Getting Started with creative Cloud
I have creative cloud start-up problems. I'm trying to reach, but when I do I get the message payment system is not available. I think that this may in part be to change my credit card. I managed to install the Creative Connection Cloud and Adobe Application Manager program.
For the "creative.adobe.com" web page, I am connected and it says I have two gigabytes of storage. When I try to upgrade again I always get the unavailable payment system.
I installed the trial versions of LR4 and CS6, but creative cloud Web site and the Application Manager do not recognize them. I'm currently on a mission in Afghanistan this internet service is extremely slow and imprecise (took 8 days to download MS Office), is a major download and setting up Web pages.
I saw the title of the Adobe help I can go through my Adobe and click services and subscriptions, and then click an edit option that will allow me to change my information payment, but in respect of services and subscription, I have nothing and so no way to edit.
I downloaded and ran the edge animate from the Application Manager, but still nothing is no indication on the page creative cloud or My Adobe services and subscriptions.

I suggest that you use the chat to support or create a case of pension and then after the file number. One of the guys on the staff will pick up and provide the necessary details. I think it has special support for military personnel, somewhere which can address these issues through special channels if necessary...

After the end of my trial, I started a subscription to creative cloud. Various applications see the they are to day, but where are the downloaded apps? I can't find one any of them to start. The trial has been so easy.
Which operating system are you on?
Under Windows, you should be able to launch programs from the start menu. On Mac OS X, you should be able to launch programs from the Applications folder. Links to launch in Adobe Application Manager (AAM) are just a convenience link to use after the initial install. These links disappear after reboot of AAM.

If you're new to creative cloud you do not except more free hosting with BC.
Even if it was that it came not with domains, you had to get these separate.

I have a Mac OS 10.11.4. When I shut down my computer with creative cloud still in market, instead of being launched to restart like other programs, I get a message saying "Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the cloud creative... "It happens every day, and every day I have to reinstall CC.
If I don't let CC running when I stopped, after a restart, the screen CC is empty - and I have to reinstall CC to make it work. I tried several proposals, including ensuring that the permissions for all users are "read and write" for Adobe files and change the opm.db to opm_old.db file and restart CC. None of them have solved my problem.
Once the CC is reinstalled and I signed my account, everything works fine. But why should I do this every day?

Run the first CC cleaning tool to remove Adobe Creative cloud completely from your machine.
Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6
Once it is completely removed, you can download the installer from the help below document:

- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

I'm just getting started with adobe creative cloud. I hace low loaded Media Encoder CC 2015 as well as first Pro CC 2015, but when every time I select apps in the app it says "download error please aontact costomer support". I tried to reinstall the creative cloud by using the link provided and I also tried manually. I have Windows 7 with a 64 bit system.

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. I bought this product yesterday and since then I can not download completely all components. 59% or 65% of the download I get the message: "connect to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet through Ethernet, I checked my connections through various steps recommended buy Adobe to see if my connection is correct and he is!, so why I can't complete the download process. I feel frustrated because I have clients awaiting results of my work that I can do right now. I have read all the information on the Adobe pages but nothing shows that can help solve my problem also the way things are described sometimes seem complicated and exotic as; not everything I understand particularly when it comes to some technical descriptions or abbreviations. I have a Lenovo Windows 10 PC and have encountered some problems with creative cloud recently.
More important, I'm currently unable to open one of the applications. My membership is up to date when I check on the website of Adobe, but I ran into a problem where some kind of loop connection is produced, never allowing me to open an application. I used alternatives at the same time, hoping that it was a software bug. But recently, I'm only invited to use a trial version of the software and never reach the login screen after that trial is in place, as it is in a loop 'Validation of software '.
I have many problems with the Pro premier in recent months as well, but this is probably not the forum for these questions. I appreciate any direction or help get the apps don't works for me even once, I'm a bit sick of the use of Pixlr free when I paid for Photoshop.

I don't understand if you're talking about the creative cloud Packer, which is used to create deployment packages or the creative Cloud Desktop Application that is used to install and update applications on office services and access.
Creating cloud packer is available from the deployment Enterprise Dashboard, site Licensing tab or the creative teams of cloud portal.
The creative Cloud Desktop Application can be downloaded to desktop applications Adobe Creative Cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud
Both are compatible with Windows 10.

Problems with Creative Cloud Desktop on the migration of the old MacbookPro to new MacbookPro
It is not a question but more my recent experiences with migrating from an old (mid-2010 MacbookPro 17 ") to a new MacbookPro (mid-2015) and the consequences regarding the CC Apps.
I didn't know that he would have problems with creative cloud during the migration process (or I don't think there should be), but clearly there is something about how Adobe Connect all of the CC following your computer as part of the license agreement which means that you cannot migrate right and it will be honky dory (that's Aussie for you beauty or top notch or large if you) prefer) just like any other piece of software on my laptop that comes with a software "KEY" to the license. Every other piece of software migrated perfectly and works perfectly without having to reenter the KEYS so he beat me that Adobe makes it so damned awkward... but anyway... it is what it is. The fact that the license agreement allows you to have the software installed on 2 machines is another reason it intrigues me that you cannot migrate seamlessly.
What alerted me on an issue after that migration was that Desktop CC crashed suddenly on a cold start. So I looked at these forums and found a thread that explains how to remove Desktop CC and reinstall. It worked but later in the day after a reboot it CC Desktop crashed again. Put it back, once again failed. Discovered that the preferences Office CC file has not been deleted by the CC Office uninstall App manually deleted, empty the trash, rebooted, reinstalled and it worked. Next reboot, it crashed it again. What the...
Now I'm about to throw the laptop out the window, but it became clear that I had to remove every single application under the CC and then clearing debris NOT removed by uninstall of applications. It became a nightmare after nearly 6 hours of effort.
From 23:00 last night I gave her one last shot. Uninstalling, cleaning of CC tool, kill everything, throw it in the trash, reboot and reinstall. Sam with my fingers crossed and poof, it just. Winner winner chicken dinner. Click on install both applications LI and PS, then set the computer laptop do not sleep and stop at the bed. In the morning, she did, and after a reboot, everything is good. SO FAR.
Hope this might help someone else who is having similar levels of grief.

Thank you John, but I already figured that out as you would have assumed my post. Also, I've marked as supposed message answer because I've sung on the first sentence was that it was more a comment for the benefit of others who experience the same issue. Not sure how it has changed state is an unanswered question.

Why can't download apps CS6 with creative cloud?
I need to create DVDs and Blu Ray discs, so I'll try to upload again CS6 first download Premiere Pro CS6. I already pay for creative cloud and use the latest version of first. However, when I followed the instructions here: CS6 still not installed with creative cloud I don't see CS6 first in the list. All I see are edge animate CC and Gaming SDK.
