  I have a laptop (MacBook Pro OSX10.9.5), which shares a network drive in my office. The reader is with another computer. When I take the laptop out of the network of the company (for a meeting or a house), InDesign will not open, it gives me the following error (see image). I tried to replace the default values and SavedData files and InDesign also re-install from scratch. I still get the same error. No idea what is happening or how to fix it? Thank you in advance.

  Hello!

  I realized that it was, finally. After playing, I noticed that my InDesign fonts folder, had 'alias' links to fonts residing on this shared drive. As soon as I deleted all those who where alias, the error disappeared. I hope this helps someone in the future.

  How can I add the same folder all the files located on a network drive? For example, if I want to add a folder "Billing" to all customers on a disc records, how so without going into each folder and adding them one by one?

  Yesterday, I did something with my computer and now it opens all .exe files in Windows Media Player. This means well enough that I can do anything. When I click right a .exe program, it does not say "open with...". ». SystemRecovery does not work either. Please help me solve this problem

  Have you tried to download the file again? Could be that the zipper is actually empty. Try to download

  I was importing images into Lightroom (6) for the last six months. Yesterday, I decided to go ahead and import my Aperture 3 library using the plugin. It took forever and there are some funny collections, but all the images in the import of opening seem to be there. But now records images from the last 6 months are all listed as absent. I tried "Find all missing Photos" and nothing seemed to happen at all. I tried Ctrl-clicking (Mac) on a lack of record, to indicated a directory on the disk and still, she does not recognize it.   In Photoshop and Illustrator CS5 when I open an image or create a new image, programs crash for 3-10 seconds before I can do something. I can't select, copy, paste... whatever it is.   I have a Lightroom catalog that I want to put on a network drive so my colleague can work on it while I'm out. I tried to move the files and folders on the network drive of C:\Users\PJ\Pictures\Lightroom to a network drive. But he simply created shortcuts to the C drive. Any ideas?

  The catalog can NOT be on a network drive. Your images can, but the catalog must be on a drive that is on the local computer. Some users try to put the catalog dropbox. But you must allow time for updates complete. Dropbox approach is prone to corruption quite easily. The best would be to put the catalog on an external hard drive that can be switched between computers.

  Close the Finder window.

  Turn it back on.    Restart Safari.

  If this does not help, "put back" the com.apple.Safari.plist
