Halo Spartan Strike - MSCVP110.dll

Hello

I recently installed strike Spartan Halo on my windows computer 8. When I try to open the game from the shortcut on the desktop, I get the error message " this program cannot start because MSCVP110.dll is missing on your computer. "Try to reinstall to solve this problem." Now, I downloaded and installed the Microsoft visual C++ reallocation 2012 Package. Even when I go to C\windows\system32, I get the file MSCVP110.dll is available. But the guard program shows the same error message. If the MSCVP110.dll file is in a bad place? Where is it then? Everyone knows about the same problem with this particular game? This game works only in certain areas? Microsoft have a specific Web site, answering questions about their new album? Is it even solvable?

Hi Duke,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.

MSVCP110.dll errors is related to all the programs installed on the computer does not work properly. More far through your question above, it seems that the redistributable Microsoft is maybe damaged.

  1. You have installed all your updates successfully?

I suggest you follow the steps below to see if it helps:

Method 1: Try to start the computer in a clean boot State and check if it helps:

Clean boot: to help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". Please visit the link below to run the system tool files checker.

https://support.Microsoft.com/en-us/KB/929833

Method 3: Kindly click on the link below to download and run the package redistributable Microsoft.

http://www.Microsoft.com/en-AU/download/confirmation.aspx?ID=30679

Note: Microsoft redist (there is a 32-bit and 64-bit version) and the package is a .exe which installs and includes the dll file.

  • Halo: Spartan assault cross-platform log in question Windows 8

    Hello

Don't know if this is the right place to ask but:

I recently bought a windows phone 8 and PC for purposes of work, but I wanted to get a few games for the interim.

I bought Halo: Spartan assault on my windows phone through my Microsoft/xbox account by windows phone store.

After that to get the most out of the game I also downloaded it on my laptop in the Windows store (while being connect PC connection to my work account, but using my Microsoft/xbox account to actually buy it)

First I was charged twice for the game (that I am not overly concerned, because it was only $4.98 at ea.), but for some reason, I'm unable to connect to the version on my PC it keeps saying "try to connect on xbox.com and reopen the app' which I did several times with the error message simply to reproduce.

Is there something that I am missing? Really don't think it would be this hard to cross the platform game...

If someone could help me that would be fantastic.

    Hello

It seems that you are unable to connect to Xbox live account when you start playing games on Windows 8.

Maybe, there could be a problem with the account with Xbox. I would ask you to send the request on Xbox Community Forum to get the best response to this topic.

  • Help universal apps

    Hello.

I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 520. As I understand it, a few apps you buy on some devices give you access to the same apps on other select platforms.

A while back, I bought Halo: Spartan assault and Halo: Spartan Strike for my PC. The latter was purchased before the upgrade to Windows 10 while the first was bought after the update. Two of these FAILED transactions after the games became universal apps.

It is on the site of Halo:

    • Purchase by the shop Windows or Windows Phone and have access to the Windows and Windows Phone versions of the title for one price.

Unfortunately, when I try to install apps on my phone, the store is still prompting me to pay for them and I don't know why. My PC and phone are running so the updates.

Any help I get is much appreciated.

    Thank you.

Too bad... Apparently, as soon as I posted this problem disappeared. Thanks to the one who fixed it, I guess...

  • Why can't sign live games of xbox on my RT surface?

For example, I bought Halo Spartan assault on my rt surface and you must connect to be able to play, and when I sign in, it says cannot connect to xbox, this applies to other games although hydro thunder and Doritos crash race go. It is unfair to see I paid for these games

Christian Hey, I had the same problem with my Xbox game apps on my Microsoft surface. However, I discovered a solution. now, it looks like a stupid reason but believe me. I had to change my time zone and it fixed it. as I could not connect to Spartan assault but I changed my time zone of the Pacific to my actual time zone and it fixed the problem immediately. I hope this helps.

  • Windows 8 Xbox games sign

I know there are many threads already with this question, but none of them resulted in a resolution that I can find.
What games starting in the metropolitan region as Jetpack Joyride he doesn't sign in using my xbox live account. My user account of Windows 8 is a Microsoft account. I'm connected to xbox live (my gamertag etc. appears in the splash screen), I tried the troubleshooting of Microsoft application, I tried to synchronize licenses, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, I tried to disconnect and reconnect my Microsoft account, I tried turning off my internet security software, I tried checking the running file system (/ sfc scannow) , reset the store cache, synchronized time system, enacted xbox.com and try again, which allows through firewalls, disabling firewall, etc.
Everything I've seen in other similar topics, I tried.
Y at - it a real solution to this problem?
    Thank you
Edit: Just tried a "Refresh" of Windows 8, which was much more of a hassle that I had hoped and the problem still persists.
Edit #2: I think I found a solution. Please see my post on page 3. I can't mark my own post as answer so to do.

Good so that's what I did I bought ' Halo: Spartan Assault "and when I tried connecting it told me my time and date would not other applications me different but I went in my office tiles and tapped on the date and time on the lower right and opens 'Date and time' window and then typed"Internet time ". , chose "Edit settings...". "and unchecked the"synchronize with an internet time server"hit 'Okay' is returned and checked the new box and when I went back to the game he has signed the automatically, hope this helps otherwise plays with time settings I guess the time and the date on which your account shows must be synchronized with that on your surface pro/rt

Hi all!  Stupid that all the 'time zone' solution may seem at first glance, it actually solves the problem!  I bought the computer a few days ago and none of the games/applications would sign into Xbox live.  After reading many threads, like this one, I realized that my time zone is set to "pacific".  I changed it to 'central', but initially, it has not fixed the problem.  A few minutes ago, I saw the post from Benn_garza, went into the 'date & time' parameters and realized that after that I changed my time zone, the computer showed at the wrong time.  So I entered in the parameter "Internet time", click on "Change settings" but was surprised to see that the option "synchronize with the server" was already checked. Why my computer was showing the wrong time then... ? Well, I then clicked on the "Update" button, which sets the time that my computer had, and most importantly - all my games are able to connect to Xbox Live! So I would say everyone play - there is certainly something to the solution "zone".  Thanks to Bernard for pointing me in the right direction!
  • Cannot open windows Office IE 10 fashion store

When I opened a Web site containing links to install windows store apps like http://apps.microsoft.com/windows/en-us/app/halo-spartan-assault/8fe2d694-baa2-4011-99c0-3a22216223bb, I click on "view in windows store", nothing is happened when I use IE 10 desktop mode. But if I use fashion style metro 10 IE or firefox or google chrome, windows store still open. What is my problem? IE 10 on desktop mode does not recognize Windows store Protocol? An example: when I type ms-windows-store: / / mode Office IE 10, nothing's happened, but in IE 10 modern UI, firefox, chrome, the store is still open.

    Hello Nguyen,

Glad to know you solved the problem. Thanks for sharing of the resolution, because it would help the other members of the community to the same question.

  • Transactions Microsoft appearing several times.

I noticed recently that the transactions I do on Microsoft products appear twice in my transaction history, these Visual duplicates only or have I been charged twice for these purchases? I noticed when I bought the Skydrive storage, as well as an app on the App Store Windows and Windows Phone App Store.

As you can see, it shows that I have been paying twice for the flow weather and Halo: Spartan assault. Why is this and have I actually been charged twice, or it's just a mistake it therefore appears twice?

  • Did not 'Spartan' or 'Bulletproof' emblems. Halo 4 Xbox 360

I've seen online this pre-order skin armor of Halo 4 on amazon.com, I would get the 'Web' I.O.C. and emblems "Spartan" and "Bulletproof". When Halo 4 was delivered to me, I received an email that contains the code for the skin of armor, but there was no message containing codes for one of the emblems.

At the time wherever I pre-ordered Halo 4, there was a section on the page that says that the emblems would be part of the pre-order and the skin of the armor bonuses. But after a month or two, the part on the web page disappeared. Everything that has been said on a pre-order bonus was the skin armor. Around elsewhere on the internet (such as Halo 4 forums, FAQS, YouTube, etc.) talk about Halo 4 pre-order bonuses say "Spartan" and "Bulletproof" emblems are part of the Amazon promotions.

I contacted Amazon and was told to contact Microsoft about the issue. But it has been difficult as if they want to call me, but I don't have the ability to use a phone for a while.
Does anyone else have this problem? And everyone in the offices of Microsoft can do anything for me?
I fell on this Microsoft forum site specific because I'm not good with the xbox.com forums. And I had a lot of help with this domain name in the past.

  • I am trying to run Halo 2 on windows 7 n 64-bit OS. MFPlat.dll problems

I am trying to run Halo 2 on windows 7 n 64-bit OS. The game installs properly and is registered. When I start the game it says the the mf.dll and mfplat.dllfiles are absent. I downloaded both of dll.com and install in my system 32 file and file of halo 2. The message I get now is that "point of entry" is missing from the file mfplat.dll.

    Hi, Landon5050,

If you get to the missing file mf.dll errors or any other errors with the mf.dll file, we suggest that you re-install the program, uninstall and reinstall a newer version, or check to see if updates are available for the program associated with the file instead of trying to copy a new version of the file on the computer. File errors are often caused by more than just a missing or corrupt file and copy a single file could cause more problems.

    http://www.computerhope.com/cgi-bin/process.pl?p=MF.dll

These dll files exist in Windows, but there are also in the Halo installation directory. The equipped versions of Halo are older and is not compatible with Win7.

Rename the files in your directory of Halo or replace them with newer versions of your directory %windir%\sysWOW64 or % windir%\system32.

    2. type regsvr32 mf.dll and then press ENTER.

    3. new type regsvr32 mfplat.dll and then press ENTER.
