Great blackBerry Smartphones. Now, everything is gone. [PHOTO]

I used a theme so I was able to view my calendar and messages on the home screen.  I have a 8330.  After a recent synchronization, everything is now out of control. Events Calendar iCal sync is always on my BB, but it will not be displayed on the home page.  Nor the will to new messages.  When I dial is no longer suggests the name of contacts creapy (ex pressing the period usually shows the M for the MOM but they are still on the device.  I don't know what happened.  After this long wait, I was at least hoping that it was at least tested first.  I almost lost today because well, I was expecting some my address book to work even for instructions.  The application in beta has been more stable that this release was.

When I start the software with my trendy BB now I get just this during synchronization.

I get this for each process.  Calendar, Contacts, Notes and tasks.  I guess this error and problems are related, as I've never had either before so far

    Hello Olivier

Welcome to the Forums of the BlackBerry Support

    Try this KB:

Or you can try to reinstall BBM, do that first remove all existing versions of BBM options > device > application > locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from this list. When reboot its perform another traction battery by removing the battery while your unit is powered.

Finally, after rebooting your BlackBerry browser go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download the latest version available for your device.

Try it and see if that helps.

  • BlackBerry Messenger Blackberry Smartphones - can not see the photos of the Contacts

Hi guys, just updated my blackberry. Everything was working fine before, just did the update for the hell of it. Now, I don't see any of my contacts on bbm pictures. All I see is the blue guy. I can see their status and the name however. I would like to know what to do! Thank you! I can communicate with them very well.

There is nothing to do, just give more time to synchronize the image. It could take a day.

I've seen several users have the same problem during the last 12 hours, so give it time.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones blackberry8130 - entered memopad gone! :(

I'm really hoping and hoping that I can get back my notes/notes.  I had notes all these important for me and I sailed around to check and I have no idea what I ended up pushing, but now they are all gone and now when I go into Notepad - it isn't even watching them even. Now I have opportunity to staff and business - I don't think it was like that before when I didn't have the memos.

I hope someone can help thank you

When in the memo pad application, press the menu key and select "filter".  Uncheck all options.  That should get them all back.  Looks like you filter everything.

  • BlackBerry smartphone synchronizes everything except calendar

Hello!  I just got my first Blackberry (Curve 8320) and everything seems to work great except my calendar does not synchronize.  Contacts and tasks come finer, but it seems fair to skip synchronization of calendar.  I am running Windows Vista and Outlook 2007 and using the Blackberry Desktop Manager.

I don't get any errors.  Everything seems to be mapped correctly in the advanced settings in the configuration of the synchronization.  I got lost.

on BB go to options-options by default advanced services

Also, I noticed this evening that I have no sounds for calls incoming, texts, etc... Has anyone seen this before or have any solution?

    1. is there a way to see what is running on my camera so I can't find which could run battery down.

    2. the device that can remove Skypre and other applications.

    Thank you for your help.

PS. has added a few applications from BB App World. Pull quickly. Quick tips. Dictionary.

    Verizon service.

    1. Yes. If you simply press the Red "end call" key to return to the home screen application is actually open and running in the background. If you do this several times, you will have many apps open and therefore your memory will get used. If you make a habit of actually use the menu button to close the applications that will at least slow this process memory-clogging.

To check what applications run on your device in the background, press the Menu key, and then click switching Applications. You will see icons for each application it.

So now, check your applications running in the background. There are four or five applications that will always run fluently (Messages, Call Logs/phone, BlackBerry Messenger, home screen and the browser; there are other third-party applications such as BeeJive and alerts of BlackBerry that will work also in the bottom that you can not close if you want they work). Ensure that the browser is NOT on an active Web page (open the browser and select the Menu > close). Close all other applications that do not need to be running (the camera or a game you were playing or Google Maps).

    2. you can't really delete these shortcuts to application "pushed," not very easy installation. It is simpler:
To do this: create a folder on your home screen and name it "Junk" (you can choose to be more creative the folder name ). Now, highlight each unwanted icon and press the Menu key > go to folder and move it to the folder "spam". That, for each, you don't want to do.
Now, highlight this "Junk" folder, and select Menu > hide.
Out of site, out of mind. Meanwhile, feel free to complain to Verizon or their own user forums.

Now, if you have actually have Skype installed, go to Options > Applications, scroll to Skype, open it and press DELETE.
