have b110 printer all in one, stopped printing yellow.

cartridge always half full, just stopped, removed and reset. also have replaced cartridge, still not printing. Downloaded new hp diagnostics utility, which says that everything is OK! Cannot print to show all that will not allow everything on printer says "cartridge above seems to be missing or damaged. See status screen on your computer for more details". Did it, gives me no more details on the screen.  One no matter what ideas.please?

I'd do a power reset the printer first:

While the unit is turned on, remove the ink cartridges. While the power is still, remove the power cord at the back of the printer. Wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer. Turn on the power. Reinstall the ink cartridges, one at a time. Once installed, turn off the power with the touch. Turn it back on. Who can clear the error, but only if it isn't a physical error.

    This is usually caused by a failure of the wireless LAN card.  You can solve this problem, as shown on this page.  Unplug the connector on the wireless card will disable wireless and correct the problem.  Since you're using USB shouldn't be a problem.

    I use it on/on button to turn the printer off, don't disconnect not.

    I also had the same issue and after a few game it seemed to have fixed so here's what I did... Hope this helps someone else.

    -My printer is connected to my wireless network.

    -On my computer that I'm connected to the printer through the IP address 192.168.1.153... (Yours may vary) in a browser

    * You can find the ip address printers on the control panel of the printers by pushing the wireless button and pushing the ok option 1, it should appear with the intensity of the signal and the ip address is at the bottom.

    -Once I was on the Printers page in my browser, I went to the tab network at the top.

    -Then to Internet Printing Protocol section (on the left in the advanced settings)

    -On my own PPI was already on, but the location was empty I put a '1' in the location box and then applied settings.

    -C' is the only thing that I changed and now my printer is asleep as always, but when I print something from my iphone, mac or pc it wakes up and prints as it is supposed to!

    BTW before I went to the printer via the browser. I changed layout sleep in 15 minutes via the Control Panel on the printer itself, don't know if it helped the issue or not because I still had the problem of sleep after I set the timer to 15 minutes instead of 5 min. But I solved my problem after performing the steps above!

    Also note that on the one hand some ppl on here say it's a network problem or a router! This is NOT the case I never even tried these roads and I solved my problem only by changing the setting of the printer! I have not set a static ip address or something like that!  The above steps is things ONLY I touched and my problem is SOLVED!

  • I have a G510n all-in-one Officejet wireless that does not print in Cyan.

    The cartridges are full, I cleaned the printheads several times, made all the diagnostic tests, restarted the computer, reinstalled the software and drivers.  I can't align the print heads because the scanner cannot see blue lines due to their not printing not.  The printer is out of warranty, so I need to know if I need to trash or is there another solution for this problem.  Following a forum, the person said it was chip problem, but did not specify how they fixed it.  Coult it will be the same question?  Any suggestions would be extremely useful.

    I just bought HP TouchSmart all in a 310-1125Y with Windows 7. I have an old HP Photosmart C4210 printer all-in-one. Tried to install the original shipped with the printer CD, but does not recognize Windows 7. I will not be able to use the Solutions Center HP which is located on the CD and cannot download said HP is on the CD. What can I do?  My printer works fine.

    I can't remove a file from the queue; It is a recurring problem.  I followed the usual deletion process, but I can't dleete this precise issue and so cannot print anything that follows.

    In Control Panel, open administrative tools and select abuse.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

    Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

    Yes, I think that the print head is the cause. You try to run a few times to see if you can lead it.

    If you want to keep the other cartridge, put it in a lock back zip and place it in the refrigerator.

  • I have a HP All In One Printer 6700 and when I scan a photo that some of it appears on my MacBook.

    This is a photo 8 x 10 and no matter what I do, only a quarter of it appears on my computer.  I am incredibly stupid feeling right now and don't know what to do to solve this problem.  Any advice?  Thank you!

    The default analysis workflows configured to scan photo 6 x 4 in. make sure you change the scanning settings to not crop the area swept as follows:

    1 open the HP utility and select your device.
    2. based on Scan Settings open the "Scan to Computer".
    3. click on the tab "scan tasks.
    4. Select the shortcut Scan allows to analyze, and then click on edit.
    5. in the section of scanning from an HP device, click the blue triangle or button view details to expand the menu.
    6. in the expanded menu now, open the drop down next to cultures in and set as none.
    7. click OK and try to scan.

    The document here can help solve the black and yellow print not on you Officejet 8500.  Black and yellow print does not correctly, I guess the Black/Yellow Printhead, which is a part of repalceable, but I suggest you to go through all the steps in this document in order.

    I had printer for 6-7 years and never had a problem. I up graded my phone att pots line (plain old telephone system) the system to voip (voice over internet phone). I never had a problem to send and receive faxes. Now, I can only send faxes and not receive them, even with the automatic reply button on! The only rings (6210 HP) fax. Chat with people to send faxes reports the 6210 indicates the machine is busy, which is not the case. I checked the telephone connections and cables and still get the same results. I have checked the filters and hooked up to another fax machine (hp 8500 A909a) with the same results. I downloaded a updateded printer driver and still get the same results. I noticed when I sent a fax test fax hp service test, they sent a fax to the back but the fax would only ring unless I press the black / touch of color, it will leave a fax come through. Y at - it a remedy to this new problem. Help.

    Hello, I have an acer aspire one, and I just bought and installed upgrading windows 8 from the Microsoft site. He installed an "auditor of system" 1 who reported a few minor problems, but none of them were associated with wifi or touchscreen. after upgrade both the touch screen or wifi do any work! Good start of Microsoft! Why can't just work? "Anyway - I googled a little and found this is normal and I should have installed a pre-upgrade Acer 1 pack?  Is is true that I can't find it anywhere and I wonder if it exists, can someone point me in the right direction and also let me know if I can install it now that I have already installed windows8!
