I managed to uninstall my acrobat pro, but my adobe application manager seems to think that I still have it. I do not see how to download it from adobe and re install. Can anyone help? I spent many hours trying to get my creative cloud version to run after the license of first years has failed. It was a bit of a nightmare and sie Adobe is not easy to get help from.
I spent a few hours trying to untangle a redemption code. I dropped so uninstalled acrobat, because he is no longer works apparently. I managed to find out how to buy a new redemption code for creative cloud through the Institute where I exposed, but now I can't get a download for my acrobat, one that will work on my macbook pro 2010 running 10.6.8
Navigation in the adobe site was not easy and not very impressed in terms of achieving support for the problems and responses so far. Only no reply emails usually that means logging in time and time again.

Thanks to all of you who tried to help him. I thank can I have managed to sort it out. It seems that I can not have uninstalled initially, but I could not access the program and all my pdfs, opens in preview. I found another uninstall program that seems to have done the trick as my adobe application manager is now let me download.
I hope it will do the trick and my thanks to all who responded. Bravo guys. I hope that I won't make the same mistake next year ;-)

I bought publishing CC student and Professor, 4 days ago, and the order is currently still pending. Order status page shows the command should be processed within 24 hours, but it didn't happen.

Why my student teacher subscription is still pending after two weeks of purchace?
I ordered the license teachers in 29. in may, but it seems that I'm unable to download and use applications because my order is still pending.
My information page shows that my emails have to be confirmed and orders-as it shows that the payment has been charged to my credit card. But I don't know if the problem is that before I ordered the student teacher license I got the free trial version. Free trial was different email, that I changed it a few days ago (the Adobe ID is the same in any case, did not have a new). I thought that maybe it would make a little more rapid treatment to change the email into one that is connected to my school for the command. You email the school asked when I bought the license online. But I do not know I received email confirmation right now, but I confirm at least a few days there must be.
Talk, I also tried download creative cloud desktop application and after the other applications, I would have preferred, but apps said that the trial has ended and I need to put a serial number of license apps. And I read that you don't need to use the serial key when having allowed to student teacher, or did I miss something?
So now I don't know why order is still pending, but the former trial, change of email, late confirmation email, serial masking keys or something else. I really need to be able to use the applications as soon as possible so hPEL is very much appreciated!

I have about 14 000 songs in my iTunes library, but really there are only about a quarter as much because there are so many duplicates. I don't know how they got there in the first place, and try to remove them is infuriating! I have already spent several hours going by checking all the files I want to remove (thinking that I would delete then all files at once) - only to find out that I still have to delete them one at a time. There must be a better way! Help, please.
If you don't know that you want to delete all checked the songs in your library:
- Create a new smart playlist with the following rules:
This will show then checked all the songs in your library. - Select all the items in this playlist (Ctrl-A)
- Hold the SHIFT key and press DELETE - follow the prompts to remove songs from your library and (if necessary) your PC media files
In case of problem, you must back up your library before you do just in case the results are not what you expect - see tips to the user of turingtest2 on your iTunes for Windows with SyncToy to backup library for a suitable and recommended method.
There is no 'simple' way to reliably remove duplicates from a library, but see the intelligence in this threadon the use of a scripted for removal of duplicates (for example).
Long-term, try and avoid adding anything in your iTunes library that already exists in it - that's how arise the duplicates (unlike an opinion apparently dispersed, iTunes not of is duplicate anything in normal operation). I just ordered a force of z motorcycle with aspeaker and awireless version of battery charger and I have not received a confirmation e-mail. After you get a certain i email that says that my order is pending without no reason. I talked to a person on the support chat and he said I will receive a call from cancellation service but I did not receive any calls and do not want to cancel my order if motorola promised me to send my items on time. I checked my bank account that I saw that the charge was made. There should be no problem then. When I type 'online order status' I don't see my order as well. It's like I never bought the items. I have no confirmation of anything. I also wonder about the battery mod that can load wireless. This is a pre order and if it'll take a lot of time to receive that I want to cancel this purchase.

48 hours ago, I was able to play samples of the song from Amazon (.m3u files) using Windows XP SP3 Windows Media Player. Yesterday and also today in an attempt to the same on Amazon, I get error C00D1198 on WMP-
"windows media center cannot connect to the server the server name may be incorrect, the server may not be available, or your proxy settings are may not be incorrect.
Automatically detect the proxy settings is enabled
I did not bring any changes to the computer or downloaded codecs, not played any other player, and in the meantime has used another music site, etc.

May I know what is happening when you try to open a PDF file with Adobe Acrobat app on your device Galaxy.
Try this:
Go to settings > Applications > Adobe Acrobat
Under the terms of the App Info, click on clear Cache
Then try to open a PDF file
Still, if this does not work
Uninstall the application
Then download and install directly from APK files.

I am a new Member of the CC. When I downloaded the CC installer asks me to connect, but following that there is no icon 'Apps '? I can't find so one of the applications that I signed up for download. I spent three hours with a representative of working by remote customer support, but still no advance. No display software in the laucher CC if anyone else had this? I bought a year of adobe cc today.
