  I can't get the switch with 3 positions percussion to map to my page layout.  I see from the model b3, they have two assignments to the switch - harmonic, 2nd or 3rd and also drums on or off.  I did exactly the same thing, but it's somehow confused two spend not a 3 way.   I think you just need to work with the option "scale setting. Select a mapping in edit mode to see this component:

  The card will not fit.  Only low-profile video cards fit the slim towers.  One you want is this one HERE if you want to only the 7750 HD.  Otherwise, you can get the HD 6670 HERE.

  I create a new project of Webhelp using Robohelp HTML 10, and I'm confused on the different pieces of information in a map file. I don't even know if my developer will give me a map file or if I create it, but I'd like to understand the concept of mapping better before I talk to him.

  I created a map using Robohelp file, and the dialog box "Edit ID card" Robohelp shows three columns: ID card, card #and topic. I automatically assign numbers map to my help topics. For example, a line indicates "Changing_Password" for ID card, '2' for card # and "Change Password" for the category. I know that the screen of the application of this topic is changepassword.cdl. The mapping file is supposed to tell the developer that this topic should be linked to changepassword.cdl and if so, where? Or can I give the developer this information separately? In addition, in the compiled file from WebHelp, this topic is named PasswordChanging.htm. Can I change the map ID to PasswordChanging instead of Changing_Password?

  It depends on how you want to work. Personally, I have my developers call help using the internal system page. They know that already. So I do not give anything for developers.

  In your case, the developer needs to know what id call to what page. How you communicate, it's up to you. As suggested by Jeff, you probably want to give the .h file of the contracting authority.

• Implementing context-sensitive help for WebHelp in web application.

  I'm working on a help system for a web application. It will include context sensitive help triggered by an icon on the screen, and the subject is open in an iframe with a defined size. The developer has already implemented the iframe that appears when you click on the icons. It gives me the ID for the screens with the help of the icons as a java full qualified file name. I'm not sure what would be the correct process in RoboHelp to map the ID's for the subjects.

  1. can I create a map file using the list of the IDS of the developer send me? Would it not be in this format:

  #define Field_Name Java_File_Name

  2. I don't then add the ID to the help topic appropriate using pod folder contextual help in setting up a project?

  3. when I generate the layout I specify the map file I created above (.h extension)

  3. If the developer already put in place the size of the iFrame, is it correct that I don't need to create a custom window to configure size? Is it possible to put so two open shutters? (I think using the method above a pane opens with the link to the navigation pane)

  Hello

  Check the project configuration > context sensitive help > map files. You can assign IDS the developer send you to topics. If you want to play with the mapping files, you must create mapping files (.h) and the alias file (.ali). Just assign a unique ID to a topic and open these files with Notepad to see how you should format these files.

• No digital cable in Media Center?

  I am currently under a bridge GT5694 with Vista 64 bit.  I swapped the internal for a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 1250 tv tuner card wireless card so that I could use the Media Center as a DVR.

  I am currently unable to get Media Center to listen to digital channels and can't seem to find any options under setting (or the tuner configuration) to make sweeping digital signals.

  The WinTV software is quite capable of tuning in quite a few digital channels unencrypted, but without channel guide or function DVR that I'm dying to WMC.

  I searched for the corrections online, but none seems not to work.

  Any suggestions?

  Apart from the suggestion of Santosh to ensure that Windows is completely up to date on updates ('important' and 'optional', as there have been several updates to Media Center that fell in both categories), I also recommend that you install the driver package Media Center specific 'good' for this tuner from Hauppauge rather than the drivers updated or CD provided by Windows.
  Go to http://www.hauppauge.com/site/support/support_hvr1250.html, then click on the "Install Windows Media Center" tab on this page.  The package you want isMCEKit_setup - it includes the specific drivers for Media Center (as an encoder software for the analog tuner on the card) which are not included in the package 'standard', or provided through WU.

  Once you have installed the drivers of such (and rebooted), restart the installation of TV in Media Center.  If MC now gives you the option to set up two tuners (should be), go with it. If not, try selecting "no, I would like to manually configure my signal" - OK now?
  When you configure sources Guide tuners, you'll select for the analog tuner and for the digital tuner.

  A couple of useful things, too, to put in place a Clear QAM tuner in Media Center (once you get to recognize the tuner, of course):

  The first is a good how-to on setting up; the latter is (often) needed to help mapping channels to Guide listings.

  If you are still unable to put in place the two tuners in Media Center, I recommend doing a reset database (sometimes, ah, stuck...):
  Open an elevated command prompt.  Run the following command: C:\Windows\eHome\mcupdate.exe - MediaCenterRecoveryTask
  (Note the space between the .exe and the dashboard).  Let it run for a few minutes (I don't remember if it will give you a "I'm done" - type confirmation), restart and run the Media Center Setup again (that MC should encourage them to you on his own - he must perform installation of first broadcast.)

  Once I developed multilingual WebHelp (for example) how can I connect the help files in the web application that help is on? How are the output of the correct language displayed? For example, the application (as the help documents) changes its interface based on the language of the browser. The displayable content appropriate assistance based on the language of the browser? How multilingual support is usually implemented for the end user?
  
  And, just as important, how context-sensitive help (mapping) with several languages?

  Separate directories it will take whether you choose to implement your languages in separated from RoboHelp projects or use of conditional compilation within the same project.

  Don't worry not knowing the language. If you discount the HTML files for translators, you should get files HTML returns with the same file names. Your card ID, links, etc. should always be in place.

  When you display a Google map, I get about four vertical bands which alternately display well and gray stripes. The gray area shows the message "we're sorry, but we have no maps at this zoom level for this region." Zoom does not get rid of the grey areas.

  I had this problem for over a year and work around it using MS Internet Explorer or Google Chrome which works Ok. Otherwise, Firefox works great and I use it for everything except Google Maps.

  I tried an uninstall of FireFox and then reinstall, but it did not help. I don't remember what I was doing when this problem is first presented.

  • A way to see what images are blocked is to click on the favicon (Site ID icon) on the left side of the address bar.
  • Click on the "More information" button opens the Security tab of the "Page Info" window (also accessible via "tools > Page Info").

  • Select the first image and scroll though the list with the arrow pointing downwards.
  • If an image in the list is grayed out and there is a check mark in the box "block Images of..." and remove this mark to unlock the images from this area.

  I installed my mSATA card by following the instructions and the party went well. As a couple of other people the player is not recognized by Windows 7. I checked storage management in windows 7 and the drive is not there in any form. I disabled all the caches as suggest some positions in the policies for the drive in windows 7. Once again no drive recognized.

• Help! Symbols of editor press (a font in the character map) is missing! ... and I really need it back!

  After a reinstallment need of Windows XP on my laptop hpPavillion and the reinstallment of Microsoft Word 8 I found that one of my most favorite fonts, "Symbols of press writer" is missing.  I had a lot of different symbols used in almost all word documents I had created for the past 5 years and I am very worried that the backup files containing these symbols will be ruined.  "Symbols of writer press" is a font I found in the CHARACTER table, System tool under the Accessories heading. My questions are:

  1 - does anyone know if CHARACTER MAP is on the operation or on the Application and system recovery disk recovery disk driver?  or is it in the recovery of Microsoft Works 8 disc?  If it's in one of those, I'll try reinstallation/recovery and, hopefully, get it back.

  2 will be ruined my backup files?  I haven't tried to recover my backup files again, fearing that I am that they are not available.

  3. download the specific font?  From where?

  I'd appreciate any help you can give me... It has been very frustrating... Thank you very much for your help!

  Dear Wunders, finallly managed to find PressWriter symbols fonts!  Thanks to your suggestion, I have ckd with Broderbund, but the police couldn't get them... instead, one of their representatives of clients suggested a search yahoo... I foundwww.ufont.com there the police, it was easy to download and install (but I had to be careful because I followed the instructions)!  Now he is back at the table of characters, it is available for all my past (and future) documents, and I learned to have more fonts for my computer... quite a trip, but worth it!  Thanks again!

  Pls Help: My Bing Map update 'doesn't;"the Pre suppose several times I start Googlemap & displays the link informing me that I need to upgrade to HP map (Bing Maps).  When I try the download & upgrade, I can launch the application directly from the upgrade page.  But any other method to launch the card application sends me to the 'google-> Bing upgrade screen' again and will only start after re - download the app & reinstall. The next time I start the application... it fails again.

  Looking at the Device Info app, it seems that the upgrade script fails to update the list of the built-in Google maps v3.1.32 cards HP apps.  When you try to list the applications in the device information, it still shows Google Maps v3.1.32 rather than HP cards.  HP cards... is not see the same list of applications at all.

  How can I get the upgrade to ' hold?

  Note about this pre: is this pre running WebOS 1.4.5 / Sprint 2.5.   He was previously wiped out, which he put back in its original state.  Now I can't the cards to run right.  Any idea y?

  So, I have my answer.  And for ten to twelve people who are still on the Palm Pre and attempt to provide a new phone, I will set out the details here.

  For Bing Maps to stick, you need to use WebOS Doctor, assumming that at one point, you downloaded the Updater of Bing Maps app.

  I was having problems is because the process of provision of sw of cards which is taken in charge through the catalog app does not set the palm pre to replace the existing Google Map application correctly.  To do this, Palm (or HP) had used ANOTHER application called "Maps Updater."  It was that when you got the error of googlemap prompting you to upgrade, it you linked to a Web site that would allow you to supply the Bing Map app WITH this update of map app.  Now, something has changed, and what you get is a Bing map application installation.  Map update application is one that removes the references to the Google Map of default and directs to the cards instead.  Download Maps of the catalogue is NOT synonymous with downloaded Maps Updater application.  Once I run WebOS Doctor, and connected to my profile of webOS, he proceeds to download aaaaaall the apps I had already downloaded, and at that time there he downloaded and installed the backup app Maps Updater, which took place and restarted my phone and my camera set up correctly.
