  I'm a newbie on this forum, but let's get to the point. I have Toshiba Satellite PSP10E (PIV 2.8HT 800 Mhz, 1 GB of system memory bus speed and UNFORTUNATELY a GF 5600go...).

The most up-to-date driver that really works is the last of the series 5xxx... so you can see that none of the newer games can be run with a performance on this map... because older drivers don't use really not (available at directx9.0) 2.0 pixel shader. It would not be a problem if Toshiba would give an update not only BIOS system, but also the bios video (new system BIOS contains the same old video bios.

  I really had to settle for playing games that are 2 years old? First of all pay a lot of money for a witch of the computer has enough power to run some new but don't care support Toshiba for this...

  I was the proud owner of a Toshiba laptop, but I'm not! If I had to choose again, I decide to buy computer Toshiba...

  As you know Toshiba have many different models of laptops, and I think that it is not easy to design and test many updates especially for older models. In my opinion, you should check what new portable has the same or similar graphics card and try to install the latest driver designed by Toshiba.

  Unfortunately I put t know one you have and don't know if the new driver will be working properly, but you can try anyway.

It would normally be at your disposal you have a CTO laptop, but I do not see the graphics chips that support unit that would make a significant difference in your machine.   I have desktop pc HP Pavilion 500-242 running Windows 8.1 (pre-installed) which has driver AMD Radion HD D 7560/AMD Radion R5 235 double Graphic and when I searched the website of AMD and ran their graphics card auto detect culminating in the update utility is available. I downloaded... but the screen is blank... That is to say the black screen of death. I restarted the pc, but still the screen was black.   HP uses propriety driver often enough for video cards AMD OEM.  Use the drivers that are displayed on the HP support site or to use the original AMD driver shipped with your PC.

  hope that this issue has not been covered before, but I've owned a Satellite P200 for 3 years now, and this week, it crashes all the time.

  When it started going down he gave me a few messages in the sense of "your graphics card/driver does not work properly and windows will be arrested to avoid damage.

  The cooling fan is controlled by the fan table in the BIOS. Fan table contains information about the temperature and the fan speed that means the depands on some level temperature fan speed.
  Over all the possible game features as the CPU, GPU, produce heat and the heat dissipation is high
  Cooling modules would begin to turn faster if the temperature level would be exceeded
  This is nothing exceptional everything at stake

  I read on a similar question, and apparently, the graphics card DRIVER crashed during games
  Maybe it's a compatibility problem between game and pilot
  In most cases the graphics card driver update should fix this and I read on some forums that it has helped in many cases

So I tried the usual driver updates, then I tried to download a generic Intel driver but I don't know which one is right.

  Once I have selected * chart * then * laptop graphics driver * s then I get the choice between 2nd or 3rd generation processors, accelerators and mobile chipsets, which none means nothing to me and I'm stuck.

  It seems that some people have managed to circumvent the built-in graphics card driver and update manually one this way, once you know what you download and then unzip and so on...

  Of course, I can waste my time.
