unfortunately, the part of download does not work. The FileUpload servlet is to throw an AppSetRollBackOnlyException exception and said that there is a constraint violation. The relevant tables are arranged as follows:
  
  Table PHOTO: fields IMAGE (BLOB) and PIC_ID (NUMBER)
  Table PIC_INFO: fields PIC_ID (NUMBER), PIC_LOC (VARCHAR2), PIC_COORDS (VARCHAR2), PIC_PEOPLE (VARCHAR2), PIC_TAGS (VARCHAR2) and PIC_DESC (VARCHAR2).
  
  A foreign key relationship between the two fields PIC_ID. For both tables, PIC_ID is the primary key.
  
  Now, which seems to be the question is that the sequence of the IMAGES table is strange. I set the increment to 1 value and start value to 1. Previously, it would automatically change the value of starting at 21 after trying to insert a record. Now, after disabling the cache and check the option to order, it goes to 3. Unfortunately, this means that the record is not inserted because it doesn't have a matching record in the table PIC_INFO.
  
  I'm tired, trying to understand why this happens. The research I've done have not turned upward to something useful.

• Skype is strange acting

  Then I signed this morning on my desk and open Skype as I normally always like every other morning. However, the program crashed and made me restart. The next thing I know, is that everything is weird.

  I was talking to one of my friends via our chat and there were several things that have happened that have extremely frustrated me.
  -J' open Skype when I received the message but when I saw that the message would not disappear until I answered. Is the same for other groups that I normally don't answer.
  -Their messages appeared above the mine when they you respond to my last post. Normally just like any cat he should appear below and he always does this.

• Some strange acting tools

  Can I be sure that a replacement keyboard will solve this problem? Setting for family so don't want to let them spend the money if it won't solve the problem.

  If yours is a laptop, you will need the services of a competent technician with the RIGHT part.  Beware, there are several laptop keyboard parts which are similar, but not the right ones.  This will probably cost you more than $100.  You should consider a solution much easier and less costly - buy and use an external keyboard.
