This happened once before and I had to work with a representative by phone (I had to click in a hidden part of one of the activation screens to get a number, if I remember correctly), but apparently Adobe that does more. And the page of "www.adobe.com/go/activiation" the phone message directs you to doesn't seem to have an option for this problem either.

  Thank you for your response. I've finally managed to connect with a support staff through the online chat portal & advises him to download CS3 web premium. Tried to find it, but this option is not available in scrolling to the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the staff had to help me to unlock the CS5.5 update manually from its end. He indicated that, in my case, the situation could not be resolved through this method, and I'd still have to contact support via the portal chat staff to help unlock my CS5.5 If this problem occur again should I need to reinstall it on a new computer laptop.

  I've had my laptop for several years and a week ago, the hard drive crashed. So, although I had all my photos and movies and other saved, I lost Vista. This wouldn't be a problem if I could find the disks that came with the computer at the beginning, but I've moved several times in recent years (college) and I can't find them.
