  I try to install the cs5 Master Collection on my Windows 7 PC and I go to click on install and before it happens anywhere it throws an error that says "ERROR: DF016: unable to create required folders. On the basis of knowledge Adobe it says something about the file permissions, and I tried to follow the instructions in order to allow full access for the program folder files. However I'm not 100% sure that I did it right, and it still does not work. But I do not understand why he would have a problem with file permissions, other programs by other manufacturers always have intalled in there without any problem. Any ideas?

  Ah, I solved the problem... I did uninstall all other products adobe, using Add/Remove Programs, and then install it just ran smooth.

  While trying to set up my email client (non-Apple) to receive and send an email to my iCloud account, I get an authentication error when using my AppleID password.

  I tried to reset my AppleID password, but the password is always a failure when you try to configure my e-mail client.  I even called Apple Support today where they told me that the iCloud email password should be in sync with the AppleID password since the iCloud email is simply an alias for it.  After 25 minutes, they told me that I must use just the Apple Mail client instead.

  I finally found the solution tonight when looking through the manage your site Apple ID.  You must create a password App specific to your e-mail client:

  1. go to https://appleid.apple.com/account/home
  2. Sign in with your ID AppleID and password
  3. Once the page is loaded, click on the link 'Edit' in the Security section
  4. You should now see a section for App specific passwords
  5. Click the "generate Password... »
  6. Enter a name (I used my name to email client - Unibox)
  7. Click on create

  Apple will generate a password you will use when you set up your email client.  Use this new password instead of your AppleID password.

  I have ipdated iClound and can connect via a browser. But when I try to connect to the iCloud app I get an authentication error.

  My (HP a1700n) office has been very slow, perhaps a virus. I ran Norton NIS and also had Norton disk utilities cleaner. Before that the Office stopped completely, I was able to shoot the important things (pictures, videos, etc) nothing else I could lose and wasted. I decided to start over and reinstall the Vista operating system, since I don't have the disk.   From your description, you get a message indicating that Core Services Shell.exe meets an Application error.

  We will try to solve this by using a clean boot.

  I am running Windows 7.  I uninstalled previous versions of Adobe and was also their cleanup tool and then I've always had an unrecoverable error report.  Also, I adjusted my firewall settings.  After spending some time with clients, I finally got Photoshop CC installed via the temp folder.
