Hello @Andrew___,

Now if you can find the GeForce GTX 850 M as a MXM 3.0 module which is another story. If you can not I think you will find many similar as a simple online search will show you.

I'm you provide a link to the HP ENVY 20 - d113w TouchSmart all-in - One PC of office specifications, which is where I got the information on the graphics card you need.

    Hi all

I'm looking for the purchase of the graphics card such as SketchUp, AUTOCAD and VRAY 20 HP ENVY Smart Touch - d010la All in One, but my job requires to use a large number of programs that consume a lot of power form.

If someone could recommend a graphics card I can spend to support these programs? This HP desktop computer is recommended for this type of work?

below are some of the requirements for these programs.

-Class 3D graphics card with 1 GB of memory or more. Make sure that the

video card driver supports OpenGL version 2.0 or higher and up to date.

-1,280 x 1 024 true display adapter video color 128 MB or more, Pixel

-Requirements of GPU (included) presto: Nvidia CUDA (Compute graphics

Capacity 2.0 or higher for the 64-bit version)

    Thanks in advance

    Hello GmoHdez,

IMHO, you won't be happy with an all in one only considering all that you do.  The IOA is just a fancy laptop built into a monitor casing. The specs look like it goes back only to an i3 processor. You probably want at least an i5.

A tour will give you the opportunity to upgrade the power supply if necessary to manage a real video card update.

In addition to this, I don't know too many designers, enginers or graphic artists who can't live without a 2nd monitor. I couldn't when I did. Your AiO model is not a video on the port.

The towers are much easier to work if something needs to be replaced also.

As I said, it's just my humble opinion. I would go with something more flexible and powerful as a PC Tower style.

Is to press what banhien said...

Your desktop HP ENVY h8-1510eu supports the PCIe x 16 v3.0 graphics card and has a 460 watt power plant. These NVIDIA v3.0 PCIe x 16 graphics card examples and these cards AMD graphics PCIe x 16 v3.0 examples be what you are looking for. Given that your computer already has a power of 460 watt, according to the map, you choose that you may need to upgrade the PSU as well. The Corsair CX500 and CX600 are highly recommended and are known to adapt to most HP consumer computer cases.

Most cards should work on your computer, but you may need to ENABLE 'Secure Boot' and 'Legacy Support' for the motherboard to recognize the card.

  • HP ENVY Phoenix 860-078na: adding a second graphics card for HP ENVY Phoenix 860-078na

I think to buy a HP ENVY Phoenix 860-078na and I was wondering if it is able to take a second graphics card and can accommodate a Corsair H60 liquid CPU Cooler. Thank you

    Felix, welcome to the forum.

There is only one PCI Express x 16 (Genesis 3) slot for a video card.  With respect to liquid cooling, medium size case do not have a lot of space.  I have a Phoenix 860-170VR with an R9-390 X video card and it is extremely tight.  However, having said that, I think you wouldl be pleasantly surprised by the way the computer will be with existing components.  I can play COD series on the best settings.

Plug the plug in results in no boot, no video card or integrated video and 8 beeps.

    Hello:

When you install a video card no HP on any HP PC came with Windows 8 or newer of the factory, you must change both the BIOS settings before you add your new video card.

Please see this link for what parameters to change... you need to remove the video card if you have not already done to change the settings.

Here is the video card manufactured by EVGA.  It shouldn't harm your system somehow.  However, if you have trouble with the installation, you can contact their Technical Support (1-888-880-3842) or online.  They were very useful for me.  Read the reviews to see what users have to say about it.  As you can see, there are a lot of comments and appreciation 5 eggs.  You can't do better.

  • HP Pavilion Elite HPE 547c: upgrade graphics card for HP Elite

I tried to replace/upgrade to update my graphics card for my desktop PC. I tried several video cards, but with each one, once it is installed and the computer turned on, the image does not register with the monitor. Everything else seems to work, but the monitor gives no answer. It was only a problem once the original video card has been removed. The current video card, I am trying to install is the NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 730.

In the course of the years, I added a memory and the power supply has been upgraded, but all the rest are always original parts (http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-Elite-HPE-Desktop-PC-series/5035344/model/5074426/do...

Is this a problem with the other parties, who will need to be replaced or is there something else I forget?

    Thank you.

    Hello

You're dominant, in your case, the most important factor-BIOS compatibility... more recent maps, like the gt730, require the UEFI BIOS to run... you have a LEGACY BIOS system, and cannot do anything, unless you change your motherboard... your pc is a model of early 2011... UEFI standard HP in their systems of end of 2012...

You can watch other maps, if... the 700 series card youre looking at is a maxwell model 2014... There are in this region that come with a feature of hybrid bios which offers wider compatibility on legacy systems... or you can look at maps more old pascal/fermi architecture that work exclusively on legacy BIOS systems...

    Hope this helps

GPU is a chipset that is soldered to the logic board or at least a mini-map attached to the logic board.  In addition, the stitching and the GPU driver are optimized for the preselected GPU.

    Hi @karik

Welcome to the HP Forums! I see that you are looking to upgrade your graphics card. You're lucky, it's one of the few a few laptops that you can update the graphics. Here's your Guide to Service and Maintenance and page 64 you will find compatible graphics card and instructions on how to install it.

  • After the upgrade of the House 7 to 7 Pro the Toshiba support site shows the bad graphics card for L775D.

    Original title: Graphics Adapter Gone.

After the upgrade of the House 7 to 7 Pro the Toshiba support site shows the bad graphics card for my L775D. I have an AMD Radeon 6250 built in card and when you search AMD support site, it does not show my video card. I did a search automatically and empty came also.

I also had a problem with a file. TVALZ_O Sys when I search because she is on board I came with 3 files which no I can do something with. The system will accept all available Windows updates and continues do not install 3 updates of security. This a Quad Core A6 Vision 1.4 GB processor any help would be greatly appreciated as I formatted and reinstalled until I'm blue in the face.

    Hello Stephen,

The file that TVALZ_O seems to be linked to Toshiba ACPI and it seems THAT BIOS should be updated.

Since you are facing many problems after the upgrade to Windows 7 Professional, it seems you may need to check the latest updates of the Toshiba BIOS.

Important: Change the BIOS (Basic input output system) / Semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

You have to get in contact with the support Toshiba BIOS update and to get help.

Hope the helps of information. Let us know if you need help with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help you.

  • Low profile & power graphics card for s3321p Slimline

Hi I currently own a HP Pavilion Slimline s3321p. It's a good system, except the graphics card.

    OS: Vista 32-bit

RAM: 2 GB (will likely move to 4 GB)

    Hard drive: 500 GB

    PSU: 160W

    Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X 2 5000 + (2.6 GHz)

Course graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

You can find more details here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01297158

I know it's really hard to find a graphics card for 160W, but I really don't want to upgrade my power supply.

I would like to play the new Sim City 5, and specifications of my computer are satisfying the requirements (surpassing a number), except for the graphics. I need to at least 256 MB and the 6150 has only 128 MB. Could you give me any suggestions on a graphics card that will fill my computer and the power supply? Thank you.

    Thanks, help is really appreciated.

Also, I'm a bit confused about the difference between a chipset and a card, could you explain that? It is said that there is 1 PCI x 16 slot for a graphics card.

If you think that I really need a new power supply, could you give some recommendations? But I really try to avoid it, then, Yes. Thanks again and sorry for this post so long.

You have already linked to the card to your computer, but for good measure... Here are the specifications of original factory for your HP Pavilion Slimline s3321p desktop again. As you already know, there's only a non - ATX 160 watts of power. The only way you'll be able to install a graphics card in retail is to upgrade your diet. www.athenapower.com should have a diet that will power a graphics card with a system recommended nominal power of 300-400 watts power. Alternatively, you can contact HP, see if they have a low graphics power of cutom made card that will work with the provision of 160 watts of power. This option will probably be more expensive.

According to specifications, your computer has integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 6150SE integrated chipset with up to 256 MB (512 MB or more of memory system). Basically, a motherboard with integrated graphics card has the graphics capability built into the motherboard. A graphics card, on the other hand, is a map designed to plug into a slot on the motherboard. As a general rule, a graphics card will be more powerful than integrated graphics card of a chipset.

Please let us know how you want to proceed and we should be able to help you any further.
