  In the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC you can anchor the hand tool in the upper part.

  Please make sure that your Acrobat Reader DC is updated (check the update under the Help menu).

  Then click on the button at the end of the floating toolbar.

  I'm sorry, but the hand tool to pan on the document is available in the bottom floating toolbar.  There is no way to add it to the toolbar at the top.

  This seems to be the behavior of the design.

  Make sure your space is not stuck. Pressing that automatically enables the hand tool, no matter what the tool must be active.

  There is no OK button at the bottom of the "Général" settings window Should be changed to "Full screen" to display the OK (save) button.

  I know it must be simple, but it can not know!

  When I try and move a corner of my document opened with the hand tool in the center of the document window in CS5 with zooming, it stops on the edges and does not move inward more. It is sometimes more convenient to be able to work on a corner zoomed in a document when it is centered in the document window. If I go to the rotation tool and set a slight angle, then I can place the document to anywhere in the window to any magnification! Is there a setting that locks the document at the edge of the screen with zoom?

  OK, so if I understand your home machine works very well, it is your work machine that has the problem.

  Can I suggest you add this key to register in accordance with instructions, but if it persists, it is a hardware or software conflict that I can't begin to guess.

  What happened several times. (10 - 12 times?)
  Thus, it is not an isolated event.

  I drew with the Brush tool.
  Then I switch to the hand tool to move.
  When I switch back to the Brush tool the tool remains active hand.
  Hand tool indicates that the cursor operation.
  In the toolbar, the Brush tool shows that the selected tool.

  If I try to do a job, the only thing that happens
  moves the sight of the hand tool.

  I have RESET the hand tool.
  I closed the file and restart the software.
  I did all that and restarted the computer.
  The hand tool is the only cursor operation.

  Other tools may show as selected
  but they do NOT work.

  Then as mysteriously as it happened,
  the application resumes its normal operation.
  And I chalked it up to the previous two or three hours of frustration as lost.

  This same thing happened before with the DISPLAY ROTATION tool.
  Suddenly the once used HAND TOOL, remains in operation.
  No other selection tool doesn't work.

  Please save your Photoshop settings (actions, Presets) following How to backup Photoshop settings like a Pro: the Pro Photo Show

  Then reset the Photoshop preferences

  Photoshop > preferences > General >Reset preferences on Quit

  New in LR3.

  When in the developer and paint the sky or other extended a photo, I would like to be able to navigate to another section, once I painted what is available for me to use the tool on when I'm in the 1:1 magnification. Is there a way to do that, without having to close the tool, move the photo to navigate to the area I want to work on next and then have to start a new session of brush?

  Hold down the SPACEBAR, the brush becomes the hand tool, which you can then use to move the image.

  I often use hand tools, with the middle button of the mouse in the aftermath. In the new version update 20141 I can't do that. Maybe I clicked on a button or something to make it turn off.

  Is it still possible to use / how do I get it back?

  I noticed that I can hold the space bar to get the hand tool, but I prefer the middle button of the mouse. Am I missing something?

  On CS4 XP.  The hand tool has become the only tool that photoshop uses.  I choose other tools until I'm blue in the face, but the hand tool is the only one that appears.  its not just display the hand tool, it works like the hand tool, even trying to do things like resize (ctrl-T).  Restarted photoshop does not help, but restart doesn't.  But soon after a reboot, I'll be back only to again access the hand tool.  Is there something I can do to reset the tools when this happens?

  These "black bars" are there because the format of the movies a lot that you see at the theatre is extra wide.  There is no way to precisely adapt the movie on your Mac screen, because the shape (aspect ratio) of the screen and the film are different.  If you made the film at the same height as the screen of your Mac, you lose the right and left of the film frame edges, so you wouldn't see the movie.

• Move the tool and the hand tool works not so I can't move my images.

  I have the latest version of photoshop, and I can't move my images with the tool move or the hand tool. Make sure the level that I want to spend the move tool does nothing and it rises, as if I'm trying to select part of the image that is similar to the use of the Selection tool (as shown in the picture attatched) but then nothing happens. The only way I'm able to move my image now is if I use the transform tool and it's really frustrating and time consuming way to do. I restarted photoshop, my computer laptop, insured without other applications/software are running and still nothing works. I have also tried resetting tools built-in, but to no avail. Any suggestions on how I could fix that would be great!

  

  Hi Serenah: This isn't the tool move, this is the path Selection tool. 2015 CC took a major interface update! The move tool is now arrow 4 sides and just to keep things interesting, tool display changes with the workspace. To reset the tools, choose window > Workspace > Essentials reset.
