half-wave rectier
I don't understand why I can't diodes to rectify simple ac signals. Can someone explain why my simple half rectifier does not work?
Its a bad place to post your query 'Multisim' based.
You can send the same to http://forums.ni.com/t5/Circuit-Design-Suite-Multisim/bd-p/370

half-wave rectified filter circuit/oscilloscope measurement
Hello everyone, I hope I can get help on this fundamental issue, I'll have. University online, with which I will not help me, so I hope that I can quickly get assistance here.
I have the myDAQ NOR, I have to build half rectified filter circuit with a resistance 2.2kOhm, I also use the multi-sim to confirm the measures of waveform. Everything goes well on Labview multisims Tektronix Oscilloscope compared to before I connect a capacitor 100uF my comparison heres:
The model is just the Diode with a series resistance 2.2kOhm, I'm not sure if the analog inputs to the LabView Oscilloscope are configured correctly this is the air I get:
This satifies my simple comparison on the Multisim circuit, since I came here for a few hours to play with probes analog input, I know that something is wrong out of these measures, I get.
With a capacitor 100uF in parallel:
I think the question is how I inputs analog and STILL plugged, I'm not sure that this is where I would really like some help or any type of assistance. Once I get this set up right, I'll be able to take measures for the frequency, load DC, P - P Ripple voltage ripple and then move to a full-wave rectified circuit. I just started a course and received the myDAQ.

Compare it with the current specification of output of your myDAQ
Here is a link to the specification: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/373061f.pdf
Henrik hit it on the head. The myDAQ can, at most, out 2mA with analog output. So, with a 2.2kOhm charge, which puts you in 4.4V without the diode. The led will also require an amount of current. According to my estimates, subject of 1mA (your pic is ~2.5V, divide by the 2.2kOhm to get ~ 1mA). You will see only that on the positive side of the sine wave as the diode blocks all the negative side.
The lesson here is to make sure that your outputs have enough power to do what you want. You can go to get a simple op-amp from digikey and use a follower of tension for editing the current upward. You will probably need another power supply or two (+ 12V and - 12V) to power op-amp.

When I bounce the song follow the two ends a half your top and a bit faster
I recorded my song, all recorded overdubs at 48 k 24-bit. When I bounce .mp3 .wav mix no matter what format ends up half a ton more top and faster than it should be.
I checked the project settings, the settings audio and even changed the frequency of sampling but I sill end upward with the rough terrain and speed.
Any advice welcome.
Mark
Looks like you recorded in 44.1 and bounces back to 48.
Where did you set the sampling frequency of 48 kHz, you use a sound card?

When I have firefox open on my desktop (not the one I'm using now) and you visit a Web page or even my bank account, there is distortion waves going across my screen. Sometimes, only half of the screen and then it will go to the entire screen. The waves disappear for a few seconds when I change pages. If I use another browser, it does not. I tried to uninstall it in Add Remove programs and re installed and it still does the same thing. I love Firefox but it is unusable like this. I hope someone can help with this. Thank you

How to generate a sine wave of table of values?
I have an array of points (values) around 1000. I want to draw them in different types of waveforms - triangle, sine, cosine, etc..
How ca I do that? For the waveform of triangle, I was able to split my table into 2 halves equal and draw the first half and the separately half second to generate a waveform of the triangle. But how to sine, cosine, Sawtooth etc.? It is a matter of urgency. Prompt response will be appreciated. Thank you
Hello
The VI in math palette is a polymorphic, it accepts the input also array.
attached a VI for your reference.
VI generates 1000 randon numbers and trace the sine and cosine wave.

Media Player 11 dose not play wma, wav mp3, and DVD has no audio
When I try to play a wma file was torn to the directory of the music, I get the following error: "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with the audio device. It might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it can be used by another program, or it may not work properly. "He will not play a CD or. " I checked the audio device and that it works correctly. I run dxdiag and no problem there. Other programs such as Real Player, DVD interact and Itunes all read audio data. I'll stick my info recorded direct X and maybe someone can see something I forgot.

Waves MaxxAudio disappeared when running Windows 7 Home Premium
Hi DELL - Marjoram N & Kiran;
I saw your excellent support you gave to many users here in the Forum Support. I got on the phone several times with a lot of good technicians Dell... but no one can seem to figure out how to get my MIDDLE Waves MaxxAudio button to work. I have a great machine-one Inspiron 17R SE 7720 running Windows 7 with 8 GB of ram, hard, 1 TB and a 2 GB nVidia GeForce 650 M video card. Initially, the button in the MIDDLE Waves MaxxAudio worked but stopped!
The BIOS is always A01 (although the newest BIOS A11 we was told today by Dell NO BIOS UPDATE). I indicate I tried to update the BIOS, but like I said the technician Dell said I wouldn't be able to apply the update to this machine!
How can I get the MIDDLE WavesMaxx Audio button to work? When I select Dell Audio in the control panel of configuration-it does nothing!
Please help me!
Hello
I was on the phone half-a-dozen-time with Dell and came to no good conclusion. I bought a warranty hardware & software - but Dell will not restart the computer so they can re - install the appropriate driver to make it work. They sent me a few different drivers and they do not work. I recorded everything on a 'Click-Free' hard drive and reformat the drive with the USB that I did when I got the Dell. That still didn't work - and Dell has no comment.
So, I cut my losses and am eBaying the Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720. I spent too much time trying to get this piece of work of garbage.
I always enjoy my Dell Latitude D630 - even if it's a Core 2 Duo 2 GHz machine and it works on Windows XP.
I can't really say a lot of good things for the Dell technical support... If I knew how to speak Hindi (everyone is in India), I'd be able to get a quality service.
The best thing I can tell you is GET A MAC! My MacBook Pro and iMac is much more stable and the Apple technical support is the best!
Kind regards!

Cannot delete WAV files listed under unknown artist
original title: Media Library has its Windows of artist unknowen and wav files by default windows of half of my library
music media player has Windows files WAV hundreds of them unknowen artist Icant get rid of them
You can solve this problem without rerip the whole album.
Just use Audacity. The program is free and have metadata editor. The new file will be without problems. I had the same problem - with winamp. But in my case - the CD is dead and I can't rerip the content. -

When you try to start my imac, it begins to read the files, then off to half way.
One of the reasons could be an extension conflict. This happens when you see icons in the lower part of the loading screen? No difference if you press and hold down the SHIFT key during startup? Knowing the exact iMac model and the version of the operating system would be useful. Since this has been posted under Mac OS Classic (OS9, OS8 & System 7), I assume that the computer is running Mac OS 8.x or 9.x.

I was told when I bought the computer on which the updates happen automatically, no problem. This person was a very good salesman and Manager.

Coast stars half in 12.5.1 to Windows iTunes?
Can't seem to find a way to get the half-star works again. The old trick of 2008 to change the .xml file after each update has worked so far. I found the file .xml again, but he has really short, only 9 lines. I tried to copy and paste
< key > allow half stars < / key >
< data >
dHJ1ZQ is
< / data >
inside, nothing does not. My smart playlists still recognize my half, I can't just rate with half or see the half on my songs or albums, like how the music app for iOS treated half for years.
Could someone make it work on Windows?
The option was buried for a long time the chances are that he has finally fallen. I can't make it work here. Stars of sides are now blue or gray rather than black or light gray and I cannot find a way to rate on my iPhone songs more, so it seems that there was some tinkering.

I added a few. WAV files and you want to add the artist names and album
I added a few. Recording WAV files form a USB turntable. How can I add the name of the artist and album in iTunes before you convert them into MP3 files to load on a player MP #?
For all types of files you can call by clicking on the location of the name / artist, when it is selected. It should be more when you convert the.

Half the Office disappears when you unplug the external monitor
I have a MacBook (early 2011) with a single office shared between two monitors - with one hand on the internal screen and the other half on a Dell 23 inch. The Dell is my first when I use both at the same time. Until a few months ago, when I unplugged the external monitor, all windows automatically appears in the monitor to the laptop, including the menu bar and dock.
After an operating system upgraded a few dos systems (I'm on version of El Capitan.6), when I unplug the screen seems not to register - in other words, the left side of my office, including the menu bar and the dock, and all the apps that were there just to disappear. So my laptop seems to think that the other view is always connected and direct, unless I restart with the detached monitor. (I unchecked 'Displays have separated spaces') in Mission Control.
Is that what I can do to force the Office to redesign the internal screen? (Note that the display is a Dell S2330MX, which seem not to support any Mac OS - so who could answer the question here.) Thank you
I've known who issues from time to time, try to close and reopen the lid, which needs to redraw your office.

How to combine left half a clip with right half another
My situation; I'm filming me as 2 characters in 1 shot. I have 2 clips with the same game. In a clip, I am sitting on the left, in the other, I sat to the right. I would like to combine them into a single element where half a clip left combines with half right on the other. It is slightly different from the next, cutaway and image in the image. Is this possible in imovie? Help appreciated, thanks.
Hi, Paulways,
You will not be able to combine half a clip with half left right of the another clip using the cropping features of iMovie video. However, you may be able to do it using Quicktime. What you need to do is to crop each clip so that it plays in less than full screen. In other words, a clip that you just want to the left to play and the other clip just on the right side. Then you could combine clips in iMovie using side by side.
Before proceeding to any culture, first you want to duplicate your clips and work with the duplicates if you keep your original recordings. Once you've duplicated, try the following steps on each clip using Quicktime to crop on the right or left side as needed:
Now you should have two clips, one that plays only the left side and one that plays only the right side. You should be able to import it into iMovie and use the side by side feature combine them seamlessly. At least, I think it works.
If you try it, let us know how it worked.
Best,
Rich
