Good quality encoding enough only to 50 + mbs

I'm trying to make a mp4 of 75 MB/s at a reasonable rate, with a minimum of quality loss regardless of the encoding time.

After doing some research on the web, I decided that if 30 Mbit/s is sufficient for 99% of the population, it will be enough for me. If it is not.

Parameters: H.264, 1080 p, 29.97, return to maximum depth, VBR 2 pass (also tried CBR, and in some cases, better), use maximum render quality.

Surely, I missed something, no? Much more loss of quality of 30 Mbit/s and 40 MB/s may not be normal. It's as if there is no grass, it's just... the blur. Oh and it does not matter if I put the target at 30 Mbit/s and the maximum to 100 Mbps, SOUL CS6 is too stupid to realize needs 60 Mbit/s in this framework, it still uses 30 Mbit / s.

What are my options? Thanks in advance!

Edit: screenshots of jeans are in the wrong order, on top is the 100 Mbps and bot 30.

Edit2: Here's the original screenshots. It is more obvious if you open both and alt tab between them.

Hi Quertiy,

Rendering to render quality max will not help much, or not at all. STROKE is 8 bits, so there is no point to the raw image to 32 bit, because it is then downgraded to 8 bit 4:2:0 for encoding. You go just 4 x slower to render.

Regarding the grass and the jeans into blocks, it's a consequence of the choice bit that the grouped (hand based Concept) makes "H.264" encoder. The rate most such decisions are hidden, but down to 30Mbps and lower you will notice them.

Have a look here http://www.x264pro.com/?page_id=6 for an example of how things like grass, jeans and shirts to get blocky.

for example:

What your tests show is that you need to put more bits in the static parts of the image. X 264 is what quality "Adaptive" means. In SOUL you can only do this with higher rates.

Here is a comparison of Adobe Media Encoder x 264 vs. Note the water and cover the ground at the back of the image.

Source language:

Adobe Media Encoder:

x 264 with Adaptive quality = 1.5

  • GIF image is not good quality exporting

    Hello

I'm trying to export Animated Gif HD picture. but when I export animated gif image is not good quality. I selected the default setting.

Could you tell my how to export the animated GIF HD picture in Photoshop cs5?

    Hello

    Greetings!

You have reservations because of the color of the GIF color table reduction. Gif images can contain a maximum of 256 colors. There is really not much you can do about it.

You ask the gif format to support colors, which it is not. The best you can do is experience with dithering options in the window of the Web. However, you're nevergoing to look for a smooth color photography when you use the gif format.

There may be better options such as jquery, for what you are trying to create. JavaScript libraries like jquery can create animation effects that can use independent png24 or jpg images. Png24 both jpg support smooth color and not confined to a maximum of 256 colors.

  • YouTube default configurations will not get a good quality

    Hello

I know that when you view a video in Youtube, the 'automatic resolution' YouTube is defined by the speed of your Internet.

BUT even aware of this rule, I am access videos different in my notebook, always using the same Internet signal and perceived:

    > For various videos, in my case, Youtube will determine the automatic resolution to 360 p.

    > For various other videos, Youtube will determine the automatic resolution to 480 p. Of course, this makes better quality video.

I'm trying to export a video for download on Youtube. I have followed all this reccomendation here: Recommended download of the YouTube Help Center (Advanced) - encoding settings

And even watched several videos of users who suggested configurations for export.

But nothing that I try to achieve a good video that makes Youtube the value automatically the video 480 p (or even show a well-defined resolution of text and image in 360 p).

Look at my tests to this newly created channel: Del steep Produtividade - YouTube

    I put:

    > H264

    > Resolution = 1920 x 1080 - (source match).

    > Cadence: 29.97 (match source). Tried to change to 24 but it get worst.

    > Field order: None (progressive) - (corresponds to the source)

    > Aspect: Pixels square (match source).

    > TV Standard: NTSC (source of the match).

    > Profile: high.

    > Level: 4.2

    > Render at maximum depth is active.

    > Use Maximum Rended quality is active.

    > Bitrate: VBR Pass 2

    > Target: tried 3. I tried 5. I tried 8. Tried 16.

    > Maximum. The same target.

The key frame distance: tried 1. Tried 15

If you look at my channel on Youtube, there are different tests, I download, but nobody seems crisp and looks too big on Youtube on the automatic resolution of the 360 p.

Don't know what else to do. Any advice would be very helpful.

    Thank you very much.

    Gustavo

You'd have to ask questions like that of YouTube.

  • Voiceover first clip of bad quality, after export only. Audio effects involved. How can I fix it?

All the sound quality is as desired in the timeline panel during the first edition. After export, the first clip in voice-over ONLY, now has a dominant white fuzzy noise. If I delete this clip and export, the clip that was the second, but now first, inherits the problem.

The video below has the original "first music video" removed, to show that the problem persists in the new video for first, which was previously the second and previously sounded very good. Each "phrase" or an "expression" is on his own audio clip, on the same track.

Also note that the sound quality of the music is great in each. In addition, the quality of the voice is perfectly fine in all the remaining 3 minutes of video.

From what I can tell, it's like audio effects have not been applied to the item first, after export. I use DeNoiser, dynamics and Volume of the channel in the whole of the audio track of the set (as opposed to each individual clip) voice. When I apply effects to each of the first 3 clips and place them on a separate track, and export, all 3 clips have the problem of white noise.

I guess that the effects take some time to 'register' and so when effects are applied to the entire track this should happen only once. But just who does not sense that this is a permanent problem or every video ever made by creating using DeNoiser and dynamics would have this problem!

What Miss me? There must be a way to solve this problem.

    Here is a screenshot:

    PremiereScreenshot.png

I use version creative Cloud, Adobe first Pro CC 2015

I exported with the following parameters:

    H.264

Format AAC, AAC Codec (tried MPEG and Dolby as well)

    48000 Hz

    Stereo (tried MONO as well)

    High quality

    320 kbps bitrate

    Bitrate priority

    Make maximum use

    Thank you.

    WORKAROUND SOLUTION:

I used both your advice to a solution that WORKS. Simply, I moved all the audio on this track 5 seconds back and insert an audio clip arbitrary at the beginning of the track. I then exported audio on one. WAV file. I imported the. WAV file in the project and trim the beginning (with the arbitrary clip) back to what is supposed to be the beginning of the audio.

The arbitrary clip inherited the problem and the remaining clips are great. They reside on a track that has no effects applied, as the. WAV files retain the proper sound quality.

Also, I've read just after this operation that checking the box "Freeze" can cause the denoiser to apply instantly. I've never tried, but if it works, it's probably a simpler solution.

    Thank you.

  • Importing video to 2.7 K for a project of 1080; Not good quality

    I'm on FCP 10.1.4.   Mounting on a MBP running OS 10.9.5 15 ".

I imported a few beautiful images of GoPro 2.7 K 60 fps (59,94 p).   When I play it in the Viewer on the upper right of the screen, it looks great.   Strong, bright color, smooth.

I created a project of 30 fps (29.97 p) 1080.   I intend to export to this resolution that I find he dribbles well and seems very well on most of the big and small screens.  However...

If I take a video from the browser and drag it to my project, the quality is seriously degraded.  When I play now the same clip of the project rather than the browser, now it is very soft, the colors are not as nice.  It just looks like another shit GoPro video and not the high quality that looks outside the project.

I did not export it again, but the experience passed, my export to compressor bring the fidelity of the original.

I am aware that I am down the video resolution and frame rate, however, I've seen a few videos 1080 and 720 even very crunchy, so I don't know why this happens.  I thought that if I gave the CPF in addition that he needs, he could extract something nice.

Can I trust that compressor will clean as much as possible?

Should move on to a project which is 2K or 60 frames per second (to match the max resolution of the image collection that I have.)?

I don't know some of my images is only 720 p.

Is there a setting of FCP to have spend more time has translated the video of the native resolution of the resolution of the project?

Thanks for any help.  This poisoning me for awhile.  Web searches raise obvious answers to this question, so I was hoping someone here could help me.

Encrassante the Viewer to a higher quality and make the project. Generally, I think, unless you intend to use the extra size to crop, most users edit in the original size and create a master of the size before the revision downward on export.

  • Why the my linear encoder is only tend to read negative?

I have a linear encoder, that I am using with one NOR cDAQ 9184 & 9401.  I basically used the example of linear encoder, I found here on the website of OR, however, when I run the program I find that measuring only in one direction is the precise movement of reading.  By this I mean when my encoder moves upward (actually my camera moves down and the encoder is fixed) I can move properly, but when moving in the opposite direction I'm away.  I'm not a linear sum, very different each time.  Sometimes when the movement he began first almost looks resets the unit to its original position (0 "), but I am helpless as to why.  Does anyone have an idea on how to remedy this situation?

I'm pretty confident I have things wired properly while this same configuration/encoder reads correctly in MAX, see the second screenshot.

Well it seems that the question was much easier than I thought.  Of course, I'm a newbie to this, but I think that most of the confusion was due to the lack of detailed information.  None of the documents of OR really explained me the option counts two impulses, more the X 4 and documentation of the mentioned readhead times count four.  However, after receiving no not any solid solution, I started completely over and tried all the options I had along the way.  In short, my solution was to simply what I posted in my screenshot, but simply change the X 4 option for counting of pulses two option.

  • Encoder DI only fires once when I start

    Hi all

I have a 9172 DAQ (USB) with a Module of current analog 9203 and a digital input Module 9401.   I try to get 5 force vs position slide on a press.

The DI is a hung absolute encoder that works great and sends the values of encoder back.

AI has 5 sensors of force hanging and works very well when the press is running.

The problem is when I try to use both the DI and GOT both (I have a trigger on the set of DI at a value of 7000) begins it to capture the forces, but I only get the 1st encoder value in the file.

Well, any help would be appericated.   I am a newbie in Labview.  I have included my file.

    Thank you

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

I guess you can use a business structure that determines when the encoder values are stored and integrated in the table, while the case of false past nothing through.  Your current DI acquisition is a sample on request and your measurements of the N samples, 300 at a rate of 32 kHz.  This means that when you read your DI value greater than a number, it will stop and take 300 samples before writing and iteration again.  I'm not sure how much encoder values you want to save, and when, but you either will have to make a similar finished sample on your DI to obtain values more by iteration or build a sample in a table as mentioned both liked the top.

9425 module is just another DI module, so it shouldn't affect the way in which you will need to code.  The main difference between the two modules is in software timing equipment schedule vs.  You use avoiding in your code, so no prejudice to the performance should be considered.

  • A good Antivirus Program enough to protect more desktop that cannot be will become Windows 8

Just found out that my office 5 years cannot be upgraded to Windows XP 8 because of an incompatible bios.

    Already discussed this elsewhere

Like many home users, the Office has been used for more serious work such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photo editing high quality images.

What are the opinions on just letting a virus of high quality like Bitdefender not protecting it and just let it go that Microsoft supports is more security for XP. I know that it is possible simply to keep disconnected from the internet forever. I was wondering.

Antivirus and anti-malware are REACTIVE.  At the time where they usually understand that an exploit was used to infect/infest you (which is likely to be how the lack of new updates will expose Windows XP to infection/infestation) - it's too late.

If this system will take care of Windows 7, and you might drop to 8.1 Windows, it will be probably very well in the hardware specs for Windows 7.  8.1 Windows and Windows 7 will require a clean install anyway.  Purchase a support/license of Windows 7 OEM (System Builder) and install it and you're good until 2020 and you will always have the general appearance of Windows XP and most of your hardware/software will probably be able to be installed and running.

  • What is a good quality for photography printer without breaking the Bank?

I mainly used HPs, but it seems lately that these break quickly. Their quality does not seem to be as good as it used to be. I also bought the big pack of best quality at Costco Kodak photo paper that they quit carrying and I can't seem to conclude that more.  When I think that I found the quality is NOT the same as it was when I bought it at Costco. I print my own prints up to 11 x 14.

What is a favorite for all book? I used glossy, which is a good paper for Matt printing?

In addition, for someone else, who uses much ink I did, Costco sells large inks, they have more and last so much longer than replacements you buy at Wal-Mart, Staples, etc.

I'll buy a Dell XPS 8900 with the 6th generation of processor Intel Core i7-6700. Specifically, I buy this PC for my photography business and accounting transactions.

Documents of Canon are very good. If you like try iced Pkatinum Pro. In addition, Red River papers are good. You can order a pack sampler of them.

  • Belt clip - good quality out there?

So I tried to find a belt for my Sansa Fuze clip.  I'd want one that can cut right in my pants without having to wear a belt.  I saw one on Amazon, but a user review has indicated that it does not take very well unless you are actually hooking it to a belt.

Does anyone have an experience with a belt clip that holds closely on sweat pants, when running?  I currently use a cuff, but it gives me a goofy tanline.

    Thank you!

I use velcro - on a square of 1 1/2 in. aft of the "rocket" and the side non-clip of the E5.  Velcro overall it is pretty sturdy - it takes a good enough to pull apart tug.

  • Quality encoding WMV

    Hello SOUL users,.

I try to encode an AVI (made in organism 5.5) file into a WMV format.

There is no choice for quality parameters, and I found that the best quality you can choose causes little "sigsaw" on the edges of the objects moving quickly.

Using another media encoder f.i. "Any video Converter, you can choose from many quality and it gives better results (which costs more space)."

I believe in the SOUL, you can change the parameters of quality to your own desires, or is there another way to do.

Problem is that an FLV in SOUL will not play on my site (JOOMLA). Try to do a pop-up occers who says that there is no FLV Player installed or the player is the former (but this isn 't the case, I have the last amp installed).

WMV files play fine, but with a quality I want to improve.

Suggestions how to increase the quality of WMV using the SOUL or do I use a different encoder like STROKE...

    Thank you

    Chris
