  When I started Windows today I went to the ORB start and all programs and noticed that many programs were missing. Then a pop-up is above and declared that C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows was corrupted which is why I could not access this folder or Open regedit or other system tools. He said I should use the chkdsk utility, but he tells me that he'll run when I reboot but on reboot, nothing happens. I'm dualbooting linux and vista Home premium x 64 so I don't know if this affects chkdsk. If someone could help in helping fix me my C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows folder because I really don't want to have to reinstall vista for the 3rd time its really become a pain. I scanned with multiple spyware software AntiVirus such as Kaspersky and Avira anti tools such as malwarebits and spybot s & d and nothing seems to come for my problem. Any help would be appreciated.

  You can try to do a system restore to a point when your computer was working properly.

  You can do this by going to start, all programs, accessories, System Tools, open system restore and choose a date when the computer was working properly.

  If you can't do a system restore, you may need an upgrade in Place, or a reinstall.

  Hi, hope you can help me with my problem.
  I have Windows 7 64 bit and I use Windows Media Center to watch TV. Everything was fine for a few years, but recently when using Windows Media Center and selecting Live TV image and audio has been broken up as if I had signal problems. I have checked the antenna to a TV to set and had no problem antenna. So my TV tuner card was pretty old I decided to replace it, but the problem persisted. Then, I deleted the folder c:/programdata/microsoft/ehome remove windows media center data and carried out a scan of the channels of Media Center find all strings and everything was fine, until the next time I started my PC and started to live TV and the picture and sound were scattered again , so I went back to the above, but this time I saved a copy of the ehome folder when everything worked fine, now whenever I have start and launch Media Center/Live TV the picture and audio are broken upwards, but after a reboot and copy it and paste my folder backup ehome all is well again.

  What cold be initially the folder or the files into it to get corrupt whenever I have stop or start my PC.

  2. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  This problem can occur because of bad drivers and the corruption of system files.

  Method 1:

  I suggest you to update the card drivers TV tuner from the manufacturer's website.

  All my scans are clean (including scanning of microsoft security), but avira gives a recursive WARNING "archive the maximum recursion depth has been reached." for this file:

  Is is a normal file?  I did a search and he says that it is related to sharepoint.  I do not use sharepoint, but I know that I've tinkered with it in the past.  Is this all safe to delete the directory "OFFILINE?   I want to just make sure that it is not a threat.

  This file must be harmless and can be removed without any problem. If you did the diligent antivirus scans, and you don't see any other problems, then yes it seems to exist no threat.

• Help!  Audio goes out of sync after export.

  OK, people. I need your help. I have a looming deadline of THIS FRIDAY to put this.

  I have a multicam editing over a show that runs 1 hour 20 minutes. It renders perfectly in the timeline panel, all the video and audio perfectly synced. Looks and sounds exactly like what I need.

  When I export the video in form file H.264, audio not get synchronized with the video of 13 frames! But that's not all... It doesn't go to the complete audio track. There are about 50 minutes in the middle of the video where the audio goes out of sync. The audio at the beginning and end of the video is aligned perfectly in sync. It is just the central part which is twisted.

  What should I do?

  This has never happened before, and I have worked extensively with multicam in first Pro CC before that. Never been a problem. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the first and also remove all media cache files, but still no dice.  I also tried to copy the clips in a new sequence in the same project, copying the clips into a new sequence in a NEW project, the nesting of the sequence... nothing works.

  My configuration:

  MacBook Pro retina (Rev A)

  First Pro CC (latest version)

  Panasonic GH3 images in 1080 p 24 p AVCHD timeline

  3 cameras & 1 audio file to WAV in Multicam

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  OK, I figured out how to fix it:

  1. In first Pro CC, choose SEQUENCE > DELETE RENDER FILES.
  2. Try to export the movie again.

  It worked! I exported the same sequence, and it took a lot of time to do a new rendering of the audio files, but when it was finished export audio and video are in sync. I don't know what caused it, but this fix, so I hope anyone else having this problem can save a lot of time in reading this.

  I am facing a strange problem in operation.

  I suspected virus infection, I tried full scan with nod 32, essential microsoft, kaspesky - 1 by 1 (previous uninstall and install the new), but all the antivirus intremediately scan stopped due to this power off.

  Watch movie also stopped in the Middle, attempted to convert the movie file format also was arrested several times because of this problem of automatic disconnection.

  I tried to run only on the power (remove battery) and got the same result.

  can anyone identify the problem? can you please give me the solution?

  En me it looks like overheating. Eventually the high internal temperature requires the laptop to close. This is done automatically to prevent the equipment from damage
  I'm not quite sure what could cause this exactly, but in most cases the dust inside the fans affects cooling performance and lead to a temperature higher than m.

  Higher temperatures could affect the RAM modules too, and perhaps that is the reason why some applications don't work properly.

  What to say; try to clean the cooling fans using a jet of compressed air and check out how the laptop would proceed

• HP Pavilion 500 PC: Sound goes out after a few minutes. Reboot back sound, but only for a short period

  The problem started yesterday, all of a sudden there was no noise. I checked with the web, the hp support assistant and downloaded the new drivers.  I don't see anything else to do. I even downloaded programs to check my system in case something has exceeded my malicious or norton.  Still no luck, so, before I give the floor Sam's club on my guarantee I thought I would check here an answer.

  I bought the new machine a year ago in May of this year (2014), never had any problems with it so far.  I don't not even sound on the pc speakers.  All the power and connects to my speakers work fine.
