• Error 16 for Photoshop CC2014 and Lightroom

  MacBook Pro, OS 10.9.4

  When I try to launch CC2014 Photoshop or Lightroom 5 I get an alert with "error 16" and the bulletin tech who shows how to change the permissions for both files.

  (1) I changed the permissions as stated in the bulletin of Adobe several times with the same result.

  2) I created a new user, completely uninstalled CC again and used the CC Cleaner. After the reboot, I reinstalled CC and applications downloaded successfully and got the same message "error 16".

  3) I checked the permissions and they are exactly what Adobe specified.

  (4) I ran DiskUtility to repair permissions and checked the records yet - they always had reason.

  (5) without success.

  Has anyone else dealt with and solved this?

  Solved! It worked for me (MacBook Pro, 10.9.4) I gave ALL the permissions in the folder Adobe full in/Library/Application Support /-not just the PDC and store files. Solution is credited with Adobe technology I read in another thread.

  There are some instructions step by step on the site, but basically you check out the file "update.zip" download, copy to the root of a FAT32 formatted microSD card, then start in recovery mode (press one of the volume buttons [which it depends if you are landscape or portrait mode] and hold, then the power press and hold). From there, you can choose to update in the zip file it finds on the map.

  It is important before you have the correct version of the update, it's different for different regions of the world, and you will not be able to upgrade the (for example) Brazil version from the US site.

  When this view is called, there will certainly skuid and skuid is indexed. The problem I'm having becomes Oracle to bring the skuid specified in the Interior selects.
  
  For now, concentrate on the online portion "a":

  So in this case, the performance is very poor, with a similar to this execution plan:

  In the example of real life, the unique key is actually 5 columns, but the principle, I think, it's the same.
  
  So, is it possible to write this request (which will be a view) such as Oracle (8i) realizes he can carry the values specified in the Interior selects and use the index for them?

  Adding a / * + INDEX() * / index in the Interior, select help a little, but is still nowhere near as fast when the skuid is specified in the internal selection.

  Hello again,

  I had a look at some tutorials from Adobe and I can confirm that some videos do not play in the Internet Explorer browser. I have to assume you're talking about actual tutorials done Adobe officially by CC Photoshop tutorials | Learn how to use Photoshop CC , as there are literally has thousands of tutorial on Photoshop on the net.

  I did two things to make it work.

  (1) I downloaded the latest Flash Player (you are given the option to download Chrome for this operation)

  (2) I tried viewing in Google Chrome v44 and tutorials perfectly set in this browser.

  If this isn't a problem with a player that I proposed yesterday-sorry about that. It's more about Internet Explorer being archaic as certainly there is a problem with this browser. Other older browsers may well be the same. So it would be interesting to know what browser you use. I suspect that Firefox and Safari would be great because they have active programs development - although I didn't test them. A bonus of Chrome is you can right-click on the video and download it to your desktop.
