Why my student teacher subscription is still pending after two weeks of purchace?
I ordered the license teachers in 29. in may, but it seems that I'm unable to download and use applications because my order is still pending.
My information page shows that my emails have to be confirmed and orders-as it shows that the payment has been charged to my credit card. But I don't know if the problem is that before I ordered the student teacher license I got the free trial version. Free trial was different email, that I changed it a few days ago (the Adobe ID is the same in any case, did not have a new). I thought that maybe it would make a little more rapid treatment to change the email into one that is connected to my school for the command. You email the school asked when I bought the license online. But I do not know I received email confirmation right now, but I confirm at least a few days there must be.
Talk, I also tried download creative cloud desktop application and after the other applications, I would have preferred, but apps said that the trial has ended and I need to put a serial number of license apps. And I read that you don't need to use the serial key when having allowed to student teacher, or did I miss something?
So now I don't know why order is still pending, but the former trial, change of email, late confirmation email, serial masking keys or something else. I really need to be able to use the applications as soon as possible so hPEL is very much appreciated!

It may take longer than that of the student to confirm eligibility. When the chat/phone will be available once you try asking Adobe customer service.

I took the plunge to buy the student/teacher edition of the Adobe Creative Suite 6, Design & Web Premium a week ago and the next day, I installed the software from my computer died following a problem unrelated to the logic board. Given the circumstances, I made the decision to buy a new computer, but I now find myself without the Adobe software. I am currently the electronic-mail/live-chat with Adobe but haven't gotten a response yet. I hope they'll forgive because I got the approval documents of work of Apple as a mode of proof. I bought lightroom student/teacher edition 5 of Best Buy, a week ago, but the current operating system of my laptop is not compatible with it. I plan on upgrading in the coming months. Is there a time limit on the activation and sending my proof of eligibility? And I'll be able to continue to use it even though I have a degree?
Avoid any deadline for the activation of the product. I can only speak for myself, but I recommend to do questions of eligibility are installed as soon as possible.

Cancel my subscription to student-teacher CC
I want to CANCEL my subscription student/teacher CC of 1 year, since I now have access to the CC company. Tried following your instructions but in circles and can't find a way to do it. I even cancelled my credit card, hoping that this would lead to the subscription expiring, but Adobe continues to send me emails to 'manage my account to update the payment details', I can't update the payment details and when I go into account management, I do not see anywhere here allows me to simply terminate the subscription! My account also indicates that Adobe tries, each month, to draw a cancelled payment credit card, even after the 12 month subscription period should have expired. Why?
Please do not answer telling me to follow the instructions online that I tried this and after managing Plan > terminate the program, they tell me to contact Customer Support. The only way, it seems that I can do it is through a forum, right? So here I am. Heeeeelp!

I bought the student/teacher edition. I have a Windows 7 and an IMac. My instructor told my subscription would allow my to install the product on 2 PC. Is this true?
Just to let you know, there is a difference between installation and activation.
You can install the software on as many computers as you wish, Mac or PC.
However, you can activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time (via help > connect / disconnect)

Renewal of the student/teacher - without credit card
I am currently a student, and my student / teacher edition of Creative cloud comes to an end in a few months. I'm still in school for at least another six months after that and the need to have this software for this reason. I understand that the amount I paid for the first year goes upward with the renewal of my account and that's fine, but the problem is that I don't have a credit card and of course I want to renew this product.
Initially, I bought my subscription 1 year via a map of adobe from a dealer and set up online. Is it possible to purchase a subscription renewal at a retailer and activate the subscription of my second year in this way?

About two weeks ago, I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows student & Teacher Edition 1 user of the digital production team Dell software partner. I still have to download the software because I have questions and they cannot (or refuses) to answer.
In my initial email to Dell software partner digital production team. I asked the two questions and gave them some background.
My background: I have two computers running. My old laptop using Microsoft Vista while my new HP desktop running Windows 10. Here are the details: link to the FAQ in the Center Dell download the following question appears under the Questions common header: "can I use the Dell Download Manager to create a backup CD/DVD? Response to this question is: "If you use the Vista operating system, the answer is Yes." My question is: can I download and install 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows student & Teacher Edition 1 user' using my old laptop Vista, backup to CD/DVD and recovery and use this backup to CD/DVD to install the program on my new HP running Windows 10 desktop?
Question: The above situation works in reverse? I.e. can I download and install "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 student & Teacher Edition 1 Windows user" using my new desktop computer HP running Windows 10 and making a backup CD/DVD and recovery and use this backup to CD/DVD to install the program on my old laptop which uses Windows Vista?

Please be informed that Acrobat DC is compatible on Windows 7 and later (system requirements for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Acrobat Standard DC ).
So, you won't be able to install it on Windows Vista.
