• Internet Explorer has disappeared from the Menu start - help to restore the arrow to the right for the recent actions etc.

  After a recent update, I seemed to lose my IE icon anywhere on the computer - I couldn't find iexplore.exe when you're looking for all of the C: drive, and the icon has disappeared from the start menu.

  I managed to install a Microsoft IE links and the software works very well.  However, when pinning the IE icon to the start menu, I just got a regular icon - I don't have the right arrow to go directly to a recent site / or InPrivate browsing etc.

  Does anyone know how to restore this feature?

  I was working on a very important document for the work last night (early this morning!) and I recorded it (I could close it and reopen it, no problem) but when I went to email to my colleague, he said all the information has disappeared.
