Hate to be repetitive... but

Three times now, because they can either not download or they could not properly install a product, customers have left 1 star reviews.  The first time it happened, I contacted the support and you guys deleted review.  I left the second only once.  It was in one language other than English, but most of the translation was an installation problem.

I love the new Exchange and the opportunity to sell my products through Adobe, but this issue is a bit frustrating.  Is it possible to make the process to make contact with the most obvious producer?  Or is there maybe a small problem in the process of download/install for some users that can be viewed in?

After reviewing your products, these negative comments seem specific to Crossing the shares of treatment. This product as the name suggests, are a series of actions for Photoshop. Which, in my opinion, have led to comments negative was a confused set of instructions for installation and use. It has been suggested that the user should click on the action to load it, but first, they needed extract the zip file of the action. So in the case of stocks, we have a great Packer, who knows the files such as stocks and can install them directly in the correct folder in Photoshop directly to the user, and then you just need their producer say where and how to find the product. Unfortunately, we do not currently support the ability to change the format file of a product, when it is a patch if for example you submitted a good cup record right now the Pasha expected another zip. In the future, we expect you to change this format. So, in the mean time I've updated the where to find it section. You can create a new product and delete or remove it and use your action packed, but it is interesting to note that you had over 1100 users and only few of them gives you a negative review, so I'd like to think that many users are finding how to load the action themselves.

    Do not download these 3rd party update of pilot programs, they find problems all the time, even if there are no problems.

    Hi, first sorry for my bad English.

    I bought the ipad pro and pencil to apple, when it came out last year, trying to replace my macbook and imac in illustration and design work. I hope that Adobe, as one of the major design software developer, would a pro for us software "artists" in a few months. Not need to be too pro version full of mac os, but at least something that works for all kinds of artists:

    1 - drawings of hands free

    or

    2 precise geometric designs

    The first option in this version of works "Illustrator draws" regular, not great and not bad. We can make several good designs, the quality is good. But whenever I need a more specific move, small details. Frustration begins: no path, no selector to move a part of the drawing (just move the entire layer), etc.

    In the second option "illustrator draw" is simply not do work with this kind of artists (my case). I hate to be repetitive, but all I can say is that I tried to work with adobe apps with my ipad pro and apple pencil. And it is impossible (for my kind and style of work).

    I downloaded graphic Autodesk and Protosketch. Two of them, it is much MUCH better that Illustrator draws, I can get the end result in both entities. There's the pen, Bezier work tool just fine, select traced, paint, paint, move, align, insert the position and scale, remove and what I want is possible with these applications.

    So my question is, why adobe do not develop an app that make already what these apps do for years?

    Where is the pen tool (Bézier, etc.)? where selection points? where is the base of any vector software?

    I'm sorry to have taken so long to answer. Thanks for posting.

    When the draw was created, it has been designed as, well, adjuvant to Illustrator CC. something that would allow people to start a project away from the desktop computer, and then complete it on the desktop.

    People have started using it to learn more. That has intensified since the introduction of the iPad from Apple Pro and a pencil and we receive many requests and suggestions to make the application more "useful". And we take them seriously with regard to the evolution of the draw. That said, despite the fact that they are requested with a certain regularity, I am not sure that the plan is to incorporate an Illustrator - Bézier or the selection tools in the app. I would like to have more information for you...

    I don't see any purpose to have so many tags nested inside one another, because they are very repetitive, but many creation tools make no effort to write good HTML as long as it works in IE.

    The problem is that Firefox is not by not showing what it is rather than is not showing an image of plain text, as you saw when you paste into a word processing document. At least then you would know when something is missing. I don't know if/when that will be fixed, this is a known issue for some time.

    The redirect solution does not work on Gmail rich text/HTML mode, but if you switch to plain text mode, the list without style appears as a piece of text (screen attached). Not very useful, but it is there in a pinch.

    Sorry I don't have a good fix for the moment.

  • Firefox opens but nothing don't watch/load in the window, the buttons of the menu even not

    I open Firefox & a window opens but nothing does not charge or show, not even the menu buttons. Sometimes when you click on blindly around some menus will open but options beyond that don't produce anything either.

    I have (not necessarily in this order):
    Uninstalled Firefox, deleted all the other files, then reinstalled (twice)... did not help.
    Revenue from PC back to before Firefox updated... did not work.
    Uninstalled, debugged my PC, reinstalled... did not work.
    Disabled the firewall & changed the settings to make sure nothing was blocking it to work... did not work.

    At this point, after the support of Mozilla Surf site & not finding anyone else who has this exact question I don't know what else to do. I love Firefox and want to continue using it (I HATE using Internet Explorer), but the only other alternative I can think of is to use Google Chrome or IE.

    I have Windows 7, use McAfee, & SpyHunter. My laptop is under 5 years old & I keep reg. thing updated, so I don't think that anything should be obsolete or incompatible.

    Currently in version 33, Firefox has implemented a new faster way to loading Web pages. This new feature is called OMTC. However, there are still tweaks to the Mozilla developers make this.

    There is a known issue that Mozilla works very hard to fix: If you have black pages on some sites, here's what you can do to avoid the problem in the meantime:

    If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

    • Click the menu button

      click Help

      then select restart with disabled modules.

    If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Mode safe mode as follows:

    • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.

    When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

    To disable hardware acceleration

    • Click the menu button

      then select Options.

    • In the window of Firefox Options (or preferences), click on the Advanced tab, and then select general.
    • You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.

    Now, quit Firefox, wait a few seconds and start normally.

    I should also mention that other users with this problem had a card intel integrated graphics hd with a former current driver. Until Mozilla comes with a fix, if you want hardware acceleration in Firefox, you can try updating your driver through the appropriate link below to see if that helps:

    I hate to say it, but it would be a great time for a bigger hard drive.  While 40 GB meets at least for installation you really need more for in-place-upgrading a system using 37 GB.  Setup needs space for temporary files, its own temporary relocation, etc.

  • Upgrade to blackBerry Smartphones to v5.0 added a 'default', but with all my data in calendar

    BlackBerry Curve 8900.  Despite the backup in advance the 5.0 installation always messed up my SETTINGS and programs as in the past.  This time, I find a new calendar called by default instead of using the existing calendar based on the name of my e-mail account that I sync with my iMac.  Now all my appointments have been made and nothing in my own email.  I have appointed my old calendar by default, but which seemed to have made no difference.  I'm never, ever going to level again.  It screws up everything and backup (I do it on a PC) does not completely protect my existing configuration.  I wish that RIM could not understand how to upgrade an operating system while leaving your settings and software only.  Other systems seem to be able to do.  Really, I prefer to use my smart phone more to settle.  I hate to be grumpy, but he has so much time.

    Sorry, but I found the solution I need.  I did a different search that has sent me to a document that told me how to merge calendars.  you open the calendar go to the menu > options' when it opens type 'MOVE' (IMPORTANT because it threw me for a while, there is no window for typing, just type). a menu then asks if you want to merge all of the calendars that works then.

    I must say that the book is full of (incomprehensible to me) reasons, why the upgrade mess with your setup in the first place.  I have an ipod touch and upgrades are seamless.

    I have an Epson NX415 printer, the problem I have is my arer of ink cartridges not recognized or fake messages saying that I need to replace a particular cartridge is correct. I tried the Epson OEM cartridges as generic in all combinations without success. Sometimes, I get a message saying something on the refill cartridges but even when I tried to solve the problem I was unsuccessful. I have tried all troubleshooting solutions on Epson web site without success.  Help!

    I hate to say it, but if you can't get help from Epson, it's probably time to buy a new printer.  It's a printer hardware problem or a problem of printer driver, and the two of them come from Epson, not Ms.

    And it was not easy to find a download of the old version.  But, and was able to install and authorize.  Still had some strange error, who apparently did not prevent the completion of the process that supposedly generated the error... sheesh...

    Shows the commitment of the community of Adobe when they cannot provide good support for the typical user of public library.  Hate to say it, but this river of South America is smarter.

  • iPad IOS 10 - AutoCorrect keyboard does not turn off?

    I don't know if it is a problem of IOS 10 or if it is a question of the iPad. One of the first things I do when I get a new device is turn off easily. I hate to correct automatically, but it seems not turning off itself. I was typing a message to a friend of mine and to instead keep the word I typed (Pervy) it replaces (Percy).

    I just upgraded to IOS 10 and checked to see if the AutoCorrect has been disabled or if she has it on again. Even with typing this message, it keeps replacing words on me with words that I don't type and are not what they should be. It is not a question of spelling either, so I don't know what to do to fix, but it's very annoying.

    Hello. You may also need to disable predictive. If you are using a physical keyboard, there are different settings for it. They appear only when it is connected.

  • Next button disappears on the homepage

    I asked this without result. If you use firefox, I can search, access a page, go to deep pages, click on the "back" button and forward button; but when I click on the button to return to the home page, the forward button disappears. I did by accident or by design many times. When I back up on the homepage, I have all over again, repeat the search, and it's extremely frustrating.
    It is NOT fixed by the "default restoration."
    It seems that if I return to my home page [generally Google Search] then Firefox guess I won't want to go forward again.
    I don't want an another add-on for it. I just want the next button in all the windows where there is one page forward.
    How can I get that?
    I hate to say it, but it happens enough that I use Chrome for research and just general surfing.
    In my opinion, the show button before being in all windows, grayed out if necessary, but there. But I can accept it endangered when there is NO front page. But not when there is a page to the front.
    Note: this NEVER happens in Chrome [and others.]

    Yes, my home page was listed as https://www.google.com. But I deleted that and changed. Then deleted that and it changed to https://www.google.com. And now it seems to work. He could have this cache that does not clear properly.
    A note the same thing happened when I changed the homepage to https://192.168.1.20 www.bing.com. But after I deleted and it reinstated, Bing now works properly in the home page. [Although I've switched back to google].
    I have no idea why I have to enter the homepage, save, delete and tenant to operate correctly.
