I checked the system information and everything seems fine (windows 8 pro active) but I have recently changed my HDD and I wonder if this has something to do with it. I cloned the old drive to a new one and I continued from there - do not know how this would happen as I thought it's only the Enterprise version that is able to create windows to readers.

  exactly the same problem but I don't have windows 8 pro edition so I can't use gpedit.msc any idea to solve this? I tried all five options and none worked.

  BTW, I think it's STUPID friggin of microsoft to have as much of the element related to group policy, but not GPedit.msc on windows 8 regular edition!... friggin delayed.
