I got the error "the service user profile Service has no connection, failed to load the user profile" when you try to use my desktip. It is on the login page. My account icon loads and the guest account. I have enter my password as an administrator and get the error message listed above. I followed all the solutions I could find and it is not corrected.
I have a slight hitch, after several failed here, I checked the domestic Group on my laptop and I have high listed as connected to the Group Home Office; with all the files. How can I fix the desk top to coinside with his status of being online. Yet once, my counter top will not recognize the password, but the desk top shows online in the home group.
Home Group is Windows 7.

Sony Vaio did not come with recovery cd and have not been able to locate the online game
I have a Sony Vaio, which has a few years working with Windows XP Home Edition. When I bought the computer first, I wasn't very experienced technilogically who did not think about twice the computer comes not not with an operating system cd. In any case, now that the computer is a few years old I am aware of the importance of having this cd as a backup, if all else fails. My problem is when I went on the Sony website where a list of retailers has been provided which might carry the recovery CD. After phone calls and emails, I have yet to find one that still bears then Sony Vaio Recovery Set. I always have my genuine key of Windows Xp, as well as of the receipt of the purchase of the computer. I'm more concerned with a new installation or not all original came with my computer (ie. sony) programs. My concern is just to find a real cd that I can use in the unfortunate situation where I have to reinstall my operating system. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Pressing F10 or F11 key when you turn on your system can put you in a recovery partition.

I now get a message that I need to update Camera Raw in LR6, when I send a photo to CS6 for further editing, but when I look at the updates I'm not finding this one, nor any other updates are needed for my software. The latest version of Camera Raw compatible with Photoshop CS6 is Camera Raw 9.1.1. There will be no updates available for Photoshop CS6. This message tells you that Lightroom has additional changes that your version of Camera Raw is perhaps not able to interpret when you send an image from Lightroom to Photoshop. You are given the choice. You can open the image in any case, or you can let Lightroom create a copy that includes all adjustments of Lightroom and send this copy to Photoshop. In most cases, you want to make the second choice. When this warning message is displayed, I think that there is a checkbox to indicate not not to show it again. The only way that you can solve the problem would be to upgrade to Photoshop CC 2015. If not, simply select the option to edit a copy with Lightroom adjustments.

I tried several times to contact support, but have not been able to get well. I have a trial (try actually the second time), but are not yet able to test Lightroom/CC. I wanted to try the room light I use Capture 1 now.
My question is this: the Downloader or installer will load only if I "Run as Administrator" and then it crashes every time in seconds. I even tried the Adobe application that will go well and remove all the remains of the previous software hoping that he would, but no solution. Hi all, I'm a newbie here.
So, as the title says, I have not been able to do an update on my Vaio more than a year.
All this started when I thought or could have a virus. I have everything backed up quickly & did a clean re-installation of my windows.
Since re-install I couldn't update. I tried to do the updates manually - some work, but the important ones which do not. I contacted Microsoft Support. They went through my laptop a few times & they can't even solve the problem. However, they told me I have corrupted files in my system that allow me to make updates or reinstall my windows to factory settings (Yes, I thought)
So my question is... How can I solve this problem? None...
