  Any ideea if someone had the same problem and if there is anyway to fix it?

  Try the following:

  Open Device Manager and right-click on the NIVIDIA graphics card and choose "Uninstall" and then also select "Delete the driver for this device" > OK and continue with the uninstallation.

  Restart the computer and let Windows reinstall the device and driver.

When I reboot with the old graphics card all works, so don't remove anything by accident. The power is also higher on my pc so necessary for the graphics card, so this should be good. • New PNY Geforce GTX 780 does not leave my PC boot?

  Alrighty! So this is the second time around I upgraded my PC. My base model was a Pavilion p7 - 1127c (Canadian English). Before recently, I was running on a gtx 570 and a new diet to wear. Everything worked perfectly without any problems, and I decided to upgrade again. This time I pushed my RAM up to 16 gigs, got a new power supply 700W and the above gtx 780.

  However, I became frustrated, since, while the gtx is in my computer, I can't start after the HP splash screen, and I have the function keys, it brings me to the POST screen tell me about my features of the computer.  Sometimes lower right, it will add text telling me what I COULD have opened if the computer was not listening on. For example, if I hold f10 I think, it will say "boot menu" in the background, but nothing else changes and no windows open upward.

  Jowler, welcome to the forum.

  You have shown two different models in your thread.  I used the p6329uk.  The reason that the video card does not work is that it requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI until mid-October 2012.  Your computer was released on January 15, 2010.  Therefore, the GTX 750ti will not work.  The last series of video cards that does not need UEFI was 640 gt.

  Finally got the replacement of the card, and it is the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti SC + ACX 2.0.

  I don't know what is happening with the AG and the Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti Xtreme Gaming, but they are incompatible. The map has been tested to be very good. :(

  Taxbo, welcome to the forum.

  Your problem is, the 960 GTX requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI until mid-October 2012.  There is no way to upgrade the BIOS in the UEFI.  The last video cards that does not need UEFI are the GT of 640.

  Hi Ken,

  Watch high aon back of the graphics card for a switch.  See the image below.

  You should have received a leaflet in the box describing the use of the switch (legacy mode or UEFI).  If your PC is a version 8 HP BIOS then disable secure boot if set. If your PC isn't at the level of the BIOS version 8 and then the switch must be in position inherited.  The brochure should describe the use of the switch.
