Hardware Support Hp Pavilion TX 7012

I own a Hp Pavilion laptop dv6 7012 tx, who I had bought in 2012 and it is not guaranteed. My request is that my laptop screen can not be opened because of a few broken door-screw of the screen. So when I contacted a service centre they told me that the full support to the display under the speakers must be replaced and that they could not find a spare part for my netbook. It has been a week since I had given my netbook for the service and yet they have not found a replacement part. So, any help on this will be a great help for me. Thank you!!

  • Suggestion taken Batteries supported for Pavilion G6 2301ax

My laptop battery is completely dead and you want to buy a new one. Can I use compatible batteries instead of the originals?

or what are the battery models that support my 'Pavilion G6 2301ax' model.
It allows only 6 batteries or can I put 8 or 12 batteries also?
What is the difference between compatible batteries and Original?
    difference in autonomy?

    Thanks in advance!

"Compatible" batteries are what I call 'knock offs '. They are manufactured in factories in China who cannot adhere to work practices you would tolerate. Otherwise, how can they do a laptop battery for $20-30 shipped from China? However, they are usually good usable batteries and I sheepishly admits their purchase from time to time for laptops more alumni where it is difficult to justify the $80 for a battery.

Another category, this is a good used original battery bought from a vendor of back up like this:

  • Hardware support higher provider version problem

    Hello!

I installed the new vCloud Director 5.1.2 on RHEL 6.4

My virtual infrastructure on ESXi 5.1 (1117900), vCenter 5.1 (1064983)

All looks fine, but when I create the leading provider I can't choose for her hardware version 7 above, the error message is.

Highest invalid hardware support virtual version 9. the host on which the provider VDC back doesn't support hardware virtual version 9.

It seems strange, because most of my virtual machine has recent vm-tools and hardware version 9.

vCenter vCloud Director and its database - all these components have been installed within the same virtual infrastructure on virtual machines and all of these virtual machines had hardware version 9...

What Miss me in the configuration or the preparation phase? What reasons could be here?

Hello! in my case, the reason was in the unit, which could not be interrupted by the provider Setup Wizard... I put the whole ESXi-s in maintenance mode manually and everything works fine

  • View 4 thin client hardware supports PCoIP

If my thin client is windows-based os, there is no difficulty when we improve the mode 4. But what happens if my thin client is thin-os, such as wyse S10? do I have to replace it with a new model like P20 or seller will provide a new firmware?

    Hi Dingding,

You can still use your existing endpoint hardware after and upgrade to view 3-4 of the view, as RDP is still available as a graphic distance communication protocol in View 4.

If however, you want to upgrade to PCoIP, then you will need to worry about your endpoint equipment.

PCoIP software, you can use VMware View 4 Client for Windows, which runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. (And maybe even Windows XP Embedded)

If you want to use your Wyse with PCoIP devices, you must wait for Wyse provide updated models. The P20 is the only model that Wyse announced so far. Wyse in the future will also support PCoIP on thin BONES.

Here's an announcement from Wyse on PCoIP:

  • Hardware support for 64 bit guest OS?

    Hello

I plan to set up a server running VMWare Server or ESXi and I try to understand the hardware requirements for running 64 bit guest OS.

Currently I have a motherboard ASUS P5K - V and will get an Intel Q6600 processor clocked in a few days. I'd like to run a fedora OS as host and run Windows 2003 or 2008 as a 64-bit client, but I don't know if the motherboard supports VT and other requirements necessary for this?

URL to the site of ASUS' display information about the Board of Directors is: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=ILTh1fZDCOAEjPcB#.

Can someone give me some advice on this subject? Or should I get another mother card to be sure?

    Thojo

    Yup looks that way.

The manual suggests that the VT is enabled by default, but I would go in the bios, just to confirm.

    Have fun.

you find this or any other useful information, please consider giving points for correct or helpful answers.

  • Hardware support Intel VT to guest OSes

    People,

I have a server ESXi installed on a platform Intel E5410 that have hardware capacity Intel VT.

However, I have a ubuntu OS comments seeking using kvm (Kernel - based Virtual Machine)

    which requires material support VT.

I check in/proc/cpuinfo flags feature seems there is no indicator vmx/smx, which means THAT KVM is not supported

    on my ubuntu OS guest.

Is it my utmost wrong configuration or all possible ways to activate/provide hardware VT to

    guest operating system on ESXi?

    -Ed

I check in/proc/cpuinfo flags feature seems there is no indicator vmx/smx, which means THAT KVM is not supported on my guest OS to ubuntu.

If you check configuration unbuntu and readme that you will notice that the KVM is NOT supported as a Virtual Machine.  It's only for the hardware access native or bare metal.  VT extensions cannot be virtualized as mentioned Oliver.  ESX uses a hardware level VT extensions to make use of 64-bit guest computers, but you can pass these VT extensions to a VM subsidiary.

  • HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z: how to get the hardware support for HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z

I'm probably in the wrong forum, but I'm not anywhere else to go.  Just throw it out there and I hope someone has the answer.

My very reliable Officejet printer has lost the ability to feed paper from the paper tray.  It is that decend on top of paper rolls and are believed to feed the paper until the collection of wheels.  The rolls go down, but they don't happen, and therefore no paper feed.  I can gently push the individual sheets until the collection of wheels and printing works very well.

Has anyone dealt with this kind of problem.  Of course, it's hardware related and I'll probably have to bring somewhere for repairs.  It's a great printer for several years and I look forward to replace themselves.

    Thank you.

I bought a new printer because the cost to fix this little problem is higher than the purchase of a new machine.

  • SATA support HP Pavilion a1250n - quick question

Hi, I know that this subject has been beaten to death, but I just need some clarification.

Background: 3 weeks ago embedded graphics are out of this office and we initially dropped on it and started peicing outside. Having obtained a free pci-e graphics card, we changed management and reassemble the thing with the new graphics card and power supply.

Problem: With everything together, including same Sata 250 GB WD HD, Windows XP Pro Setup program does not recognize any HD.

Checked Bios - no registration for car either.

    BIOS is Phoenix Award seen here - http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07110: 3 & lc = en & dlc = en & cc = us

Tested by car - can be mounted on another computer.

Tested with another WD 500 GB of disk - no change.

Even tried jumpers on pins 5 & 6 - no change.

MOBO appears to imitate the IDE compatible mode. Pressing F6 to show all the guests (not sure if this applies only if XP is installed.)

Worked 3 weeks ago now I'm stumped.

    MOBO is the AmethystM-GL6E.

Specifications of the computer can be found here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00485646

We need to integrate the update of the Bios? listed here:

Do not have the HP recovery disks - those would be an easier option?

Or are we missing something altogether?

    Appreciate any assistance.

    Thanks in advance.

Not exactly. I come to the conclusion through some random troubleshooting that the SATA ports are probably fried the Board of Directors.

After you connect a HD IDE and install of XP, I connected a CD/DVD drive of work known to the SATA ports and tested. The drive opens and closes, but neither XP, the Bios or Ultimate Boot CD could detect it.

From my experience, it is not too difficult to get a CD drive, you have correct drivers installed or not. We tested the two SATA ports on the map - no dice.

I guess that the embedded graphics are not the only things that died on the MOBO. We always connecting the IDE ports, but it is slower and seems to have some difficulty to wake from sleep.

    MOBO is definitely endangered.

I found some new boards on ebay and a few other places, but the cost was too prohibitive.

Overall, it was a lot easier to test with a CD player, only trying to wake of the bios and the location of some elusive SATA drivers that would work.

    Good luck.
