While on Firefox, the page disappeared suddenly, and all I get is a picture of the page when I mouse over the icon in the taskbar. By clicking on the photo is not restore the page. If I click on the icon itself, the page seems to fly out of my screen and fly when I click again, but it will not restore full screen. I can't access the links or buttons because I don't quite have a web page, and I can not reset Firefox for the same reason.   On your home screen to Options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry World from there. After deleting to do a battery pull reboot as this device on remove the battery wait a min. then reinsert back.

  After rebooting your BlackBerry browser browse www.blackberry.com/appworld to download the recent version of BlackBerry World.

  I'm really late to this topic, but had the same problem and found in a search.

  The solution works, but it is not the simplest solution, so I thought I have add my findings.

  If you go to control panel, sounds open, click the recording tab and don't see any devices listed (or it says no device installed), just do a right click somewhere in the box and choose "show disabled devices".  Your disabled devices will be visible and you can simply select the microphone and turn it back on.  Uninstall the audio driver and updates will work, but it is so much more time.

  Right click on your desktop, select Personalize. On the set on the left, select the Change desktop icons. Put a check mark on the Recycle Bin, and then press Ok.

• I use PSE13 with Imagenomic Noiseware plug-ins, which worked perfectly yesterday.  Today, the plug-in has disappeared and I can't get it back. Help!

When I went back to using Windows 7 I realized that I had Adobe Acrobat reader and that I could only open PDF in my browser. In addition to this, I can not re - install Adobe Reader.
