  • STOP: c000021a {fatal system error} during shutdown

I looked everywhere but nothing is done, nobody gives never a direct response to how which and where to fix the problem.
This problem started after a process of full consolidation (anti-virus, registry and the batch recovery) after an escape of the virus. Now the system is clean.
Is there a particular way or procedure to get rid of this problem?

  • Explorer.exe error on shutdown

I have a new HP Pavilion with Windows 8 64 bit laptop. I just downloaded the free update to windows 8.1. And then the trouble started.
First, startup time has almost doubled. Just before the desktop becomes visible, there is a period of 10 seconds where everything you see is a black screen. Sometimes, it is more than 10 seconds. Then we see the wallpaper.
Second, the most annoying problem - whenever I have shut down or restart, I get an error in explorer.exe saying memory cannot be read in memory of some instruction referenced to 0x00000000. ?! What the h - what? I mean that's what we expect to see that after the update to Windows 8.1? This is ridiculous. This affects many people everywhere in the world and there is not yet any official patch or the announcement?

I have read similar messages on the web and none of the solutions work. Someone said: change the registry, someone said to remove the bluetooth start service? nothing and stop a bluetooth service is not a solution. Why wouldn't I be able to use bluetooth to solve this error Windows 8.1?

Please correct this urgent problem. And DO NOT ask us to re - install windows... I mean come on... You think that people have nothing better to do than Windows install/reinstall all day long? Bandwidth is not cheap anywhere in the world either. Please release a patch or guidance on the resolution of this problem as soon as POSSIBLE.

  • hpqgpc01.exe dialogue Application error on shutdown

When I stop, I get a dialog box error saying that hpqgpc01.exe Application error occurred at a particular address.

When I close the dialog box, complete closure.

What can I do to fix this?

Tom R. posted what worked for me:

For 64-bit systems. But you're probably using a 32-bit file system. So, lets try it. Load your printer disk in your CD drive, then go to: START, control PANEL, PRINTER. Then right-click on the printer and select Properties. Go to the SHARING. Click CHANGE SHARING OPTIONS. Click CONTINUE. Go down to the DRIVERS and click ADDITIONAL DRIVERS.  X 64 is 64-bit driver, but don't forget that you probably have the files loaded in your X 86 file, which is 32-bit. Let the X 64 single file, but click on the X 86 file. Then close the program. When you return, the file should show Nokia X 64 & X 86 as Type 3 User Mode INSTALLED-YES. When you turn off the computer you will be always see the file hpqgpc01.exe pop up as you will need to restart the computer for the change to take effect. But after that, you should not see the error sign on your next stop down. Hope that helps. Let me know if it works for you.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your question on the forum of the Microsoft community.

I would like to know some information about the problem so that we can help you better.

    1. have you installed Windows 7 Professional before the show?
    2. What is the exact model of your computer number?

I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue. Thank you also to provide details on the issue.

The problem may occur due to device driver damaged or problems with the hard drive.

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:
Remove all external devices connected to the computer except the mouse and keyboard and check the issue.

If this does not help, then use method 2.

    Method 2:
As you tried to run the memory test that shows that the memory has no problem, it is possible that the hard drive has some bad sectors, then I suggest you run the disk check and see if it helps.
    Refer to this article:
Check your hard drive to find errors in Windows 7
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2641432

Note: When running chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

    I hope this information helps.

Please let us know if you need more help.

HI Ketut - more that probably look at the entire record of the newspapers listed on the MPS to see what happened.  It would be better for you to prosecute TAC so that we can take a look.

    (1) include SN and SW version running on MPS.

    (2) WINSCP to members through root.

    3) browse to folder TANDBERG

    (4) here, you will see a folder named "logs."  Copy and paste this folder on your desktop.

    (5) DO NOT OPEN the file until after it was sent.  This destroys the time stamp on the files.

    (6) ZIP them and join SR.

If you can, in the RS provide as much detail as possible about the call that was when recovery occurred.  It would give us a good idea about what happened.

This message is really generic.  1 Media card may have left for some other reason that is not listed in the controller card connects.  Media card Logs in the logs folder where the importance of attaching them to the case.

My computer for some reason some keeps stopping itself. Is not over heating or something like that and the power supply is good. I can completely start the computer, navigate or do anything else for about 20 minutes, but then something forces it to stop.

I tried to do a restore system to factory settings, I ran scans of several viruses, Malware scans and spyware superanti Scan in Normal windows Mode and safe, and its not picking up anything. \

Before I did a system restore I got one "he's dead jim" link from my browser chrome, and then my computer would be closed, but now its just stop with that. Can I stop sometimes when im running other programs, but it will just stopped again at another time.

The computer is only about a year with Windows 7. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hello

    ·         You get an error message or code?

I would say lets you check in the Event Viewer log and check for defective module that is causing the problem:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/what-information-appears-in-event-logs-Event-Viewer

As you have already restored the computer to the factory settings, this problem could be related to the hardware store. I suggest to check in for all devices Device Manager and also check the RAM.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer for the unwanted material.
