• Need help with work flow problem: a single e-mail notification non-stop.

  We have created an approval Workflow custom PO based on the standard PO approval workflow and we had it for awhile now. Last week, we had a problem where the notification keeps on sending e-mail to suppliers and buyers. We discovered that the notification_id given in table WF_NOTIFICATIONS keeps having updated by the minute affecting the MAIL_STATUS Invalid then SENT back, then back to INVALID again and so on. We think that what is updated in this table is the cause, but so far we have not found what is updated. Here are a few of our instance.
  
  Oracle Applications: 11.5.10.2
  Database: 10.2.0.4 64bits
  OPERATING SYSTEM: AIX
  Custom workflow based on the 115.127.11510.16 review
  
  Customizations:
  -Created in custom notification that xx_email_po_pdf_supp based on EMAIL_PO_PDF_SUPP.
  -Creation of custom message XX_EMAIL_PO_PDF based on EMAIL_PO_PDF.
  -Added #WFM_CC to XX_EMAIL_PO_PDF.
  -Creating custom attribute XX_PO_WF_EMAIL_PERFORMER and set as an interpreter to the XX_EMAIL_PO_PDF_SUPP notification.
  -Created the custom XX_ADDTL_STARTUP_VAL function right after "Set Workflow start values of service." This function sets the #WFM_CC attribute and the XX_PO_WF_EMAIL_PERFORMER attribute.
  
  Not sure if the customizations have nothing to do with the question since not all POs have this problem. Anyone have this experience? Appreciate help with this.

  I upgraded to 3 watch OS and iOS 10 on my iPhone. Since I no longer receive notifications by e-mail on the watch. I tried to recouple the watch with the phone, first using the last watch and watch again as a new backup. Neither helped. Message notifications, for example, still come to watch. Is there a setting I'm missing?

  How notifications behave depends on the State of your devices and your settings. With wrist detection enabled, in order to get notifications to your attention as soon as possible:

  • If your iPhone is unlocked, you will receive notifications on your iPhone instead of on your watch.
  • If your iPhone is locked or mode and your watch is unlocked (regardless of the question of whether the screen saver is awake or asleep) and on your wrist, you will receive notifications on your watch.
  • If your watch is locked or allowed to do not disturb, notifications will be sent to your iPhone.

• How do I just get messages from the Inbox to show the new mail notification?

  I install Thunderbird with Gmail and it works like a charm. The only complaint I have is that the new mail notification seems to grasp a selection of emails unread from different folders and often it does not show the new relevant emails in my Inbox. ESP. the all mail folder seems to provoke the doubling of message notifications, but this isn't the only one.

  All I want is my Inbox for new e-mail notifications. Is there anyway to change the current behavior?

  And there is no solution to limit the mail in a particular folder Inbox or other, so I suggest ur stuck.

  The ADD_JOB_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION procedure relates to employment that you specify in the parameter job_name. In your case, e-mail notifications will be sent against your email_notification_job, no test_job. You must use the ADD_JOB_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION for all the jobs you are interested in the result. So if you are interested in the results of running TEST_JOB, then you must specify this work for the ADD_JOB_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION procedure.

  Here when admin ppl rejects the request, an e-mail notification triggered by the user as the application was rejected.
  
  I have three radio buttons in the form
  
  1.submitted (Default).
  2.rejected.
  3.accepted.
  
  When the administrator change request and select rejected box and apply the changes, a notification e-mail should be raised to the user.
  
  Now I have a submit after process of change which is triggered whenever the user press on apply changes and it will send the notification to the user and admin time.
  How do e-mail notification which should be triggered when the administration rejects the request and submit the form?

  When the Admin selects the radio button of rejection and tha press on apply changes, then the notification by electronic mail must be sent to the user.

  Currently I use the Module reviews the customer's Web site. When someone posts a comment, the customer receives an e-mail notification "New customer comment", so that the customer can moderate comments. The problem is that all the emails notification of workflow for my client's Web site are brand for his company and this e-mail notification "New customer comment" bears the mark and the address of my business and not his default "from". How can I change this?

  I must point out that in a conversation with the support, the person I chatted with that said that it could not be changed because it was an email notice aside server that could not be edited / brand by me. Given the presence of brandable Workflow notification emails, I have a hard time with this response.

  The client has a web form that accepts requests for consultation. Submissions go into the database, and the customer will receive an email. • "Claim the task...". "E-mail notification is sent again. If I can remove?

  I entrusted the task to a GROUP email. The Group Gets the email, but when someone in this group goes to the workspace to claim, email gets sent back to the person it claims. I don't want the email out when they claim it.

  This secomd email can be deleted? It is obvious that if the person was able to get to the task to claim it, they don't need to see the email? Help, please!

  I contacted Adobe support and they suggested a work around for it.

  To 8.2 of the LCES, open workbench, go to process management > e-mail Notification, delete the start activity "Job ADVERTISEMENT" event Now when the user requests the task of the group, there are only "Assigned task" event look, so we have only 1 email notification.
