I do not know what conversation they had, but I still unlocked phone with me. I tried to go to third party to unlock that they couldn't do it anymore because they believe the previous owner; s account is NOT yet CLEAR. Means that they pay the balance or left until BELL unlock this phone! Now, I'm stuck with this useless piece of technology... don't know what to do? I can't get my hands on the former owner (of course). I understand that this question cannot be linked to APPLE, but I thought that maybe someone is are crossed this situation.

  If I decide to return to BELL and to use their mobile services, you think I can get this phone unlocked? OR is it tied up for previous owner forever?

  Return it and get your money back. There is nothing that anyone can do about it. ONLY the carrier that it has locked may authorize to release. If they refuse, you're completely out of luck. If the previous owner jumped on their Bill, there is a good chance that you may not even use it with Bell at this point. They probably have blacklisted it.

  So far, there were no cases audited anyone locking the Activation of cracking. Just because something is popular on the internet doesn't make true or sensitive.

  And, frankly, unless you state on your phone or a large number of fat Swiss bank accounts numbers, anyone trying to force the lock of activation on your phone tries to do in order to restore the phone and use it for themselves or to sell.

  You can activate it without a SIM card. If it is locked, it takes a SIM card by the carrier, for it is locked. The SIM card should not be linked to an active line of service, but it must be present to activate it.

  1. go to a computer and go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password.

  2. go find iPhone and all devices at the top, click on your iPhone.

  3. click on lost Mode and put in a phone number where you can be reached.

  4. click Next, then enter a message that says something along the lines, "Please find my iPhone, please call this number to return."

  5. click on done

  There is no way of knowing without consultation with the carrier in Turkey. However, for some the phone will have no coverage outside Canada as warranty of phone is valid only in the country, they are purchased. Could be better if the phone is buy in Turkey.

  Follow these steps to clear your locked watch and re-pair it with your iPhone:

  • Connect your watch to its charging cable - with power connected.
