  I m wondering how you use the function keys.
  As far as I know you can use the function keys in the traditional two keys FN key combinations, or you can press only F (F1 - F9).
  This option can be changed in the BIOS (-> Advanced tab of the system configuration) or in the HWSetup utility.

  To solve the problems of WiFi:
  I recommend you update the WLan driver first.

  Thanks for getting back to me on this subject.

  Because you get the message "the driver for WDF device Print is not installed" under the heading adding printer, it would seem that the packet driver HP full software functionality is not used, even if you have already attempted an install disk with the download. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  Please make sure that the USB cable is disconnected from your printer to your computer.

  Step 1: Remove the device:

  It is crucial for the repairs we have a clean slate to work with. So, I'm going you have to make sure every trace of your HP Envy have been removed from your computer, before installation. Perform the following steps on your computer Windows Vista and Windows 7.

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. Select all programs
  3. Click the HP folder
  4. Select your HP Envy
  5. Select Uninstall
  6. Please follow the prompts on the screen to complete the uninstall
  7. Click on the Start menu
  8. Select the devices and printers
  9. If you see your HP Envy listed, please right click top and select "remove device' or 'Remove'.
  10. Once the device HP Officejet was deleted please click left once on any device used to indicate the heading Printers and fax machines . You just want to highlight the device
  11. Then click on the print server properties at the top
  12. Under the print server properties, click the drivers tab
  13. If you see your HP Envy pilot showing under the list please click on it. Then, click Remove. Click remove the pilot from the box pop up
  14. Click OK
  15. On the print server properties window, click apply and OK
  16. Close Devices and printers

  Step 2: Remove temporary files:

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. In the box "search programs and files" located just above to start after you click on it, type %temp% , and then press enter on your keyboard
  3. When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
  4. Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
  5. Close the Temp folder when it is empty
  6. Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin

  Step 3: Install the device:

  1. Please click here to download the latest package Full Feature Software and Driver for your HP Envy
  2. Once the download is complete, follow the prompts on the screen to install your printer
  3. Choose the installation by the network
  4. Once the installation is complete on your Vista and Windows 7 computers please test print and scan to confirm functionality

• 7520:7520 detects not WiFi

  had to replace router with a new one opertiong on two frequencies, 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz, the printer detect not one of these. Had no problem with the previous router.

  Also other wifi devices IE. phone, Tablet, laptop have no problem in the detection of router again.

  Any suggestions

  The wireless configuration wizard displays the new SSID in the list. (you can see the 2.4 ghz)

  I was good an Easy note laptop computer MX37-S-200 HP, it has the Atheros ARBXB63 inside and I can't go online via wifi, but it's good through the cable.

  It is running Vista, I tried to everythiog to get it goes something like uasable for general surfing, annoy too serious nothiong is good enough for me, I have laptop tooth for more serious things.

  I did a full installation, as it was serious ly awkward even for one of them, via a disk on Ebay because I don't have any software with it, I used the product code of the lable under the laptop, so I'm a little short on other good drivers also.

  Any help graceciously accepted.

  I know nothing about it; You may have to reinstall the driver.

  I found some drivers for this model on the ' net - like the one above, I checked not one of them. Beware of the user and all that.  You want the picture of your system before you download and install anything new, so you can protect what you have now - awkward or not, what you work and you don't want to lose this.

  My knowledge is that when you activate THE wifi network, the WEB browser is intended to USE the wireless internet, NOT the internet carrier

  The next time I switchd off the the carrier signal, and then Turned ON one internet WI - FI and then opened the web browser of BB. so now all the opend website with wifi internet bt as soon as I open YOU TUBE or FB or TWITTER.com it post a comment... .that cannot visit the web page when the carrier is off. Please turn on the radio n try again... I mean IT SHOULD OPEN with internet wifi? WHY do network carrier sim to open the web page?

  Go to your service books and remove directories of service WAP browser in all directories of service WAP 3 I don't know the exact name, but all are related to the browser... WAP config something like dat... Just remove dem... .and HARD restart your fone... and try to use only wifi on your device with your carrier network off...

  mine worked... Let me know on urs... so now, the browser uses my wifi instead of my network provider when both are running...

  You can try the driver for Windows 8 and see if it works.

  Pesonally, I think you should install an operating system that is supported - or at least Windows 7 where you can use the HP Probook 450 G0 or G1 W7 drivers depending on whether you have a 250 G0 or G1.

  at home with that I have a Time Capsule is my router (from my modem-DSL providers) and it works fine.
  However, now that I added my Airport Extreme using bridge as extender, the WiFi connection is at full speed but I lose the internet connection on multiple devices (phone, PS4, macbook pro) at random.

  When I remove the Airport Extreme connection, the problem disappeared again...
  Anyone know which setting I can solve this problem?

  Is the extreme connected by ethernet or you extend by wireless? They are totally different methods and settings must be correct for it to work.

  Some screenshots of the utility airport... help no end... click on the TC at the first shot and include a summary and do the same thing to the extreme for the second shot.

  Wireless network card is installed correctly it?
  Can you turn on/off wireless card using the FN + F8 key combination?

  Have you tried to do something to fix this? If so what exactly?
